Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks.
There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children.
Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days.
The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Moreover, breakfast was suspended due to a typhoon. The hotel doesn't have a staff to clean every day. You should be mentally prepared before checking in.

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping centre. Apartment was a little outdated but clean. Gym was good as was the sauna. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is very close to the beach, with many street food stalls, shops, and supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. Transportation is also easily accessible. It's really great. Everything is good in Gold Coast, except bottled water is too expensive. There's a delicious bagel shop nearby, highly recommended!

Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home.

A very good hotel, very suitable for a family.
The hygiene is very good, there is housekeeping every day, which is a very good service in a serviced apartment.
The front desk staff is very nice, and there will be detailed instructions even if they check in after get off work. In particular, an uncle employee on duty at night gave us a lot of help.
The decoration style is modern and bright, and the large island in the kitchen brings a sense of happiness to cooking.
The facilities are complete: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner are all available. Dishwashing salt and washing powder are also very considerately prepared.
The location is also very good, only three minutes walk to the beach.
In short, it is a hotel that has left our family with beautiful memories and truly made us feel at home.

This place was amazing. It is right on the beach and fantastic views. I am dealing with a physical condition and the spa and sauna at the Vue was exactly what I needed. It is close to many other places. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 10 out of 5!! I highly recommend you stay here!! You won’t regret it.

Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning.
We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost.
It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking.
The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered.

Good location, service? Even if the rooms are emptied and cleaned at 11, they do not give it until 15, They are unsympathetic in this regard, the toilet bowl in the bathroom is very old and black stained inside, Some lights are white like a hospital, some are yellow, some are messy, There are no sockets at the head of the bed, There is no socket in the bathroom

It's the best choice for the cheapest price in kos island. Moreover, the hotel is closer to beach and in a quiet place to have rest ,the staffs are kind and friendly . The bad thing about the hotel is that there is no wifi connection in side the rooms. Finally I had fun there .SOLD OUT

The hotel is basically a semi-basement and 0-storey room. The sea view terrace is semi-underground or directly on the street outside. The street is opposite the sea. The private beach has to be fully serviced. You can take the towel to the beach. The beach is facing the wind and waves in the northwest, the northeast is calm and the hotel is facing the northwest. The same price can be found in the northern coastal hotel of Kos, so the price is not high.
The pool is very good, the photo is good,
The interior furniture of the room is old.
