The staff was very friendly and very accommodating especially towards babies.They helped with any questions we asked. The rooms were perfect and clean. The size of the room was very good as well. Close to tram station and only 15 minute walk to Hagia Sophia etc. Excellent choices for breakfast as well.

Gorgeous, clean and great location for visiting Bazzaar and sightseeing. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by and complimentary breakfast. The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping. Staff are friendly

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

Our group of four was extremely satisfied. The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the Old European Quarter, very close to all the main attractions, and transportation to other areas is also very convenient. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and the host was incredibly welcoming. We arrived at 9 AM, and they immediately checked us in, which was a lovely gesture. They spent almost an hour helping us purchase bus tickets for our next destination. The handsome gentleman at the front desk spoke both English and Russian wonderfully. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – very rich and with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's price was reasonable, and they were very friendly towards Chinese guests. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The room was excellent, clean and hygienic, with a small rooftop terrace offering a glimpse of the sea. The hotel's location is super convenient; right outside is the Istanbul University station for the T1 tram line. It's only about a 15-minute ride to Hagia Sophia, and just a few more stops to the European side ferry terminals, which is very handy. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices. The bread was freshly baked in a small oven right there, and they even had an entire honeycomb to enjoy – incredibly generous! The hotel service was also top-notch. We arrived on an early morning flight, and the kind lady at the front desk enthusiastically helped us check in early. We were able to have a refreshing shower and seamlessly start our day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
