There are not many varieties of breakfast, the hotel is good to find, close to the tourist information center, close to the pier, close to the station, the map is convenient, the occupancy rate is very high, we stayed for two nights.

The hotel is right by the sea, with a beautiful environment, next to the cruise terminal, a few streets away from Alesund Hill and within walking distance. Breakfast is good, the room is small but clean.

The location is very good, behind the hotel is the city viewing platform. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and there are hundreds of foods to choose from. The room was not hot, and the front desk clerk took the initiative to help us change the room with a sea view. The heating is also done.

We stayed at Scandic Hotel for three nights this July and we absolutely loved it. The staff was service-minded and nice and made us feel welcome. The rooms were big and clean and the location is just perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

This covered warehouse / shop several years ago, has a fantastic history, are re-build with the addition of a new wing, this hotel became the an eye catcher, combining the new architecture and the town's famous art nouveau style. After a stay this weekend, in the traditional wing a perfect solution for our stay. I was though disappointed to the Christmas dinner & breakfast, but in many ways a large selection & good balance, BUT, very dry especially the meat served in the evening. Never mind, normally this restaurant is very very good.

This is a hotel with a lot of years, the room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene and service are particularly good. On the day we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate the parking payment machine. The young man at the front desk helped me with a enthusiasm. I really thanked you for running down and helping. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful environment, a wide variety of breakfasts and a great location.

Very satisfied hotel, the view is superb, the breakfast is rich and value-for-money, but I booked a twin room (twin room), gave us a twin room, the hotel said that the agent may be wrong, because the supply was very full that night Only one double room can be replaced, and the floor is to be separated, but the twin room is accepted.

This hotel tells us from its name that it has a history of more than 100 years. Because Alesund has a population of 70,000 and the city is not big, this hotel is in the city. Unexpectedly, the decoration of the hotel is very artistic. From the lobby to the restaurant to the guest room, it is very artistic. This style is rare, but it is very tasteful. The breakfast is very rich, and the regional layout is also very characteristic, as if it is very casual, but has a design connotation. The basement level can be parked, but it is charged by the hour after 9:00 in the evening. It costs more than 200 yuan in one night. I finally stopped at the street and charged after 8:00 in the morning.

Amazing common spaces, very stylish and with a lot of attention for furniture design, plus the way breakfast was managed during the pandemic was quite smart (there are attendants providing the goods you want from the buffet). Our room was fine, simple but with some nice touches. The bathroom could be better for the room price: it was really basic compared to the rest, still functional, but having a cracked toilet seat wasn't exactly in line with rest of the experience, let's say it felt out of place. If you come to Ålesund by motorbike, note that there's a free parking place for motorbikes in the nearby parking lot by the canal. The parking lot below the hotel is quite expensive. Position is great, just a few steps from all the main places in town.
