Welcome to OBX Beach Treehouse! Enjoy your morning brew with an ocean view on top of the crows nest deck! Prime location, between Hwy 158 and Hwy 12, with a crosswalk nearby which makes for a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach! Tons of outdoor space including a multi level deck, volleyball court and a closed in fence for privacy. Our awesome Tree Swing is tons of fun, there's corn hole, and board games to enjoy for game night!

The space was recently updated and includes almost all new furniture! Enjoy the prime location of beach access, restaurants and local activities that are a short drive or walk away. Plus you'll love the additional shade provided by a very rare Live Oak Tree. Inside you'll find 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Family Room and a cozy Den to enjoy.

Note: One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and a "starter pack" is provided for each stay of 1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 trash bag per trash can. We are located just past the 6 mile post in Kill Devil Hills at a narrow part of the island. It’s a short walk to the beautiful sound where you can leisurely stroll, bike or run on the path along Bay Drive. If you are looking for some beach time and fun in the waves, it’s an even shorter walk to the ocean. When you return, the outdoor shower will rinse the sand away.
We are located close to local favorite restaurants and shops, putt putt golf, as well as multiple grocery stores.
Guests will have access to the entire home which include:
-a ground level entertainment room with a wet bar, refrigerator, 60” TV, foosball table and full bath
-a second floor main living space with a fully stocked kitchen and dining table to seat 8, a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace and 60” TV, a wrap around porch, half bath and a bedroom with 1 queen bed, laundry with a full size washer and dryer.
-the third floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area and en suite bath, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a hall bathroom.
-we have a parking pass available to our renters at a nearby oceanfront parking lot with direct beach access.

Casa Las Olas is our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in the quaint town of Kill Devil Hills that sleeps up to 6 people. We would be remiss if we didn’t highlight our newly upgraded backyard, where endless fun and adventure await, perfect for creating unforgettable memories during your vacation!

Our living area includes an oversized couch and ottoman that can be enjoyed while watching your favorite shows or movies on our Smart TV or playing board games with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances, drip and K-Cup coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and more! The dining area is perfect for entertaining and comfortably sits 6 people.

The master bedroom is decorated to provide a serene and calming atmosphere and perfect getaway after a day at the beach. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Our second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and is decorated with coastal-inspired artwork and accents giving the room a rustic coastal vibe.

For the third bedroom we've created a space that evokes the feeling of the beach and the laid-back surf style. In addition to the staple surf board, this room includes two twin beds and a dedicated workplace for those who need to put in some work even while on vacation.

The hallway leads to a spacious full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to the basics including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.

Outside Space:
Newly upgraded backyard!! After a day at the beach, kick back and relax in the covered patio or head to the fenced in backyard featuring plush artificial turf, fire pit and so much more. Getting hungry… fire up the charcoal grill a enjoy some food with friends and family in our outdoor seating area. Is it a cooler night?
