When I went there, I saw several famous hotels. The sea view rooms were about 650 a night. After watching it for a long time, it is best to choose this one. The price is very good. The price is about 300 to 400 to 500. It happens to be within the budget. The parent-child room, the room is very clean, the children like it very much, and the children are highly recommended! The boss is very enthusiastic, the service is also very good, the nearby farmhouse is convenient for eating, making people feel very comfortable for a trip!

The small courtyard is ok as a whole, most of the flowers are decorated with plastic flowers, the corridor room is clean, the room area is large enough, the bed is hard, the pillow is high, the water is bottled water to use a cup to put water to drink, I think bottled water is convenient and hygienic. The bath water is a bit small, not too powerful. Toiletries are in bags from brand Adolf. It is very convenient to drive to the Garden Expo Park for 8 minutes.

Our dedicated guest butler, Lisa, was so gentle and attentive, taking care of every detail of our itinerary and patiently responding to all our needs. Her thoughtful and thorough service truly reflected the exclusive quality of a high-end hotel. The hotel's location is superb, situated in the bustling Tayuan Road area and right next to a subway station. This made it easy to visit classic Suzhou attractions like Pingjiang Road and immerse ourselves in the gentle summer scenery of Jiangnan. The commercial area downstairs is well-equipped with everything you need, so we could shop and eat whenever we returned from sightseeing, which was incredibly convenient and stress-free. The room we stayed in was bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light filling the entire space and expansive, quiet views. The independent three-part bathroom design was both scientific and user-friendly, with a clean and tidy wet/dry separation, allowing parents and children to get ready without disturbing each other. It balanced practicality with safety, perfectly meeting the needs of families with children. The hotel breakfast offered a rich and thoughtfully curated selection, blending local Suzhou flavors with diverse Western dishes. The authentic Jiangnan specialty snacks were fresh and delicious, and the dedicated children's dining area had a variety of exquisite and cute options made with fresh, healthy ingredients that suited children's tastes. After 20 years, the service quality is still top-notch. **Location:** Everything is within walking distance. It's about a 10-minute walk to Xuanmiao Temple and less than 15 minutes to the entrance of Pingjiang Road. **Room Condition:** The facilities are old, but it's very clean. Details like the spotless bathroom, complimentary umbrella, and the neatly folded start of the toilet paper roll (easy to access) all speak to the level of service and management. I even took a close-up photo of the bathroom floor tiles – the cleanliness is evident. Before checking into this hotel, I saw quite a few negative reviews, and the fear of a bad experience lingered. However, the hotel's excellent location was too hard to pass up, so I decided to give it a try. **Overall:** The facilities are outdated, but the service hasn't dropped. It's suitable for travelers who don't seek luxury accommodation. I sincerely hope the hotel gets a renovation soon to welcome guests with a fresh new look.

I've stayed at InterContinental Jinji Lake many times, and this time I chose it again. If I had to give a reason, it's simply because I feel comfortable and familiar with it. It was peak summer holiday season and a Saturday, so the hotel was very busy. Our room wasn't ready even by 3:30 PM. After a phone call, the front desk agent promptly upgraded our room, and I'm very grateful for that! Although the hotel is a bit older, both the public areas and the rooms are very well-maintained and don't show their age at all. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom offered direct, first-rate views of Jinji Lake and the Ferris wheel. The dining experience at Jinhaixuan Restaurant on the 27th floor was excellent, with fantastic outdoor views and delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet quality was still great. My only minor regret this time was that, apart from the host, no one asked if I wanted tea or coffee. Perhaps they were too busy with all the guests and overlooked it? Overall, for me, the minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience. I'll definitely choose to stay at InterContinental again next time I'm in Jinji Lake.

The two beds were very comfortable, and the view from the window was quite therapeutic. The hygiene details were meticulously handled, making the entire room clean and fresh. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they answered all our questions. The facilities are complete and of high quality. It's a perfect place to stay with friends, and it's very photogenic. A stroll by the lake in the evening was very pleasant. Overall, it exceeded expectations and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

The package price on Trip.com was really a great deal. We booked it in advance for our 24th anniversary and stayed for two nights. We happened to be there during a typhoon, so it rained constantly, but thankfully the hotel had everything we needed for food, drinks, and entertainment, so we weren't bored staying indoors. On the first day, we checked into the 'Captain's Suite' on the sixth floor. The facilities were a bit old, but the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views. The bedding felt a little damp. On the second day, the rain was so heavy that water seeped into the room from the deck area. The hotel upgraded us to the 'Navigator Grand Suite' on the eighth floor. The facilities there were newer and well-equipped, making for a much more comfortable stay than the 'Captain's Suite', and the bedding was dry. The breakfast on the first floor was packed every morning, and the variety of dishes was quite good, appealing to most palates. We also checked out the afternoon tea at the lobby lounge. It was beautifully presented, but the cakes weren't very tasty. It was good for taking photos and passing the time, though. The executive lounge on the seventh floor only offered soft drinks and alcohol during the day. However, during dinner hours, there were hot dishes, snacks, and cakes, although the selection wasn't extensive. Overall, the hotel is a flagship Crown Plaza, so it's quite large and has a clear locational advantage. It's just a bit older now, which is to be expected given its age.

The bathroom is generously sized with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the entire Suzhou nightscape – it truly sets a wonderful, relaxing mood. On the downside, dining options nearby are limited; to experience authentic Suzhou cuisine, you'll need to venture into the city, as there are no traditional local eateries close by. The breakfast buffet is just average, with a limited selection of drinks and a frequently malfunctioning coffee machine. However, the Japanese breakfast is quite authentic, featuring onsen tamago, natto, soba noodles, and ochazuke, which are all quite good.
