The hotel is on the 1st floor of Fuhua, and it is not an independent villa, but it does have a swimming pool. Very clean and friendly service staff is also great. There is always a free snack coffee drink in the lounge next to it. Give a feeding deer carrot every day, free access to fitness facilities, water world and more. All in all, plus a large pool, you can soak in a day. Crossing the road is Xiaowan Beach. A few minutes walk to Kenting Main Street. The only fly in the ointment, the room is not too bright, the socket is very small.

The scenery is absolutely stunning. From the doorman at the entrance to the butler who led me to my room, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel truly honored! The pool water was also very clean and beautiful. I must recommend this place to my family and friends.

The overall facilities and environment of the hotel are not worthy of this price. If you don't drink alcoholic beverages, you can only exchange the bracelet for alcoholic beverages for 120 yuan of soda. After the exchange, you will be given a small aluminum can of Coke sold at the convenience store for 10 yuan? The network signal in the room is very poor, so it's better not to connect. The TV Netflix interface is very basic, and you can't even watch Netflix in the original room. The drain hole in the shower is seriously blocked and almost flooded. After reporting to the counter, the hotel staff said that they would use their time out to deal with the room. After coming back, they told us that they had dealt with it, but there was no result. As a result, I had to call the counter to complain in the middle of the night. After a long time, they opened another room for us to watch Netflix. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good. It was entirely a problem with the hotel's own hardware equipment. Although the attitude was very good and apologized the next day, the compensation plan given was to delay check-out by 2 hours + give a free upgrade coupon for the next stay. To be honest, why should I spend 8,000 or 10,000 to suffer? But it is worth praising that the breakfast is delicious. Breakfast is the only place that makes me feel worthwhile on the whole trip.

The hygiene of the room needs to be improved, the sheets had blood stains and the quilt was a bit dirty. However, the service staff's attitude was very good and the replacement was immediate. And the most important point is that the transparent door between the room and the bathroom is so obscure that my son’s girlfriend bumped into it twice. And I learned from the service staff that many people hit their heads, but the ointment to reduce swelling was very effective. There are so many people who have hit their heads and why there is still no improvement. It is worth pondering. Overall, the service is perfect and the room environment and facilities are also ok. Hygiene needs to be improved.

Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was above average. The infinity pool is what most people are after and it's not bad. Service is poor since they told us that there's a maintenance window from 11 to 1-ish for the outdoor pool, but they did not tell us that the changing room would also close.

The overall feeling of staying at Kenting Bay Resort Hotel can be described as ”relaxation and enjoyment coexist”. The hotel is located by the sea, a 5-minute walk to the beach, with beautiful surroundings and a very advantageous geographical location. The room design is simple and modern, with complete and well-maintained facilities, smart toilets and dry and wet separated bathrooms to enhance the stay experience. The front desk staff is friendly and communicates smoothly in English, suitable for family or couple vacations. The only small drawback is that the hotel restaurant may be a little noisy when there are more people on weekends. It is recommended to inform in advance that you prefer a quiet dining area. Overall, this hotel is worth recommending for its high cost-effectiveness and thoughtful details.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!

This is my 4th time to visit in this resort , the staff are so friendly and care with everyone , food delicious(Pizza , fried chicken and new arrange of the seafood hotpot ) and felicities are really good .Here just like my second home in TW . close to the beach and i love diving .I will come to visit again and again .Thank you

The location is incredibly convenient, and the hotel facilities are excellent. A night market is right next door, which is a fantastic bonus. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, making it a great spot for both couples and families. I will definitely be returning. The staff were also incredibly polite.
