The apartment is located at a very good location. All the apartments come with first-line sea view. There are lots of celebrity restaurant nearby. Minutes' walk to the great barrier reef ferry terminal, Lagoon, Night Market. Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, seperate laundry, and a large balcony. We chilled in the balcony with drinks, looking at the ocean. The building comes with 2 pools, spa, and sauna. Good security with intercom and elevator access control. The only downside is the fitting is a bit dated and some ants in the apartment. But it doesn't affect the holiday. I would recommend this place for family holiday.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was good, the balcony faced the sea, sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening, blowing the sea breeze, very comfortable. The kitchen cabinets in the room are all available and breakfast is made for three days. Laundry and drying are convenient, and clean clothes are worn every day. Check out one day in advance due to urgent matters, the landlord quickly refunded the room payment. Very good 👍

The room was quite simple and comfortable, with all the basic amenities, including a bathtub. The balcony offered direct sea views, and the location was excellent. The pier for boat trips was right next door, and there were several restaurants along the pier boardwalk, like Dundee's Restaurant. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – much better than expected, with a wide variety of options including Asian cuisine, and it changed slightly every day, which was great. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay. For kids, they provided a welcome amenity kit, and after collecting stamps, they even gave a lovely mini Kookaburra doll as a gift. Overall, it was a very good experience!

We stayed for four nights over the Easter holiday in a panorama sea view room in the new tower. First of all, the location is excellent. The pool area has a sandy beach, and compared to the Hilton next door, the water was much clearer and very pleasant. The view is absolutely beautiful. However, when the tide goes out, it turns into what feels like a “panoramic mudflat view,” so I would recommend carefully considering the timing of your stay. On the other hand, there were several issues with the room. There is no balcony, and the windows cannot be opened. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten multiple times, which caused itching and swelling. The insect repellent device in the hallway was empty, which made me question the quality of housekeeping management. When I spoke to a female staff member at reception, I was told that only body spray repellent was available, and no further assistance was offered, so I had to purchase and install my own insect repellent. In addition, there was a sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The mirror and sink were not properly cleaned and appeared dirty. The room and hallway also had a moldy smell, and due to the humidity, the bed linens felt damp. The duvet was thin and not very comfortable. As I am sensitive to smells, these issues made me feel nauseous and unwell. Later, my husband spoke to a male staff member at reception. Although the hotel was fully booked and we were unable to change rooms, he responded with sincerity, apologized thoroughly, and instructed housekeeping to carry out a deep cleaning. When we returned from going out, the bathroom had been properly cleaned and the sewage smell was gone. The moldy smell in the room did not completely disappear, but it had been masked with deodorizer, and we were able to sleep well that night. However, the same issues returned the following day. As it was the Easter holiday and other hotels were fully booked, we had no choice but to stay until the end of our reservation. Afterward, I checked reviews and found many similar complaints about the moldy smell, which made me regret not researching more thoroughly beforehand. I had assumed that as a five-star hotel, it would be fine. Overall, the reception staff were kind, friendly, and professional. In particular, the male staff member who assisted us was excellent. On the other hand, I felt that the quality of housekeeping needs improvement. In my opinion, these issues are largely due to a design flaw—specifically, the building was designed with aesthetics prioritized over functionality by the construction company and architect, resulting in rooms where windows cannot be opened despite the humid tropical climate. The older tower, which has balconies and windows that can be opened, may not have the same problems. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to smells, but for those who are not, it can still be a wonderful place to stay given its location and facilities.

This hotel is centrally located on the esplanade, and this is its main plus. In everything else, in my view, it loses out to the Hilton , to which I moved after a few days. My room smelled to the extent it made me feel unwell. The two swimming pools they boast are a joke. In the first glass pool, you are fully exhibited to everyone on the esplanade, which is why no one swims. In the second one you can't swim if there's anyone else in the pool, it's that narrow. The spa is a private massage joint. I was given a parking spot with no remote the first day, and allowed to park as an exception - their parking is too small to accomidate a hotel of this size. It has no ev charging. The breakfast is nowhere as good as the Hiltons. In any case I fixed all these problems by moving.

We stayed from 1/31 to 2/5. It was a two-bedroom apartment, but there were two shower rooms, which was convenient. Condominium-type apartments are better for our family than regular hotels. Prices are high in Australia, so cooking at the apartment helps to reduce travel costs. Vision Apartment has a full kitchen, so we were able to cook without stress. It's also convenient and convenient to have a washing machine in the room. The reception is open for a short time, but if you contact us in advance, there are no problems with check-in or check-out. We recommend this apartment for those staying in Cairns for more than two nights.

We stayed here in 2024 and loved it so much that we come back this year ! It's situated in a great location, next door to Cairns Central so shopping was literally on our doorstep. The rooms are lovely and clean, there are 3 great swimming pools, and it's a nice walk to the esplanade where you can have a lovely walk into the centre and you'll have a great selection of eateries to choose from. Happy hour is offered by a lot of places, so we personally enjoyed having a drink and watching the sightseeing helicopter land right in front of you and watching the sun set ,it's just the best! It's also a pleasant walk to the Cock and Ball Pub going the other way but make sure you're hungry though because the meals are huge!!

Including SHUTTLE from HOSTEL to the airport, if you book on the official website 24 hours ago, it is 6 knives, and if you book within 24 hours, 15 knives. Includes bus information to KURANDA. Wait. Note: Take your quilt downstairs when you check out. The internet is great. Going to them in the summer is winter, the temperature is right. The city is small. The bus is inconvenient. Preparing in advance can save some money.
