Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues. They had a breakfast buffet which was so-so. They had hard boiled eggs...no other option for eggs. And the rest of the buffet was really not to my liking, so I would rate it a one star. Not great, at all. The lobby was nice, except EVERYONE smoked. I am a non-smoker and could not sit in the lobby due to the smoke. The front desk was awesome. Very accommodating with any requests. We wanted to walk about and see the local shops and they drew us a map. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Our twin room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. You do have to flick a switch in a cupboard to turn on the hot water. If not you will have cold water for the basin and shower / bath. The TV in the room had no english speaking channels... The breakfast was OK with a selection of boiled eggs, vegetables, yoghurt, luncheon type meat, cheese, tea, coffee, fruit juice and corn flakes. On the other side, dinner was quite good with several choices of very tasty food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and nice restaurants around. The hotel is about 10min walk to the beach.
