Hotel is very clean, rooms are excellent. There is no front desk but check in and check out is easy with an automatic machine. The town is very silent and close to mountain. The only problem is it takes around an hour from bergamo airport and there may be traffic.

Indeed, we have little staff or staff available only to people who show some importance, not Smart TV as described on the websites. Parking is objectively a problem, because even the staff seems to be well prepared to find or give an optimal solution, they have made me pay €20 in a day only for the shipping.
