The condition of the water heater needs to be adjusted. It may be because you can't pick the room. The room type is at the door, there will always be people coming in and out. The sound insulation is not good. There are tenants who are screaming at night. The location is very convenient to buy food and drink.

Booked a deluxe room with bath tub on 3Apr23. Absolutely satisfied with their customer service, no idea why the star rating is only 3.5. I was kinda skeptical at first, to my surprised the room was spacious and clean, staff even went the extra mile to help a clueless tourist like me. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Hotel Taichung! This is truly a 5-star experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. As soon as my taxi pulled up, the bellboy came over right away and helped with my luggage—even sending it directly to my room without me needing to handle anything. Such thoughtful service! The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I especially loved the little touches, like the Nespresso coffee machine for a nice cup of coffee anytime. The biggest surprise was the complimentary mini bar—there were four bottles of soft drinks provided for free, which was such a nice bonus! The bathroom was also impressively large, clean, and well-designed, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend Millennium Hotel Taichung if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

1. Seriously, Trip.com, what gives you the confidence to rate (The Feng Jia Hotel) five diamonds? 2. The hotel's main glass door lacks anti-collision markings, and the lobby is a mess. 3. The wallpaper in the room is peeling everywhere. 4. There are no power outlets by the bed, and the value for money is terrible. When I asked the front desk for a power strip, they gave me a whole list of conditions. 5. The breakfast area is dirty, and the service is poor. For a five-diamond hotel, you have to clear your own dishes after breakfast. Trip.com customer service, if you see this review, please seriously answer my first question. Thank you!!!

Although the hotel has a long long history, but the room, common area, common facilities have been maintained fairly well. In very good location, close to Sogo. House cleaning is done well while we stayed there. Loved the gym, one of the very few hotels that I have stayed in with a proper size gym. Has kids play area, family friendly. Has in hotel massage and spa. Service is great, particularly the doormen, they were super helpful with our luggage and getting on and off taxis with our kid. Very reasonably priced. Also loved the in room popcorn snack. Attention to detail is great for me.

There's a shopping mall and a Carrefour supermarket right next to the hotel, making shopping very convenient. The only downside is that the beds are a bit basic and can be noisy when you lie down. The location is excellent, right opposite Taichung Station. There's a supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants next door. The price is also reasonable. What I didn't like was their very strict check-in and check-out times – check-out at 11 AM and check-in at 3 PM. They charge you for exceeding these times. However, one morning, they started cleaning the hallway at 9 AM, and the noise of the machines woke me up, even though it wasn't even housekeeping time yet. Also, on my first day, my room was already clean, but they wouldn't let me check in early. This feels like a double standard.

Room is quite big, i can fully open both of my standard size luggage, still have space for walking. The room I stay is quiet, just only can hear when other guest close their door. Very near to the Taichung train station, easy for me cause i can just walk to Taichung train station. Just beside the hotel have one 24hours family mart , you can grab some snack or food if you are hungry in the midnight. The opposite is the famous MIYAHARA ice cream shop, you can buy and take back to your room to eat it. ^^

location is really good. it is convenient since there are bus stops nearby to go around the city there is also a nice night market nearby and nice food options/ restaurants only downside is that the rooms are near and little to no sound proofing so the showers and can hear people showering / blowdrying hair at night. I still had a good sleep with my ear plugs on. The living / lounge area is also small and with people working who are staying there longer hoarding the only dining table for their work stuff so if this is not an issue for you and for short stays. I reco this hostel!

This could easily be the best backpack rooms I have ever stayed in. Bed is comfy with adequate personal space. There is a desk at the end of the bed, I could write my journal in my own space. There even is a huge wardrobe for u to put ur luggage and clothes. Toilet in the room is clean and photogenic. Breakfast is small but with enough varieties. Staff is very nice. Location is perfect. It belongs to the standard business hotel… the room is spacious and clean and well maintained…however, i have issues with the bathroom flush and the shower head / tap switch… which took me sometime to figure them out… There is a lobby bar on the first floor where we can wait and drink machine made coffee…..the gym and laundry room is located at B1… there should have better indications of how to open the gym door and lobby bar door… sometimes there is no one to aak about how to go in… maybe the washing machine needs to change the rubber rims cos of accumulated dark spots… but it’s free so i am not really complaining… The hotel has excellent front desk and housekeeping staff…. Special thanks to Cindy Lai who went the extra miles to find out the rates for taxi chartering… sorry that we did not take it up in the end though we thought it’s a good idea… grateful that we took the advice to go to LuKang old street instead as the places we plan to go is too far. We underestimated Taichung’s size… The hotel breakfast is fantastic, they have a different varieties for the two days we went.. the food is delicious and well selected… i wish i can eat more… the restaurant staff are also very helpful… Overall, me and my friend have great experience at The Tango Taichung….

A rare find with a triple room! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was also very convenient, with a Watsons right next door. It's a great hotel choice in Taichung. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside with service to Taichung Station, which is super convenient!
