Hotel location is remote, driving is not convenient, close to JW Marriott. The room is OK, but it is still far from the luxury hotel. A white handsome guy at the front desk couldn't find a Ctrip order, and it took a long time to check in. At the checkout, an additional 39 yuan resort fee was charged.

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery. The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel refunded this part of the water fee. This is the only hotel in Orlando that does not provide free bottled water.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

Very impressive hotel , easy stroll to Universal Studios with the option to get the boat if preferred. We had a slight issue with noisey neighbours however the staff were incredible with resolving this issue. Very friendly , calm atmosphere. Perfect for anyone trying to relax or go to Universal.

We love the proximity to Disney Springs. We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. We got our free water and coffee vouchers when we checked in and picked up some quick eats at the Market Store. There was live entertainment in the evenings when we were there and we enjoyed sitting in the lobby listening to it while having a drink. The room was spacious and clean and met all of our needs. Our 2 young grandsons visited there and loved the Mickey Ice Cream statue in the lobby. We were able to get some great pictures.

Haven’t been back to this hotel since it’s been renovated. It’s absolutely beautiful inside but a totally different vibe including the new pool And bar area. The service was great at the interior bar with delicious crafted drinks. We did have dinner in the restaurant and was greeted with a piano player. My husband got the filet which he thoroughly enjoyed and I got the roasted chicken, which was good but a little bland and dry. Overall, the stay was great and we look forward to returning.

The hotel has a great sense of design. The built-in public infrastructure is very good. The restaurant is very good, and the food is okay. The scenery looks very open, and it feels more suitable for couples to travel
