From the moment of arrival to the lingering farewell, every detail unfolded with quiet grace. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and calm, framed by a magnificent view that shifted beautifully from soft morning light to shimmering evening hues. Each glance outward felt restorative. Dining was a refined journey—thoughtfully composed, elegantly presented, and deeply satisfying. Check-in and check-out flowed effortlessly, guided by genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism. It was not simply a stay, but an experience of elegance, emotion, and timeless hospitality—one that remains long after the journey ends.

It was alright, a bit quirky though. You have to take an escalator from the lobby, then an elevator to the 75th floor where the front desk is, but actually the hotel starts on the 5th floor. The front desk staff were really nice, but the housekeeping service had a poor attitude.

It took about 20 minutes to be delivered my luggage by a bellman to my room after I checked in.
I checked in advance operating hours of steam room in the fitness club and confirmed that it would be operated from 6:00 a.m., but the door of the fitness club was not opened at 6:10 a.m. and asked to open the door through the operator. The door was opened at 6:15 a.m. but the steam room was not warm at all. I waited for 10 minutes there but it did not become warm. So I asked staff whether it is operated or not. The staff told me it was on. I decided to have breakfast first, and came back one hour later but it was not still warm at all. It may be broken.
These issues made my stay uncomfortable.
- Guest User
1. The electric curtains in the room kept getting stuck. Someone came to fix them once, but they got stuck again the next day. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull them manually. 2. The room key card for the elevator kept demagnetizing. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to renew it at least three times. 3. The hairdryer was placed in a very hard-to-find spot. 4. The pillows were too soft, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck.
All these little issues made my stay very frustrating. I felt like I was constantly solving problems instead of getting proper rest. I won't be booking this Four Seasons hotel again.

This hotel is located in the city center. There's a dedicated elevator on the ground floor that takes you directly to a skybridge on the second floor, connecting the hotel to the Pavilion Mall across the street. It's incredibly convenient for shopping for items like Orchid perfume and Labubu, and there are plenty of dining options. From another skybridge in Pavilion, you can walk directly to the Petronas Twin Towers in about 20 minutes, making it perfect for a city walk.
The hotel's front desk is on the 53rd floor, providing a very grand and ceremonial check-in experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, there aren't many rooms, so the environment is very quiet. They even offer essential oil service and turn-down service. Breakfast is served on the 58th floor with views of the Petronas Twin Towers, and the à la carte options are extensive. The pool is also fantastic, semi-open-air, and very picturesque.

A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay, welcoming drinks is nice, and the feeling of stepping into the room with smell of essential oil and incense is really great . I feel really comfortable staying in the room .
The lift is fast, environment is clean and spacious .
Location is good as well and there is a lift at the lobby that link to a bridge towards pavilion mall. Convenient to go over within walking distance that we can avoid from traffic jam and avoid from spending time looking for parking around.

This is our honest review of our current stay here. There are always pros and cons for any hotels. Let’s start with the pros first.
The location is great, located near Conlay station and the view is amazing as well. We used the washing machine and dryer several times which is nice. The room is big enough for two to four people.
Now it’s time to talk about the things that were a bit disappointed. The main reason that we booked this hotel is because the pictures shown for Premium 2 Bedroom. We thought that we would be getting the bathroom with the view of twin tower as the background . If not because of this view, we would stay at other places.
One more thing, we need to pay at the hotel. The guests will be charged 3% if pay by credit card. We’re with this because we need the the bathtub with the amazing view of twin tower. However, when we checked in, we found out that we got the different room. So sad and won’t stay here again.
Last but not least, the agent told us to give a good review, but we chose to express our sincere review.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed at Crockfords Hotel Genting in early October 2025 and was genuinely disappointed by the level of service — especially for a hotel that claims to be Malaysia’s leading luxury property.
On 3 October, I approached the concierge Duty Manager around 9:40am regarding the hotel Wi-Fi, which kept showing an “invalid credentials” error. Instead of taking the initiative to verify the problem — which turned out to be something as simple as incorrect login details given at check-in — he insisted that the IT team would need to come into my room to fix it.
Later in the day, another staff member resolved the issue within minutes by simply checking the credentials. It’s baffling how the Duty Manager couldn’t do something that basic.
Throughout my stay, I also noticed that many of the staff seemed lost and unsure of how to handle simple situations — almost like the blind leading the blind. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication among them.
The breakfast experience was another major letdown. I had breakfast there for three consecutive days, and throughout, the food was never hot — the noodles in soup were the only consistently warm item served. To make matters worse, the staff did not communicate properly among themselves. On one morning, we were told to wait while a table by the window was being cleared for us. After waiting a good five minutes, another group of guests was allowed to take the exact table we were waiting for. The explanation given was simply that “the other guests wanted the table.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.
The only saving grace was the Duty Manager working on 5 Oct and overseeing the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, proactive, and took the initiative to check if guests needed drinks or assistance. His professionalism truly stood out amidst the confusion elsewhere.
For a hotel that boasts winning the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Award seven years in a row, this experience was frankly a joke. The gap between Crockfords’ reputation and its actual service standards is staggering.
Truly disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel.
PS: At least the view was great.

Genting Crockfords is perfect for families, comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. Its location near SkyAvenue makes it convenient for both adults (casino) and kids (SkyWorlds Theme Park). The welcoming plate of fruits and macarons was a hit with our kids, and we were happy to learn we could request them again for the next day.
The staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests like extra blankets and mineral water, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great mix of luxury and convenience, and we highly recommend it for a family trip!
PS:The view in the room is Awesome!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service — from the concierge right up to the front office. Kudos to the hotel manager, Ms. Lisa, and her amazing team for the wonderful hospitality during our check-in. The early check-in was a great bonus, and the complimentary parking throughout our stay was much appreciated.
Our room was beautiful, vibrant, and offered a lovely view of the KL Tower. I was pleasantly surprised to find the extra bed already prepared well before our arrival — such thoughtful attention to detail! Special thanks to the team member who took my call the night before check-in. She listened attentively to my requests and ensured everything was arranged accordingly, even though I didn’t catch her name.
The Front Office and Housekeeping teams were quick to respond to our additional requests for amenities, which added to the overall great experience.
My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed our stay at W Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for making it a memorable one!

I had a wonderful 16th anniversary celebration this year. Thank you to hotel staff for accommodating to my requests and never fail to smile when seeing us. We even got a welcome gift and decor! Stay was comfortable, services were awesome and amenities are clean. Room size was big with unique design such as toilet, study/pantry table area and walk-in wardrobe. Definitely a visit worth on another trip for those intending to have nearby stay to Suria KLCC which is only 5mins away, eateries easily available till late night.
Special thanks to concierge staff, who welcomed us and brought us all the way up to level 8 lobby upon arrival. To night shift manager Imran, for the late checkout and the smooth check in when we arrived late.
Keep up the good team effort!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Hotel Maya
Thank you to Ms. Sharmini, GM of Hotel Maya, for her great leadership and for assisting with guest concerns — truly appreciated.
The hotel room was comfortable with cold air conditioning, soft pillows, a cozy mattress, and warm blankets — perfect for a restful sleep after a long day. The lighting was good, and the work desk was practical. The power plug was only on the desk and not near the bedside, which made it a bit inconvenient to charge devices at night. Suitable for business travel.
It offers a partial view of the iconic KLCC. Parking includes free guest parking and valet at RM30 per day. Cafés on Level 13 and the ground floor have a pub-like vibe, ideal for relaxing and casual hangouts within the hotel compound.
Conveniently located near Saloma Bridge, MOTAC, Saloma Bistro, Pelita Nasi Kandar, public transport (LRT), and walking distance to KLCC. Nearby is the resting place of legendary Malaysian artist Tan Sri P. Ramlee.
Guest service could be improved, but the hotel maintains a local 5-star rating. Breakfast was satisfactory. The pool is suitable for adults and children (depth less than 1.3m) — parental supervision recommended.FromHK$413

Locationwise, Royale Chulan is situated strategically in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur. Pavillion Mall is just a short walk away and you can access the pedestrian bridge from The Banyan. Although the hotel itself is kinda old and pass its prime in term of facilities, the prompt service as well as the great breakfast in the morning make up for it. You will be spoiled for choice with the morning breakfast buffet ranging from traditional Malay, to Chinese and Indian as well as western style breakfast.FromHK$437

To be honest, have not heard of this place before until Trip.com prompted. Pretty good reviews and decided to book for a 2D1N staycation with my sister.
And lo and behold, was truly surprise by how huge the place was and all the facilities it came with. Washing machine, small kitchenette, dining, living room, bedroom, spacious bath and also a study. Comes with free WiFi too. 🙂
Had a slight hiccup with the WiFi (our fault actually) but maintenance came within minutes of our call. Kudos!
Glad we booked this place and will definitely stay here again. No regrets.FromHK$552

One of the best stay in KL, have been to multiple hotel over the past few years, JW, Shangri-La, wolo, Mercure, intercontinental hotel are some of a few that I have stay.. I would put parkroyal collection as the few that went beyond… service is exceptional, from the moment u alight from the car, greeted with a smile. Receptionist Mr Hakimi (dunno if I remember it correctly) is super welcoming and friendly.
Had a couple of drinks at the botanist, again, service was noticeably good. Only con throughout the stay is, wanted to have a massage at st Geo, however the spa is manned without anyone, waited for 10mins and left.
Room is of good size, clean and have all the amenities. Although all staff that walked past me, greeted me with a smile and you can feel that it’s genuine smile. Much appreciated. I would definitely stay with them again.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the concierge staff were polite and professional. I also appreciated that there was no deposit required, which is refreshing compared to many hotels I have stayed at in other parts of the country. The pool is located on the top floor and offers great city views, especially from the 25th floor, which is also the highest level of the building.
The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The bath towel was large, the water pressure at the sink was extremely good, and small details like a clean, unbroken mug were taken care of. The fridge was working well, and the room also came with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. Overall, the facilities met expectations and made the stay comfortable.
Breakfast had a good variety, particularly the hot drinks selection. There was a proper coffee machine that grinds actual coffee beans, which was a nice touch. One thing that felt slightly inefficient was that breakfast seating was not free seating and required staff to assign tables, which took extra time for both guests and staff.
There were only a few minor issues. Some corners near the glass windows could use more detailed cleaning. Housekeeping missed the daily room make-up because I was sleeping in until around 12.30 pm, and they did not return later to check. Additionally, the shower area does not have a door, so water tends to splash into the toilet area.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with strong positives that outweighed the small drawbacks, and I would still consider staying here again.FromHK$264

Furama Bukit Bintang is an economy to mid-range hotel whose greatest strength lies in its unbeatable location. While the facilities are somewhat dated, it serves perfectly well as a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly “sleeping base” for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city.
The hotel features a rooftop outdoor pool—modest in size but offering a relaxing spot amidst the bustling city—with some rooms providing sweeping views of the skyline.
In terms of location, the hotel sits in the very heart of Bukit Bintang. Major shopping malls such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, and Starhill Gallery are only a few minutes’ walk away. The famous Jalan Alor food street is just behind the hotel, only 2–3 minutes on foot, where you can indulge in a wide variety of Malaysian dishes and seafood.
The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making daily needs easily accessible. Right at the doorstep is the Bukit Bintang monorail station, ensuring excellent connectivity, while the iconic KLCC is only a 15–20 minute walk.FromHK$270

Great amenities and staff, but hygiene and poor Wi-Fi
Pros:
Comfort: Very soft mattress, effective blackout curtains, and a comfortable work chair.
Amenities: The room is well-equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. I really appreciated the water purifier and capsule coffee machine.
Service & Hygiene kits: Polite staff, good room service. High-quality toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, razor).
Cons:
Hygiene: This was the biggest disappointment. There were feces smeared on the wall right next to the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable; housekeeping clearly failed here.
Internet: This is the first hotel in KL that disappointed me with the internet. Speeds were low: 10–25 Mbps in public areas and only 5–15 Mbps inside the room.
Noise: Very poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from the corridor, especially loud door slamming.
Maintenance: The wardrobe door didn't close properly, and some power sockets had loose contacts.FromHK$479
