I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

It's friendly and in front of a shopping mall, so it's nice to go outside and look around. I didn't know there was a parking fee, but it costs 70 zloty. And I've never seen a hotel with such a wide hallway and lobby room in my life.
