Good breakfast and good service! The only regret is that the beach of the hotel cannot go to the sea

I have left 5 stars for the service as cleaning , buffet , wet cafe staff all we’re exceptional! We did not have a good experience with tatavu grill & bar . Firstly they brought fries with chilli for toddler , the second time they totally burnt kids meat and we waited for the glass of wine for over 40 min ! Hotel is very clean , There is a bus going to town every 15 min . The kids club is not as strong as we were hoping for , but still there is entertainment for kids as well. Overall , we would recommend the hotel.

Heard lots of reviews of this place and looking forward coming from intercontinental hotel. Front reception staff are usually the initial point of contact and should set the tone for your stay . Our person that checked us in did not even briefly inform us of service on offer and just told us to read the booklet. Even our question got directed to say just read booklet. Made us get a food package but found out later that could not be used for fish bar. Therefore had to call duty manager to then cancel or credit our package so we can use at fish bar. Just an inconvenience that could have been cleared on check in if we had better communication front check in. speaking with other guests also don't think food package is worth it as limits use to other restaurants and have to pay extra to eat at fish bar. Works out more expensive than paying as normal. Think this needs to be looked at as well. Rooms feel slightly dated. Gym and kids club facilities are qiute good Have to say enjoyed food and lovely staff at fish Bar which made stay enjoyable

We have booked Crowne Plaza Nadi Bay Resort knowing it’s still at phased opening. However based on website or during pre-communications we had, they have not elaborate “phased” opening and we have only witnessed what it looked like once checked in. Long story short hotel Is absolutely not ready to welcome or accommodate guests. Lots of constructions going on 24/7 and amenities at bare minimum. 1. As you walk in first you see is a building construction with scaffolding. 2. Lobby bathrooms are somewhat still under construction and pool bathrooms are not yet ready. 3. Half of the pool is still under construction 4. Beach is not yet even developed and dirty 5. Only one type of rooms are available, although website states otherwise. 6. Spa is being operated inside a room. 7. We had an excursion but the bus driver did not know the location to drop us off past mid night which concerns of our safety. May need signs and directions displayed at junctions for better awareness. 8. Only one restaurant and a bar is available, all other restaurants, pool bar are still under construction. 9. in room amenities are at bare minimum, mini bars are not available. Only positives are the wonderful staff who are tirelessly trying every moment to make it up for the guests. They are very genuine and super friendly at every interaction. Duty Manager Sandrit leading from the front to make it work under the circumstances. He had understood our concerns, offered alternative options, upgraded to a better view and compensated for our spa treatments which shows they are trying to make it work. Restaurant staffs are all lovely, Joji was the best! In conclusion, we believe this resort has a huge potential to become the best Hotel on the island ONCE it completed but as of now it’s no way near that landmark. They need to be absolutely transparent on what’s on offer and honest with their guests who are taking a chance to book the hotel at this point.

Faultless, incredible hotel with absolutely stunning rooms, facilities, top location (brilliant beach and snorkelling) & restaurants, beautiful staff who were especially amazing with the kids!! Service was impeccable, everyone went above and beyond! Loved the outdoor baths! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Aprés plusieurs voyages aux fidji, nous avons enfin trouvé notre nouvel eldorado: le waitui beach club du sofitel denaru!!! C'est le top du top dans cette catégorie de resorts. Tout le personnel est fantastique. Du responsable des réservation de l'hotel jusqu'au jardinier, tous prennent a coeur leur métier pour vous rendre la vie merveilleuse pendant votre séjour. Je ne peux pas citer tout le monde, il n'y aurait pas assez de place dans mon commentaire.. Ils sont trop fort ici... Par exemple,commance par le matin avec du champagne a volonté au breakfast, minibar gratuit chaque jour avec une bouteille de champagne si vous le souhaitez, suivi en soirée d'un cocktail de 5 a 6 pm... J'ai calé au bout de 3 jours...sofitel 1 / hervé 0... Sans parler du personnel aux petits soins toute la journée a vos cotés lorsque vous decidez de passer la journée au bord de la magnifique piscine. Je ne voudrais pas dénigrer les autres resort de denaru, mais si vous avez un choix a faire, prenez le sofitel (si pas d'enfant le waitui beach club) Pour info on y revient dans un an en gros et nous sommes maintenant membre accor plus (un genre de passeport gourmand mondial qui vous donne 50% dans tous les restaurants du groupe accor)

Very clean, very clean. If you book early, the price is very high. There are several swimming pools in the hotel. The two-bedroom room has a sofa, a dining table for four people and a small kitchen. Breakfast 30fiji coins. There are quite a lot of varieties ~ can live 4 people.

The whole experience was excellent, the staff are exceptional. Vili the doorman was very attentive to us all. We will return but I'm sure everyone gets the special attention. The staff amazed us all by calling us by name when we saw them around the resort. Absolute magic, the whole ten days we spent there.
