Property was good. Location is awesome. 5/10 mins walk from beach. Beach was quite and not that crowded. Not much options on breakfast. But it was good

The best customer service ever . A very warm welcome received when entered . The ambience was awesome . Nice and lovely location . Beach was close by . The spa treatments were the best ,Also a very good cuisine for breakfast . I loved my stay

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Receptionist from salrivera denied checkin for one of three riverfront cottage rooms. When asked her reason for same she informed us she had allowed some russian in our booked cottage. We asked her to vacate them as we had booked the room for the same for which she said she cannot do it and instead was asking us to move in another garden view cottage. After a long wait of almost 2hours and much arguments and when asked for refund she eventually allowed us checkin.

Very good value for money! The location of the hotel is great, in that it is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff were very helpful when we asked to change room because the shower wasn’t working properly. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when we return to Goa.
