Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. However, the booking trouble with the private flight was quite frustrating. Hope this can be improved in the future.

In addition to the room fee, you have to pay an additional air ticket of about 20,000 Taiwan dollars per person to the island/forget it, or squeeze the small plane with the staff?
Except for the arrival and departure staff who feel very cute, the others are very reluctant. The food is so-so, the bed is so-so, and the room is so-so. I was attracted by marketing pictures and videos. I didn’t know the two things until I arrived at the scene!

We recently stayed at this resort hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities—from the pool to the common areas—were impressive and well-maintained.
However, we were quite disappointed to return to our room after housekeeping had been in, only to find the door left open. This raised serious concerns about security and left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it’s something management should seriously look into.
Also, while the breakfast buffet was decent, the variety was limited. For a resort of this caliber, we expected more options to choose from.
In summary, it’s a nice place with great staff and facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to security and food offerings.FromSAR 466

The furnitures are kind of wornt out snd the bed sheets have so many stains and marked of molds. We booked different rooms and for suite rooms, when we asked for bathrobe, they don't want to provide because our room is only suite. We're just asking for bathrobe, which I think is basic.FromSAR 234

Had a great experience in Astoria. Was welcomed by their friendly and helpful staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and everyone is willing to help may it be with queries or directions and even with taking your great photos in the resort. The rooms were clean, and homey. Rooms are equipped with microwaves and table wares for when you order room service. The resort has great amenities and you will not get bored with activities you can do during your stay. Their breakfast buffet is something we look forward to every morning. They serve delicious and freshly cooked food. They have fast and reliable WiFi for those who work on the go. Lovely hotel in a lush tropical setting. About 10 minute trike ride to the central city. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Small but great pool. No Smart TV which would be a bonus on rainy days to watch Netflix otherwise great place to stay for the price.FromSAR 83

I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.FromSAR 91

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly accommodating and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use.FromSAR 110

What a stay! The staff are so unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival you’re greeted by happy members of staff and a welcome drink. Although they give you lots of information at the beginning they helpfully provide an A4 piece of paper with it all on afterwards so you don’t forget.
After quite a disastrous day of travel for us, all of it was forgotten thanks to the staff and beautifulness of the hotel. They were also the only hotel we stayed at (we’ve stayed at many while travelling around Philippines) that acknowledged and cared about the fact it was our honeymoon.
They also assisted with our booking of taxis and the underground river tour (highly recommend!). On the beach they also offer free kayak hire for guests.
