I am a regular visitor to Chiangmai and thought I should try out this new hotel in town. What a fabulous experience it was The room is very spacious and the hotel is decorated in a modern style, with plenty of Thai touches. The lighting is good and the mirrors in the room are great if you love a mirror selfie as much as I do. The club lounge, (known as the level) is one of the best I have experienced I loved the cocktails of the day especially the Chao Phraya one made with local rum, very delicious, and so much fun to have it made in front of us in a fabulous copper coloured shaker. The service in the club is excellent, the manager Taemasin is very charming and super helpful. He had so much passion for the hotel My only regret is that I did not get to dine in the Mai restaurant. I had seen some beautiful pictures of the food on instagram, and after I talked to Taemasin, who told me that the food is so much more special then the photos can show, I know that I will definitely be back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We took two separate rooms on the top floor. Very small and brand new hotel. Large rooms. Great location near the night bazaar and easy walk to the old city. It’s very basic but was perfect as our base in Chiang Mai. Plus really lovely people who were always happy to help. Thank you Rose and Au.

I'm back at this amazing Chiang Mai resort for the fourth time! When I'm in Chiang Mai, Anantara Resort is my number one pick for ”a place to stay”. No matter if I'm here on business or for fun, this place never disappoints. It's right on the Ping River. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and best of all, all rooms have amazing river views! Breakfast here is one of the best in town (in my opinion), and there's a variety of Western and Thai options. Their Lanna Omelet is so good. Try their signature Lanna omelet if you want a taste of fusion-style northern food. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway or a delightful business trip in Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Chiang Mai next time. Stella job!

Me and my partner are finishing our stay tomorrow at this hotel and we have loved every minute! The service in Thailand is already great, but at this hotel the service is outstanding! The staff are so lovely and friendly and are happy to help at any time. The attention to detail is like nothing I have experienced staying in any hotel before. The cleaning service, the incense sticks on outside our room after arriving back after an evening out, the hotel offer an in house laundry service (cost per item), which we used. We received it back only a few hours later, washed, ironed and folded and smelling gorgeous. The second day was my partner’s birthday, they gave us two free cocktail vouchers, a pancake breakfast which they came out and sang happy birthday too and origami towels laid on our bed when we got back from our morning cooking class. They made it so special. Our room is absolutely spotless and the attention to detail and decor is stunning. Facilities are amazing, clean towels on the side of the pool. Pool beautiful with a jacuzzi which is hot and relaxing. The breakfast is fabulous with great options. Fresh fruit, eggs (which they cook any way for you as requested), fresh fruit juice, pastries, great milk alternative ( I had oat milk), meat, cheese, olives, cereal, yogurt. The hotel is a short walk to the old town but they also offer a free shuttle service to the night Bazaar market and to the old city wall gates. Amazing service! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks so much for a beautiful stay.

A beautiful boutique hotel hidden in a quiet street. I like the location because you don’t get noise from the street. Chiangmai in General is not a big city, so wherever you stay it won’t be too far from where you want to go. Once you step into the hotel, you will be amazed by the entire environment. Beautiful pool, beautiful houses, and beautiful rooms. The service may be the best in Chiangmai. The girls at front desk are very friendly, professional, and attentive. Ms. Art speaks perfect English that makes our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is delicious and varieties. The only thing needs to be addressed is the bed frame in the room. It is a wooden frame with sharp corners and mattress sit on top of the frame but not fully cover the corner of the frame. So be careful when moving around, otherwise it is easy to get hit on your legs. Overall, I love this hotel. I will definitely come back next time back to Chiangmai. You won’t be disappointed.

This resort is in the heat of Chang Mi town center. A very quiet relaxing hotel that was opened up by the royal princess. This mini resort is really a good place to escape from everyday life. We stayed in one of the suites, very spacious, very clean, had lovely aromas, a super big spa bath, and an overall elegant look to it. A great outside space overlooking the property, and a nice bed lounger too. The housekeeping team really knows what they're doing and is very polite. All staff at the resort are very pleasant. The pool area for this resort is great, very clean, and has good features. A good place to cool down after day drips in the heat. Breakfast is located over the road at their off-site restaurant. Breakfast is very simple, and offers you different national types of dishes. Really good. The seating area looks over the river which is great to see while having breakfast. This resort pretty much leaves you to it, to enjoy your time. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here if you are looking to escape.

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

No full glass shower door, so water gets onto the floor. Basin is long, not used to it & bit difficult to use.

This unique boutique hotel was lovely in terms of layout, style and elegance. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast included was most adequate. The spa was extraordinarily great value for money, and I would highly recommend having a massage and facial, as it was truly a divine experience. The rooms were well appointed, and look just like the photos online. As it was very hot at the time of year we were there, the air con was greatly welcomed. The big minus for the hotel was the reception experience. On arrival there was general confusion about our booking, the ladies were in the backroom the whole time, and it was difficult to get input on what to do, or where to go. There just seemed constant confusion and a lack of energy at reception overall. There was a lack of local knowledge or guidance, and I expected some really great insights on local restaurants or adventures such as cooking schools etc, but it was not forthcoming. Just a minor thought, but the hotel clothing of the staff also missed a beat. Everyone was in tired looking grey polo shirts. A minor point, but for such a lovely hotel, I thought there could be something more fitting/traditional for the team to wear. Finally the old mercedes was a hoot. Loved being driven to the airport in it. Added to the adventure.

1. When booking, there is no note to write to me, whether you want a double bed or a double bed. I didn't care about this until the front desk said that I didn't write this note when I checked in, so they didn't reserve a double bed for me, so when I wanted to move for three consecutive days, he said that I would move twice The room was finally coordinated and waited, and it took him half an hour to get us a twin room without moving the room. The room was really clean, especially the bathroom, which I really appreciate. Both the rooms and bathroom have a nice aesthetic. There's a small desk, the bed is king sized, and the TV facing the bed seems to be around 40 inces. The AC worked fine. They don't seem to have any shared facilities however.

Excellent services. Allowed 1 hr early checkin and provide bellhop services. The room is neat and clean but lightning needs improvement at nighttime. The sun shines throughout in the afternoon to provide natural light. AC is excellent. The luggage storage is in a safe room which I appreciate. Unlike most hotels that luggage storage in in open lovey where theft can easily occur. The room price is more expensive than most of its peer. I never try the breakfast because of the bad reviews.

If there was a hotel name on the front of the building, it would be good to be able to find it easily. The price of over 300 is considered ok. Strong Wi-Fi, but no TV, not like in the picture. I was always greeted by Jenny on reception with a warm smile. After enjoying Chiang Mai city for 2 weeks i extended my stay and paid a good price for 2 more weeks. The rooms available are fan only or fan and air conditioning. Although there is no fridge in the rooms there is a communal fridge in reception which is always stocked with ample water, soft drinks and beers all at very cheap prices. My large room had a fan, AC, TV, wardrobe, dresser, king size double bed with very clean bedding, which can be changed upon request. The shower area, although a bit outdated, is still quite adequate. Panda House is located on a no through road, there is hardly any traffic outside and it is exceptionally peaceful considering how close it is to the city. I could take a slow walk to Tha Phae Gate in less than 10 minutes. Nearby Tuk Tuks are easy to flag down; or reception will order a private taxi in a matter of minutes. Panda House does offer a food menu, however there are endless bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I stayed for one month and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Excellent clean It is recommended to stay here for the whole family, as a couple, or if you want a backpacker atmosphere, you will have more friends. The location is near Ningman Road, the decoration is very stylish, the roof bar is also very good, but the whole design is too impractical, the small room is very small, the suitcase can't be opened, the first night stay was almost a nervous breakdown! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. AC worked very well and was super quiet. The hotel has a pool perfect for families with small children. I definitely recommend the Valentier Cafe and Hotel

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy that I found this place. I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews. I was instantly glad that I made the right decision. The room looks like it did in the photos, beautiful. Everything was new and immaculate. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and all the bars and restaurants. There is also a nightly food street market nearby with delicious foods to try. It’s quite nice to be a few minutes away from all the noisy bars and restaurants. Try the Chai restaurant for great nighttime music from around 9pm. The See You Soon restaurant had daily visits because of its delicious Thai food and cocktails. You can tap in and out as you wish. Everything was very easy here. It was easy to get from here to any of the main locations for tourists. David was very lovely and helped me navigate everything that I wanted to do. If you aren’t sure about anything he has lots of tips to help you navigate your stay in Chiang Mai. His mum was also lovely and welcoming. Really glad that I booked this hotel. I ended up booking an additional 5 days! Thank you David!

The room is very clean and the location is very good. It is opposite the scenic spot and the night market is also very close. The boss is very gentle. My husband has a bad heart and even reserved a quieter room. Thank you! The breakfast prepared by the landlady is also delicious, nutritious and delicious! I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

We were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

They all arranged it properly. Where can I go? , The waiter will take out the map, mark the route and provide it to me, and even check the location on the computer. After telling me the route, he will print the route to me. The work is very meticulous and thoughtful, especially praise! This time we stayed in a family room on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a restaurant, which is very convenient for swimming and eating. The hotel’s restaurant provides 24-hour free mineral water, watermelon, pineapple, hot water, tea, coffee, egg rolls, rice crackers. You can make a cup of coffee at any time, sit under the tree, facing the river, and rest. In terms of location, there is a 7-11 on the diagonally opposite side of the hotel, and there is a supermarket a little past. Turn left and walk a short distance from the hotel to the iron bridge. After crossing the iron bridge, go straight for two intersections to the Changkang Road Night Market. I considered the resort before staying in this hotel, but it would be more troublesome to go out in the resort, and I finally chose this one, which proved to be correct. Of course, there are regrets about this stay: 1/The hotel just arranged for someone to trim the branches the next day, so that the tables and chairs at the door could not be seated, and the room would be noisy, and I could not enjoy the hotel environment well; 2/The bathroom drained slowly , There is water on the floor at the end of the bath; 3/The bathroom does not have a place to put towels and clothes, which is very inconvenient as a family room; 4/We stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning staff in between to clean the room and collect garbage. Changing towels, putting paper towels, no cleaning work. Anyway, this is a highly comfortable hotel, a hotel that makes people want to stay all day without going out. Hope that next time you stay, there will be further improvement and experience. Answer a few questions from travelers: 1/Breakfast is good, I like purple mango sticky rice and chicken drumsticks; 2/Family room has a large bed and two single beds, suitable for a family of four; 3 The location of the hotel is not in the center, but it is far from Changkang The road night market is not very far, about a 15-minute walk; 4/ There is a little open space in front of the hotel, you can park about 6 cars.

I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.
