Overall, I am satisfied. Above all, the view from the higher floors was good. The bathroom was so-so. The bed was nice and big, although you could hear the sound of springs when you moved your body.

The hotel's location is reasonably close and it's not far from Suncheon Bay National Garden, so we had a great time! A view of the rice fields! It was a bit soundproof, but considering it was spacious and nice!

I had a good rest~ The additional cost of hot water in the pool is 80,000 won. The kids swam without any worries~ In the evening, if you walk 5 to 10 minutes away, there are many restaurants and bars~

The location of this hotel is perfect, close to the train station, and not too far from the bus station. The manager spoke enough English to welcome me to the property. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet. I appreciated the blackout curtains. A wonderful location for this vacation.

The extremely friendly staff seem to make up for the weaknesses of the old facilities and location. Overall, it has an old feel, but depending on how you look at it, it was nice to feel comfortable with the classic familiarity. It was especially refreshing as it was my first time seeing non-viewing, and it was nice because it was easy on the eyes.

Close to the national garden and convenient transportation on the way to Yeosu. Easy breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. I don't think there's any choice on my next trip.

It was nice. The building is new, the rooms are large and clean, and there are big windows, so it feels open, and the facilities in the rooms are well-equipped. I'll come back next time I come to Suncheon! It's also close to KTX station, and there's a Twosome convenience store right downstairs.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go on a business trip to Suncheon. The front desk staff are very friendly, and there is also a Twosome on the first floor, so it's great to have a cup of coffee after checking out.

It's an old building, so it smells old, but you're well managed. It is convenient because it is downtown. You can hear famous restaurants on foot,,,, I came to see the Suncheon Bay National Garden.

The Suncheon Bay International Exposition is held until 2023.4.1 ~ 10.30, so I found a place to stay nearby. It was so nice to have convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, laundry rooms, etc. around. Moreover, the room I booked is very large and spacious, so I am willing to stay again if I have a chance. The bus stop is also nearby, so it is very convenient to use ^^

The location, environment, and lobby are all very beautiful. The only and biggest drawback is the bed The bed was too old. It sank completely and was tilted to one side. Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

Subject: Excellent Location, but Overpriced and Outdated Rooms I stayed at Hotel Kazakhstan in Almaty for more than 10 days, drawn initially by its prime location. The hotel’s location is indeed its biggest strength—bang on the main road with excellent accessibility to various parts of the city, making it convenient for travelers. The property itself is a heritage hotel, and while it has its charm, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is quite old, though the upkeep and concierge services were commendable. However, the parking facility was a major issue. During snowfall, it became extremely messy, and entering the hotel was quite challenging. Regarding the rooms, my experience varied throughout the stay: • The initial superior room booked online was decent, offering good space and facilities. • The “supreme premium superior” room I opted for later was disappointing—it was smaller, with a worse layout and fewer amenities than the superior room, which was surprising and frustrating. • For the last three days, I upgraded to a junior suite. While it offered more space, the layout and overall upkeep of the room felt outdated, leaving much to be desired. A consistent issue across all three rooms was the drainage system in the washrooms, which was poorly maintained and created unnecessary inconvenience. The breakfast provided as part of the stay had a wide selection and was good. However, the menu did not change for all nine days, which became monotonous for a longer stay. Room dining, though available, could be significantly improved in terms of quality and variety. Overall, while the location of Hotel Kazakhstan is unbeatable and perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of the city, the property feels overpriced given the outdated facilities and lack of variety in services. I would only recommend it to travelers with a good budget who prioritize location and heritage charm over modern amenities.

The location is good, there is a big shopping mall at the door, the room can see the snow mountain, the breakfast is also rich, and the room was cleaned and a loving towel was folded. The only drawback is that you must check in after 14:00, not even an hour earlier, and breakfast on weekends must be eaten at 6:30, not even 20 minutes earlier.

Location is in the fron of city, far away from airport. To the ciry centrum id will go in morning till 10a than will be in tradic and will go 1-2 hours. Room new with comfortable beds, but i recomend book the cheapest rooms, because deluxe (50sqr) are about nothing, just alot of free space. Maybe if you will do some party in the room for 5-10 people. Room design very simpe compere with ankther hotel where i was. Food very my tasty. In breakfast were a lot of vegetables, deuits, sweets and etc… No welcome drink, 80% staff looked for very strange, unfriendly and not plesure. Spa big, steamed bath with canalizatiom smell…
