Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. However, the booking trouble with the private flight was quite frustrating. Hope this can be improved in the future.

In addition to the room fee, you have to pay an additional air ticket of about 20,000 Taiwan dollars per person to the island/forget it, or squeeze the small plane with the staff?
Except for the arrival and departure staff who feel very cute, the others are very reluctant. The food is so-so, the bed is so-so, and the room is so-so. I was attracted by marketing pictures and videos. I didn’t know the two things until I arrived at the scene!

If you ever find yourself in Puerto Princesa, Astoria Palawan hotel is the absolute best place to stay. It is divided in few sections and I would highly recommend choosing the ‘Nest’ section. The swimming pool is right in front your room and the beach a few meters away. The staff is amazing and more than welcoming. This hotel even has its own water park. At night you can enjoy the restaurant with the swimming pool while watching the fire show or the traditional Philippine dance. We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.FromPHP 957

The toilet is very old and had no water pressure. The food in their restaurant is expensive and not very abundant. The decorative figures are too much, too many wooden animals statues, but okay, it’s 15 minutes away from the airport and we only stayed a night. The staff is very kind.FromPHP 1,179

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa.
The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops.
The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it!

Overall I have quite enjoyed my stay @ Go H - while the facilities are acceptable the staff has been fantastic. They have been accommodating & have tried to be helpful with everything. As in other developing countries not everything is always as well working/maintained perfectly, but when brought to staff's attn they addressed as best possible. Very friendly staff we felt safe and at home. Great massage therapist also and more importantly for lobg term travelers, theres a reasonably prozed laundry service just across the hotel. opens 11am to 9pm. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking.
The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them.
In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked).
However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious.
The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained.
The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos.FromPHP 2,573

The hotel was nice and clean, but unfortunately the receptionist that welcomed us doesn't speak good English, and it was difficult to communicate. The second disappointing aspect was about the pick-up at the airport. It seemed included in the price ( that's why I booked with them), but at the very end they told me that it was until 17, and we arrived at 18, so they asked for 3000 RMB. That could be okay, if the hotel would be very far from the airport, but once there we realized that it was 5 minutes. The price they asked for was far too high.FromPHP 1,795

Very wonderful!
The location was perfect, with good access to the ocean from the room.
The ocean was also beautifully maintained, and we were able to spend the whole day relaxing on the beach.
The water pressure in the shower in our room was weak and cold, but that was the only thing that bothered us. Other than that, the villa was perfect.
The staff were all friendly and wonderful!
They were quick to respond to all kinds of requests.
We had breakfast and dinner, and both were delicious.
I wish we could have stayed longer.
