Abano Grand Hotel

super hotel for service and comfort. Hotel is comfortable and warm with large rooms. We had originally booked the sister hotel but were moved a few days before we were due to arrive. Its location wasnt great for our purpose as we were there to attend the Vicenza Fiera and the hotel didnt provide a shuttle service like their sister hotel but fortunately we arranged transport with other business customers we knew. If you were there for holiday purpose im sure the location is great. The thermal pool is wonderful and all the spa facilities. Restaurant buffet was very good and the bar was great to relax in every evening. Highly recommend .

Very nice and clean hotel. The service was great, during the busy season and winter holidays the staff went beyond our expectations to make sure our stay is pleasant, they were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, classic design. Not to far from Venice Airport, perfect location if you decide to walk around to many beautiful restaurants or bars. Had a good experience and I would highly recommend this to family members and friends.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

I chose a place with a good spa where I could relax, disconnect from the outside world. I was very lucky, and I wasn't wrong! High-level spa with impeccable cleanliness. all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.my friend joined me later and for her everything was quickly organized, room and all the spa treatments Special thanks to receptionist Omar, sommelier Fernando, spa administrator Tatiana. High-class stylist is a high professional and made a high-grade haircut and coloring. I will definitely go back there again!

My friend was guest in the hotel first week of January 2023 and I have visited her with my family. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant.We have arrived with the first clients of the restaurant around 7p.m.-4 adults and one child. For 3 courses meal we have spent 3 hours in the restaurant. Poor service, one waiter for 10 tables, food with approximate quality and taste for 5 stars hotel and country world known for its gastronomy, only the prices were matching 5stars hotel standards. My friend shared that the hotel employees suggested to her to reserve a room by garden side in order to benefit from calm environment, but once in the hotel she has realized that the room she has chosen at first place was at the same calme environnement, but 20% less expensive! According to my experience and what my friend has shared with me, the hotel is not matching the expectations for 5 stars ⭐️ hotel!!!!
