The hotel is located 1.5 km from the center. It's a short walk along the beach. The room is spacious. Big beds and sofa, good blackout curtains. The sheets were not changed, they were turned inside out :( (I dropped a cookie on the sheet and the sheet was dirty, next day was the stain on the ohter side) There is also a safe in the room, for which you pay 10 euros, you get a check and a key in return. When you check out later, the money will be refunded based on the check. Wardrobe is quite small, it has two sides but nothing can be placed on the other side, bc he shelf is about 10 cm wide. On the day of arrival, there was 1 liters of water, Sprite and Coca in the fridge. When the water runs out, a new bottle is put in. Clean water is always available free of charge in small cups (200ml) in the hotel's bars and restaurant. The bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is soap bars and shampoo. If you want to enjoy a bubble bath, feel free to ask the janitor for a bathtub stopper. And as for all kinds of construction and finishing mistakes, just learn to ignore them. You are in another country with its own standards. Food - As the season had not yet started, the seafood restaurant was not open. But otherwise, you can be sure that you will have gained weight when you come back from vacation :) For breakfast, you can either have filter coffee or Turkish tea. However, if you want a packet of tea (chamomile, apple, blend), grab a tea bag at the bar before coming to the restaurant, because hot water is available. At the hotel's pool bar, you can later get cappuccino and other coffees from the machine. The beach. Maximum 5 minutes walk. Also a transfer bus takes you there and brings you back. Aqvapark has two slides and a big swimming pool, half is lower and half is deeper water. Also one childrens pool, 30cm depth. There is a road leading to the sandy beach where there is an area of Meder hotel beach chairs. I consider it a disadvantage that you cannot close umbrellas on the beach and therefore it is not good for sunbathing. It is better to absorb vitamin D in the territory of Aqvapark. There are changing rooms, outdoor duzz, toilet. Beach towels can be exchanged for cards at the hotel SPA reception. You can eat well in Aqvapark, there are fries, hamburgers, kebab meat, sandwiches. Drinks including water, coca, beer and wine. Internet. Wi-Fi is free downstairs (a bit slow, because too many people are at the same hotspot at the same time) Wi-Fi is also free in the rooms, but you have to log in with your data (arter check-in you are inserted to the system and you can use your room number and name to log in) There is also a faster internet option, which is not free (see pictures) Animation. In the morning there was yoga, later darts, petanque. In the evenings there were acrobats, choosing the best man and woman, bingo, turkey night. Evening host „Ai-Ai-Ai” :) You are great for knowing languages, but you could speak more slowly. - What I didn't like was that the

The hotel itself is about 4 star. However to have 5 stars in Turkey it is based on facilities rather than cleanliness and appearance. As the hotel has a gym and conference room it has 5 stars. At a push I would give it 4. It is not for English speaking people, not many of the staff speak English. We were the only English speaking people there for the week we were there. The hotel is full of rude Russian people ( not the fault if the hotel) these people queue for the meat fill their plates with it and leave none for others. One evening there was no meat left at all for over an hour we were offered fish instead The restaurant opens from 7 until 9 not long enough most open until 10 so for the 2 hours it's open it is packed and difficult to find a seat. The rooms were scruffy and needed updating as did the carpet around the hotel. The room was spacious with 2 single beds and a bed settee but insufficient room to keep clothes. More storage space is definitely needed. Our room had lovely views of Kemer and the mountains. The lobby bar has a young blonde girl who was ignorant and blatantly ignored us on several occasions. The staff at the pool bar are lovely and they serve pasta and sauce at lunch time. The ice cream and cakes were good, although one scoop server was used for each ice cream. The pool area is good but on several occasions people had placed towels on beds in the shade then never turned up. I think the hotel should stop this. The young lady lifeguard was so vigilant and walked around constantly. The beach and ”aqua park” are a 10/15 minutes walk or a shuttle bus every 30 minutes we walked. I say aqua park it is a pool with 2 slides that are open for short periods of time. The park opens at 10am the slides close from 11.30 to 14.30 for the staff to have a break they also close around 15.00 for water polo On our final day there was faeces in the pool it was pointed out to staff but nothing was done. The food at the aqua park is good however I avoided the Turkish bread as the lady making it was not concerned if the ash from her cigarette got added to the ingredients. The lifeguards at this pool were only visible when the slides were open. The beach, has beds so close together it's difficult to walk between them. There are no drinks available at the beach. I have been to many 5 star hotels and never have I been on one where there are no drinks available on the beach . The entertainment is what it is. The mini disco started late every night and one night without warning was not on. There is no drinks service at meal times no drinks other than filter coffee and Turkish tea available. This is really poor for 5 star hotel The only toiletries in the room were shampoo and body wash. The shop in the hotel had everything you could possibly need and was really friendly. Only the one shop was open. Other shops hairdresser was closed Would I stay here again? No Is the hotel 5 star? No Suitable for British people? No
