The room is very spacious, the bedroom and bathroom are separated, the reception staff is very nice and even delivered the luggage to the room.

The view of the hotel's sea view room is really beautiful. Check-in at the front desk is also handled in advance, and the service attitude is also very good. But the price of more than 2,400 per night is really not worth it. The bedding is average, and it still feels itchy. You have to use disposable bed covers. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Friends who drive their own cars can park their cars at SIXT next to the hotel and the public parking lot opposite. Then the Mediterranean restaurant facing the beach is really delicious. Especially the octopus must be tried

I have stayed in Alicante several times. The hotel setting is not comparable to domestic five-star hotels, but it is simple and clean. The room size is also OK. Sunrise, get up early and go downstairs and wait for the sunrise at the beach, the view is great. In the evening, walking on the promenade by the sea is very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is very good. Generally, you can't eat much breakfast abroad. This breakfast is especially good for adults. It is recommended to continue this one later!

Excellently located along the promenade with many dining options nearby. The view from the balcony was also stunning - great for catching the sunrise/sunset. Room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, though the TV wasn't a smart one. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was quite limited. Staff were warm but a bit reserved. Overall, a great stay.

The room is good and there is a balcony with a nice view. It’s a lot to eat when you go out nearby, but be careful with the bunch of restaurants that lie to tourists. There is a small supermarket in the next street. It is a daily necessities for Chinese people to buy. The service is very slow and slow, although it seems to be an effort (?) but it really needs to be improved. And the elevator is the most troublesome thing I remember. I have to wait a long time. Once I waited, I would like to climb the stairs to climb a dozen layers.....

Not my first stay in this hotel, but first time booked with the trip app because of the price difference . Before I used to book directly with the hotel. I think I had possibly the least comfortable room in the hotel this time compared to my previous stays. Room was on the first floor.  I asked for a quiet room and the room met this requirement.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat. We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice old building, the charm of old stones and a beautiful decoration. Too bad this hotel does not offer a breakfast formula included in the basic rates

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, close to the seaside square, the square and the seaside promenade are beautiful in the evening. The hotel is 7 to 8 minutes walk from the Santa Barbara Castle, which is very convenient. The hotel is in an old building, the rooms are crowded, the rooftop bar on the top floor has a nice view, and the Western-style breakfast is quite satisfactory. Self-driving parking needs to go to the seaside dock parking lot, which takes about 4 to 5 minutes.

Hotel is well situated. Clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Really good sized clean double bed. Only criticism in our room was that the bed barely fitted in the space and there was only a really tight space maybe 15cm between the end of the bed and the wall. We managed but an elderly couple or someone with poorer mobility would struggle.
