A boutique hotel remodeled from an old house, with a total of 12 rooms, which are slightly cramped in size, especially the bathrooms. It is very close to the sea, a few minutes walk to the sea organ, there are many restaurants around, and the location is super good. The breakfast area is very small, right next to the front desk, four tables and dining tables are all set up temporarily. Although the sparrow is small and well-equipped, apart from not freshly cooked, cold meals, meat, cheese, bread, dessert, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea bags, etc. are all available. Apple pie and cereal yogurt are also very delicious~ this is recommended for visiting Zadar Old Town. .

Perfect little hotel! Very warm and friendly reception by Marino. Perfectly appointed clean room with everything we needed. I traveled with my husband and 22 yr old daughter and we were very comfortable. Had enough room to open all 3 of our full size suitcases and even our small ones. Great shower, bathroom amenities, ample towels, robes and slippers. Breakfast was everything we needed: Eggs, yogurt, croissants, coffee, juice, salad, fruit, and more.
