I have stayed in a lot of high-end properties, but this stay was something else. All 5-star hotels have great food, very good rooms, good service, but when you stay at the Raffles it's the little details that make the difference. From the get go, when I spoke to Rohan, he ensured we got the best room possible and made us feel special during our check in. No hotel has EVER put up a banner in their lobby saying ”Happy Anniversary”, this one did. There was a cake waiting for us in the lobby, No hotel has ever given us a welcome cake that was 100% Vegan, this one did. When we entered the room, we saw it was decorated with flowers on the bed, again something all 5 star hotels do, this one had a LONG sweet handwritten letter from the butler team ***** with the deco. The well ***icured gardens, the entry vie the lake, the building structure will wow first-time visitors to the property, so I won’t state the obvious. In the dining area, Dhruv and his team were something else. They had the best oat milk coffee waiting for my wife at every meal. Afternoon tea was served to us while we watched the sunset, we had to literally throw the lady out of the area, otherwise she insisted on staying in the hot sun waiting for us just in case we wanted something. All hotels give you a welcome bottle of wine, this one had one of the best and expensive bottles of Champagne for us waiting. No hotel wraps my charge wire in a cloth envelope. this hotel did it every night. I could go on and on but you get the drift. Wow and speechless

My stay at Oberoi Udaivilas was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in, the staff made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, including pool, kids activities were top-notch. Kids particularly enjoyed kids play area with Neemah which truly made my experience unique. The location was perfect for exploring birds nature outdoor games meditation. The service throughout was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate any requests It was a perfect retreat, and I can't wait to return! Impeccable, world class landscape. The hotel itself was transformed from an 18th-century palace with impeccable service and facilities. The hotel also has various activities such as yoga classes.

Deepak provides a thorough explanation of the hotel's facilities upon arrival, while Sa***tha in reservations ensures a seamless booking process with her extensive knowledge and guest-centric approach. Butlers elevate the experience further; Krishan, our assigned butler, meticulously planned a celebratory event and consistently demonstrated genuine care. Chef Rupak Debnath's culinary skills and ability to connect with guests are commendable. Overall, The Leela offers a memorable experience with exceptional service from all staff members.

What a wonderful experience, the staff is so amazing that we decided to extend our stay, our kid was so happy because he had new friends who pampered him a lot and thus we were happy, the serene , neat and exotic property will make your holiday a memorable one for sure, definitely going again.

Chunda Palace is an exceptional hotel which provides excellent accommodation with jaw dropping decor. The most impressive element of our stay was the service provided by the staff. One staff member stood out above all,namely Deepanjali, from the restaurant. Deepanjali epitomised a 5 Star rating through her “can do and will do” attitude. Deepanjali was always warm, welcoming and attentive be that for breakfast or dinner. When we asked for advice she was informative, knowledgeable and able to communicate highly articulately. The beauty of Chunda Palace and Udaipur is unique, however it was the kindness and personal touch from Deepanjali that will always remain with us. Thank you Deepanjali!
