The guests were almost people who came to exercise.
It's 7 a.m., so the room is checking out.
It was a 5 star level, including facilities and bedding. I want to use it for my next trip to Jeonnam, but I wonder if there is a room.
The location was not a big merit except Songguangsa due to the golf course characteristics.

It was a good distance to walk after viewing the night view National Garden and it was neat. The bathroom bathtub was clean, so it was good to have a half-eating bath and the water came out very well.
Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, so it is better to take them and bring body towels.
There is no bathrobe, so it is better to take clothes to change.
It was breakfast included but it was okay.
There is also a bus stop nearby, so transportation is good.
It's a non-smoking hotel, so I didn't smell cigarettes, but I recommend opening the window and ventilating it right away.
There was a restaurant around, so it was okay to eat or drink.

Close to the national garden and convenient transportation on the way to Yeosu. Easy breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. I don't think there's any choice on my next trip.

It was nice. The building is new, the rooms are large and clean, and there are big windows, so it feels open, and the facilities in the rooms are well-equipped. I'll come back next time I come to Suncheon! It's also close to KTX station, and there's a Twosome convenience store right downstairs.

The cleanliness of the shared microwave was very dirty.
The TV did not have OTT services such as Netflix, and there were no places to eat nearby, so I had no choice but to travel by car.
However, the inside of the room was really clean and the bedding was really comfortable.

The room is large for the price and the view is refreshing through the large windows, but the breakfast is just so-so. The only downside is that the double bed in the twin room is fine, but the single bed shakes every time it moves, which is disappointing.

The hotel's location is reasonably close and it's not far from Suncheon Bay National Garden, so we had a great time!
A view of the rice fields! It was a bit soundproof, but considering it was spacious and nice!

I booked a room with two beds because my arms hurt and it was uncomfortable to sleep in the same bed, but when I got there, I saw that there was only one bed in the room and one bed in the living room.
Are you saying we grew up separately?
When making an announcement, you have to say that there is a separate bed. Then, when making a reservation, you can take it into consideration and refer to whether or not to make a reservation.... Then, I won't do it, but
They spray so much air freshener indoors that even if the window is open, the smell stays there until morning.
It's a headache so please refer to it

The room is surprisingly big, and the 1.8m big bed looks small in the room. It's too far to watch TV when lying on the bed 😂 It also has a small balcony. The interior decoration of the hotel is also very grand.

During our first round trip to Kazakhstan, we stayed at the hotel for seven nights, moving between four different rooms. Although this particular room was a standard one, we found it to be the best of the bunch. Perhaps the kind staff member at the front desk gave us a bit of special treatment. The large bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and it even offered a mountain view. The enclosed shower stall was, without exaggeration, the best we've ever used – not a single drop of water leaked out! When we requested boiled water, the front desk staff immediately arranged for a kettle to be sent to our room. The service was truly excellent and satisfying! We had a 10 PM flight, and we were able to comfortably relax and use our phones for the entire afternoon at the hotel lobby's coffee area. This further reinforced our impression of the hotel's great service. The front desk even assisted us in booking a taxi online for our trip to the airport, which saved us a considerable amount. Great hotel in convenient location. Had spent the previous 3 weeks travelling the Silk Road and trekking in Kyrgyzstan so some luxury was welcome. Ideally would have preferred a swimming pool but the top storey jacuzzis were a treat. Only quibble was that there were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived other than shampoo and shower gel dispensers which were riveted to the wall of the shower. When I asked for hair conditioner I was informed that it was not available for basic rooms. It would have been so easy for them to have given me the hair conditioner and then receive a 10/10 rating but they were quite obstinate in refusing to do so.FromSGD 177

Can I say this is the best hotel I stayed in Kazakhstan? There are almost no traffic lights on the entire road from the airport to the hotel. Although it is a bit far from the airport. But arriving soon. And the price is very good. Really highly recommended. The room is comfortable, clean and large, and the service is good. The front desk can speak fluent English. Perfect communication. Because it was very late when I arrived. The hotel called a car to pick me up. I had to catch a very early flight the next day. Without any special instructions from the front desk, the hotel called me to remind me that I was going to the airport. And help hail a taxi. It is located centrally, enabling travellers to have easy assess to connecting public bus services, subways, walking distance to nearby eateries, restaurants, the famous Green Bazaar and the sceneic, spacious park that housed the famous Zenkov Cathedral!
All the staffs were amazing, from the frontline to the housekeeping and managers on duty. They communicated well, speak good English, and were extremely patient and helpful in answering my questions about the hotel facilities, going to certain places, etc.
Although the breakfast food selection is not much, it was still outstanding - the bread were fresh, the coffee selection is excellent, fresh cut fruits, and these were sufficient to fill my appetite during my stay for the breakfast!
I would definitely recommend travellers and visitors to Almaty to consider staying at the Grand Tien Shan hotel, its a ”GRAND” feeling you wouldn't want to miss! Enjoy!FromSGD 101

Just over 1 km walk to the north is the Ascension Cathedral and 28 Warriors Park, about 1 km walk to the west and south is the Central Museum, and less than 1 km walk to the east and south is the Peak Tram Station. The room is also very good. Although it is old, the equipment is well maintained. The wash basin, shower head, and toilet are all very useful and do not look dilapidated.
