It was good but not allowing food in the rooms was a strange thing, they had overpriced food. The check-in process was strange, I showed them the confirmation in English from trip.com, but they took forever to find it, stating that they didn't list their hotel on trip.com

The location is convenient, but the shuttle bus service only runs from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, which isn’t ideal for travelers. If you book online, be ready for a frustrating experience at the counter, especially if your booking is unclear.

Got lift. Breakfast is okay. Wifi very slow. Shower hot water all time. Toilet bowl cannot flush properly and cover not working. Shower door got gap so water flows out and flood the floor because shower level is higher..

Très beau séjour en famille dans cet hôtel ! Il est très bien situé, la nourriture est très bonne , petit déjeuner varié ! 根本就沒入住，走之前看評論挺好，實際到了地方很失望，樓道很黑暗，很長時間樓道燈才感應到，一出電梯一片漆黑，把我嚇壞了以為是黑店，所以辦理入住不到二十分鐘就退房走人，店家也不退錢，很失望

The overall design is very trendy and tasteful, and usually, hotels like this are quite expensive. So, staying here for around 2000 is definitely great value for money! If you want to watch a game or something, you can tip or pay extra to upgrade, but I didn't bother as it wasn't a priority for me. Downstairs, there's a casino and restaurants with everything you could ask for, perfect for those who love to have fun. Parking is $20.

More importantly, the service, location, and hygiene consistently remain at a high standard. To experience such comprehensive service at this price point is truly excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

The hotel is new and the room is spacious but the restroom already has mold around the shower and smell musty. Good thing is the room still is clean and smells good. We like that there are not a lot of people at the hotel but that also means not a lot of tables open to gamble and not a lot of food options. There seems to me a few restaurants but then when you ask for a seat, they will tell you that the entire empty section with open tables don’t have a server.  There is also a food court but it doesn’t open until after 11am and closes at 10pm.  The donuts are good

Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

The location is super convenient, right in a bustling area. It's across from the Bellagio, diagonally opposite Caesars Palace, and just a few hundred meters north to the LinQ Promenade. Even though the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still quite functional, offering great value for money. The commercial area downstairs is also vibrant and convenient. My only complaint is that the walk from the parking garage to the front desk is quite long, and it's a bit of a hassle dragging luggage over uneven ground. Paying for parking at the front desk was cheaper, and you can just use your room key to exit the parking garage, which is really convenient. I booked a room facing the Eiffel Tower, but at check-in, I was given a room on the backside instead.

Overall stay was great! Of all the hotels on Fremont Street this is my favorite! We stayed in the Gold Tower and the room was great. Bed was really comfortable, came with a useable fridge and even included some free bottled waters. The only drawback from this room is it had no view. Apparently they gave us the only room that the window was blocked. Also, now you have to request service on your room, but overall the room was still great. The pool is still one of my favorites, and restaurants in the ****** are decent. I would higly recomend staying here. Just a suggestion, the Rush Tower and Gold tower are the upgraded rooms. The Carson Tower are very basic.

The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit old. I felt itchy sitting on the fabric sofa and sleeping on the bed, probably due to too many dust mites, and there was a lot of dust in the room, making me sneeze. There's a bathtub, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. However, essential items like slippers, a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing; the only cups were a few clear plastic ones. We left the room at 12 PM, and it wasn't cleaned. We just made do for two nights. The location isn't ideal either; although it's on the busiest street, it's at the very edge, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city center.

stayed here on a weekday, and the place was very quiet. Almost a bit eerie. The hallways were quite dark and gave off more of a motel vibe. The circus was closed during weekdays, which was disappointing. However, my son really enjoyed the arcade, and both the arcade and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Their kindness made our stay much better.

The location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

Orleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.
