Getting old, uncomfortable beds, breakfast unworthy of a supposed 5* (3* would be appropriate) star hotel, warm dishes (eggs, ham, sausages, etc.) all cold, bread selection 1x, etc.
In order to get a fresh East juice or good coffee, you have to get yourself to the bar at overpriced prices.
once and never again in this hotel.

Hotel location is the pedestrian street at the door, although there is nothing like all Chinese stalls! The facilities are very old, it is still possible to live for one night! There is a convenience store at the door and I bought turkey noodles to change my appetite. I have enough Western food every day!

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time.Great locaton. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems. Staff is a really professional and accommodating. The hairdresser studio is really good. The piano bar is a real hit if you are here on weekends. The SPA is also good but not wow.

The stay was great, the hotel is in a good location. Burgas is very walkable. The wellness centre is great and the gym is one of the better gyms I have experienced in a hotel. Only negative is the rooms are not very sound proof, could hear a lot of noise from the corridor from other guests which woke me up a few mornings.

Muy buen hotel con todos los servicios. El único problema fue a la hora de la limpieza de la habitación, dejamos puesto el cartel y sólo se llevaron la bolsa de basura, no limpiaron nada más, ni siquiera cambiaron las tazas de café usadas.

I have stay in this hotel for 3 times , first 2 times they upgrade me to a junior suet but this time they haven't do this. their breakfast is very good, their services is better, they are always helpful. Hope to come back again and they can do better than this time. I will recommend more friends to live here, the room is very comfortable and special. The nice guys is good services and doing very well on everything. Everyday have a different type of food on their breakfast. The services guys always smell with the peoples.

Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.
Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold.
One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel.
Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.From€91

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Rooftop bar has great views of the old city but unfortunately no food options. Would definitely stay again.From€136

Very good experience. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel facilities are also very new. After checking in on the first day, I received an email asking me to give feedback on the first night's stay and whether the mattress was soft enough. I said it could be shorter, and they added a layer of cushion for me that night. Very thoughtful. When I checked in, the front desk also took out a map to tell me what attractions were nearby. The room is indeed not big, but it is very well organized.From€125

This is a 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect.
1. It's directly across from the Firenze S.M. train station, literally just a crosswalk away, which is incredibly convenient.
2. You can walk to the Duomo in just 12 minutes, and the route is lined with shops where you can buy and eat things.
Be aware that because it's near the train station square, there are quite a few homeless people around.
Service: The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable.
Facilities: The bathroom was very clean, and all the amenities were complete and worked well.
Great value for money: We were very pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony with a view (as pictured). The balcony was also quite large, with a coffee table and two rattan chairs.
This hotel made our stay in Florence even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station.
Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town.From€273

Wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo and would stay here again. We walked from Firenze Santa Maria Novella with a large check in and hand luggage each with no major issues, mostly flat path except a small section of the walk had uneven path but the 500m distance from the station is definitely manageable.
First impressions and experience arriving at the hotel were excellent. Cute artsy decor with a lounge area in the lobby and first floor. Reception ladies were so friendly and welcoming and were ready to help us with the door and luggage as soon as they saw us arrive. Hotel is clean with a comfortable bed, great air conditioning system and provides a reasonable amount of amenities for our stay including a mini fridge and heated towel rack as an added bonus. Would have preferred a rain shower in our bathroom but by all means not an issue as the water pressure was still very strong and liked there were doors for the shower so water does not leak onto the floor.
Location is fantastic! A block away from the Duomo and you can even see if from your room if you have booked a room with a view, otherwise at breakfast you can see it on the outside terrace. Also, central to a department store, designer stores, local supermarket and abundance of food options nearby. The location also feels safe to be walking around after dinner.From€80

We booked two double rooms and were given a large suite. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and the shower was very comfortable. There were also gifts: a T-shirt for each person. The mini-fridge was free, as long as there was water. The best part was the location: the Uffizi Gallery is right next door, and the Ponte Vecchio and the Fiore are both within a ten-minute walk. The only problem was that check-in had to be at 2:00 AM, which made our 2:30 PM visit to the Uffizi Gallery very stressful.From€119

From outside is just an ordinary building. Once step inside is a whole new world. I believe their theme is heaven and Hell. I chose heaven. So I was given a room with cupids, clouds and happiness. Room is spacious and comfortable. Free minibar for 1st round. Also have drips coffee and tea. The surrounding of this hotel is very instagramable. The staff are also friendly. The hotel is closed to duomo, ponte Vechcio and many point of interest. Shopping is also close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.From€133
