An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is 300 meters opposite the train station. It is definitely the best hotel in Cagliari, but there is a fee for the gym

The hotel is located not far from the old town, a 15-minute walk. There are boutiques and restaurants near the hotel. It has a platform surrounded by restaurants. Eating is convenient. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the room size is okay. The price/performance ratio is high even in August. Worth staying.

Spa is wonderful! Service is great! Bed is very comfortable! Cleaning 2 times a day.
In 5 minutes, everything is necessary.
The only thing that wasn 't salt for the bathroom.
Forgot to include the heating control in the settlement.

The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor.
The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities.
The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

The room was spacious and the best room in the whole trip. The breakfast was not very varied, but the ingredients were good and very delicious!
The location is excellent and it is very convenient to walk to the old town!

Very simple and a bit outdated hotel. The location is central, they also provide free underground parking garage, which is very convenient. The bathroom is small, the shower is a plastic box, too small to turn around. Try to set a sea view room, it is much brighter than the ordinary room, much more pleasant. Breakfast is in the basement, Canteen style, everything is simple, you won't want to spend time here and enjoy it slowly. Coffee is authentic Italian.
In short, it is a convenient place to sleep well.

Everything’s good, except an experience at T bar! I ordered one drink but they charged me 2. As usual, I put my signature without double checking. Then I noticed it at checkout, and the lady at reception told me that I should get refund after I sent email to them. But nothing just silence from them. It’s not the question of money but the honesty and professionalism.

The room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters.
The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great.
