I was going to live in Wyndham and there was no room, so I decided to have this one! It’s a surprise to enter the room. It’s exactly the same as the picture. The treasures know that they open the door to book a room online and open the blind box. The room is very large. It opened last year. There are cabinets in the room. You can cook and eat. It is very convenient. I especially like to watch movies. I specially set a projection room. It is very clear. The screen can be adjusted at will. The sanitation of the room can be compared with the hotel standard. It is a long time for the elevator to wait for the peak period. This price can live in such a house. It is quite good. I recommend it to everyone!

The room is super big, there are 3 rooms, there is a room with 2 beds, so there are 4 beds in total. In the past, I also saw the landlord’s relatives (?) come to decorate the balcony. The people are very nice ～🧡 The rooms are very comfortable, very close to Gaozhuang Night Market, 500 meters. The price is also very high. Next time I come to Xishuangbanna to play, I have the opportunity to book your homestay again. Thank you 🤗☀️ (Forgot to take pictures 😂)

The house is clean and well-equipped, not generally complete. Some landlords at home are ready. We arrived late and didn't have time to buy vegetables and rice. The landlord prepared it. It’s far from the city. There is a farmer’s market nearby where you can buy cheap dishes. We only found out the day before we left.

Stayed here for three nights with two kids, and we pretty much tried out all the facilities. The kids had an absolute blast, making it the perfect stress-free choice for parents like me. A big thank you to Zoe! 1. The teachers at the intangible cultural heritage craft area were so gentle. I highly recommend the Bayeux Sutra for its good meaning and portability. The Dai pottery was fun to make, though it all broke on the way home. The Dai paper was hard to transport, but the painted umbrellas were also lovely. 2. The kids loved the outdoor pool, and the scheduled bubble sessions were a romantic touch. They wanted to go every day! The indoor pool, however, was a bit cold. 3. The restaurant also offered Dai cuisine and banana pie making. The service was excellent, and the dishes we made ourselves were surprisingly delicious. 4. The breakfast selection was rich and varied; you absolutely have to try the Dai hand-grabbed rice. 5. Our room was on a higher floor, with blooming flowers right outside our window at treetop level. Although the room was a bit dated, it was meticulously clean and had no bugs. The bed was comfortable, and the toiletries smelled wonderful. 6. The kids' play area was a bit small, but the teachers who led the crafts were very gentle and kind. 7. The Aman photoshoot was professional, and the complimentary photos were great—no need for extra fuss. The hotel's environment itself was beautiful, so there was no need to go out looking for other photo spots. 8. It would be very convenient if you have a car.

This is the first time I've genuinely wanted to write a review for a restaurant. This place truly puts their heart into running it. The free airport pick-up and drop-off was already a huge bonus, plus the fruit delivered to our room at 7 PM and milk at 9 PM. Breakfast was a nutritious nine-compartment breakfast, plus incredibly freshly cooked rice noodles. The next day, the young man at the front desk even cut up the watermelon I bought myself, wearing disposable gloves while doing so. I especially love browsing the market, so I bought some gastrodia elata and steamed, cut, and dried it in the kitchen – I had more tools than I do at home! The bathrooms used Kohler products. Located in the heart of the villa area, it's incredibly quiet. Walking along the river, there are very few people, and some places suitable for young children to play. The riverside night market isn't far either. Compared to staying near the Starlight Night Market last year, I prefer this place.

Our experience at this hotel was terrible from the moment we checked in. We used to stay here every time we visited Xishuangbanna. We drove here, so we had a lot of luggage. When I asked the front desk if they had a luggage cart, the receptionist told me to carry everything myself. When I went over, I saw the cart was full of miscellaneous items. The receptionist then told me to clear the items off myself. Not only did I have to move all the stuff that shouldn't have been on the luggage cart, but I also had to carry my own bags while the front desk staff just stood there and watched, not even offering to help. I could let that slide. We were originally planning to extend our stay; I had already told them yesterday that we'd like to stay in the same room. Check-out time was 2 PM, but at 1:32 PM, they called to tell us to check out. I immediately decided to check out and move to another hotel. They clearly knew we had a lot of luggage, yet at just past 2 PM, they sent someone up to rush us. Even as I left the hotel, carrying my bags to the parking lot, the front desk staff just stood there, completely indifferent (and there wasn't just one person, nor were they busy; there wasn't even anyone checking in). This kind of experience truly shows the hotel's unprofessional management and poor front desk service. I had already calmed down yesterday, thinking that perhaps the person was alone at the front desk, so I could understand. But today, with several people standing there doing nothing, it's completely incomprehensible what this front desk is even doing. You might as well just get rid of the front desk altogether, it's utterly useless. Don't they provide training before people start working? I've traveled and stayed in so many hotels both domestically and internationally, and this is the first hotel in all these years that has made me write a negative review. It's truly one of a kind. I will never stay here again when I come to Xishuangbanna. If they don't improve their management, no one will dare to come anymore. It's genuinely infuriating.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

One day the very present smell of burning rubber or plastic came into my room though, not sure if it’s incidental or happens to the hotel often. Staff were friendly. And were reliable. Nothing too unique with the amenities provided. Water, towels, though a toilet with automated bidet was nice.

The hotel is very grand. I stayed in an executive suite, and the room was large and comfortable. Switching from my hotel in Gaozhuang to stay here for four nights was the best decision I ever made. Gaozhuang is a tourist area, so prices are high and transportation is inconvenient; there are no shared electric scooters, so you have to rent them. This hotel has a fantastic location; it's right across from the market street, where you can buy fruit and other things for much cheaper. Getting to city attractions like the Flower Garden, Manting Park, and the Water Splashing Square is a breeze with just an electric scooter. There are plenty of shared electric scooters available right outside, which is very convenient. If I come to Xishuangbanna again, I'll definitely stay here again.

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!
