The space
The condo is closest to the water, so you'll have to walk through the left corridor to the stairs just past the swimming pool on the right. When you go down the stairs, there will be two condo entries. You're in condo B2. Once you enter, there is the master to the left, the family room and kitchen in front of you, and the 2nd bedroom to the right. All of the blinds usually are down when you arrive. Raise them and enjoy your view of Moses Lake just feet away.

You have two patios facing the lake. The main one is off the family room, and you also have a small one off the master bedroom. There is storage outside the family room slider to the right, which holds the BBQ grill, among other things.

The sunsets are exceptional, and you can walk down to the private dock through the gate just 20 feet from the family room slider.

Alegria is just three minutes off I-90 between the new LDS temple and the lake, in Moses Lake, WA (46 mins from the Gorge Amphitheatre!)
Alegria currently sleeps 14, 5 bedrooms (each with ultra-comfortable, gorgeous beds and linens), 2.5 baths, new granite tops in the kitchen and master bath, all new wall-to-wall carpets, oak floors, front porch with swing, back patio, large garage, white marble fireplace with Vermont Verde marble hearth, strong wifi, and is pet friendly (with a small doggie door into the back yard. (The master bedroom with King bed is on the ground floor, with a wheelchair accessible shower.)
There is a regulation size and height basketball hoop to the side of the double-width driveway. There is additional gravel parking to the side of the driveway, suitable for a full-size RV.

The natural oak floors run from the entry way into the spacious kitchen, beautified by green/grey granite counter tops. The kitchen is the heart of the home, with a spacious breakfast room to one side and the formal dining room with large solid oak family dining table from 1881 plus ten chairs to the other side. The living room is sunken to provide a higher ceiling, adorned with two crystal chandeliers. The two-car garage is just off the breakfast room, easy to access and enter via remote control. The back patio and garden is spacious and beautiful, a perfect setting for memorable family get-togethers and bar-b-ques.

Our home has both a warm and friendly vibe, while at the same time being classy and tastefully decorated. Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected to last and remain a family favorite for years to come.

The house has parking for up to 6 vehicles (including trailers). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Garage has a fun Game Room that includes a full size pool table, foosball, basketball, arcade machines, and a large flatscreen TV. It also has an extra refrigerator and cloths dryer. Outside you will find several kayaks and a paddleboard for your use along with lifejackets and lake towels. The house also has 2 hot water tanks. Come enjoy life on the lake! Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April and takes about 4 weeks to fill. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 4.5 feet deep.
