Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. However, the booking trouble with the private flight was quite frustrating. Hope this can be improved in the future.

In addition to the room fee, you have to pay an additional air ticket of about 20,000 Taiwan dollars per person to the island/forget it, or squeeze the small plane with the staff?
Except for the arrival and departure staff who feel very cute, the others are very reluctant. The food is so-so, the bed is so-so, and the room is so-so. I was attracted by marketing pictures and videos. I didn’t know the two things until I arrived at the scene!

My experience at Princesa Garden was beyond my expectations.
To be honest, I was a bit worried at first because I had read a review saying the resort wasn’t nice and had many issues, especially due to ongoing renovations. But when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—it was actually very nice!
The resort was clean, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The food was great—yes, it was a bit pricey because of the added VAT and service charge, but it was delicious, so it was worth it.

Had a great experience in Astoria. Was welcomed by their friendly and helpful staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and everyone is willing to help may it be with queries or directions and even with taking your great photos in the resort. The rooms were clean, and homey. Rooms are equipped with microwaves and table wares for when you order room service. The resort has great amenities and you will not get bored with activities you can do during your stay. Their breakfast buffet is something we look forward to every morning. They serve delicious and freshly cooked food. They have fast and reliable WiFi for those who work on the go. We enjoyed a three-night stay, finding the location to be quite lovely. The hotel was beautiful, and its amazing location was convenient to a lively mall just a minute's walk away. our room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The hotel has a beautiful pool and nice entrance. The people are kind and attentive. The room is basic and kind of dark as if you open the curtains people can see you from outside. Every room has air conditioning and a water heater which was really good. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge. You need to take a tuk tuk (150 pesos per ride) to go anywhere but that was fine with me. What I really disliked is the price of the food. It was the most expensive menu I’ve seen in the Philippines for normal food, not even fancy and really average taste. Just because of this I’d not stay here again. Amazing hotel, the most elegant in the area. They have 2 pools very big and clean. It was raining but still hot so we decided to spend the day at the hotel at the pool. They have an amazing service. The staff is very kind. They have access to the beach not the best in the area but very clean and calm. After 12pm the water goes up like 500m far so it's common to walk on the sand. Very chic, clean and amazing service.

Staffs are friendly & accommodating, location is very strategic near to malls, restaurants & easy access to land transportation. Facilities are good with elevator very helpful to senior citizens. Overall, hands-down the staff are top notch in the quality of service with one exception on the front desk staff when I arrived at the hotel.
The hotel is a lil run-down. My room wasn't well-lit. Although I didn't need much of the internal light. I only needed to open the window curtains during daytime.
Water pressure? Good enough. Temperature? Good enough. Toiletries? Not much, although I think it's a move to make it ”eco-friendly”. I appreciate that instead of water bottles, pitchers are provided and a water dispenser by the hallway is available. No complimentary coffee/tea. TV? Forget about it, channels are few you are better off using your Netflix.
Bed? Warm and comfy. Towels? I think some of the towels need replacement.
Lobby? Good enough if you have visitors.
SG? Very polite and would always open the door for me. They even offered if I needed a ride to the airport (which I did)FromCNY 162

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly accommodating and helpful. Oh my God, what an amazing experience! It's my birthday getaway, and the staff at this hotel made it truly unforgettable. They surprised us by singing 'Happy Birthday' without any of us knowing, and it caught us completely off guard. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back in the future. The beach view is definitely amazing that was the only reason I think why Microtel excel from different hotel in palawan. The facilities is very old, rooms are dark, the aircon is very loud and noisy same with the exhaust fan in the comfort room which is very disturbing. I hope management will take a look in the renovation of the property, the view and excellent and having a good facilities will complement it.
Also, the hotel concessionaire is really not good, menus for breakfast is only limited and yet not all are available, only few menus and choices. ”CANTINA” Please improve your services is too bad.FromCNY 314
