Stayed here for a friend's wedding this weekend! Had an apartment for the night. Was very nice and well equipped even had tea, coffee and milk in the fridge which wasn't expected as self catering. Unfortunately didn't sleep very well as bedrooms where so hot. Couldn't get any aircon to work and not sure the rooms even had it in them. Then realised in the morning the towel radiator in the ensuites left on full heat presumably by housekeeping so that didn't help along with the hot weather. Alot of noise of people walking past the apartments in the early hours too and cars reving waking us up! Used the spa facilities in the morning and they were pretty unimpressive too...not very clean and could do with a refurb. Run down and didn't feel very clean and spa like which is a shame as was looking forward to a relaxing spa.

We only had a 1 night stay for a wedding but wow what a place. It seemed every amenity was on site. At check even though late on a Saturday night the staff were welcoming at extremely helpful in fact showed us to our ecopod even though it was raining.
The ecopod was nice and basic but the clue is in the name. Our breakfast which was included was absolutely brilliant well presented well cooked and filling again all staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Check out again was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay or visit if we were in the area again.

Very useful to have a bath and shower.
Breakfast was adequate and flexible.
I cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not try the food. We were pre-warned not to and online reviews rated them 15th out of 17 local places.
A little shocked on the last night when a glass of wine with a splash... and a double Vodka & orange cordial cost £20. Definitely would not drink there again.
We would certainly consider staying again if in the area.

Dining at the hotel was also a fantastic experience. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with a smile. It’s evident that the team takes great pride in the quality of their service.
Overall, I’m delighted to say that Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa has more than redeemed itself in my eyes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service. Can’t wait to return!

I booked the hotel for myself and my daughter for a spa break for couple of days, we had a lovely time together. The location is great, very quiet and has great view, at the same time very close to the town centre. Bed is very comfortable, food in the restaurant is a bit limited, so we mainly ate in the town centre.
One big problem for me is the gate for the build block is not soft close, every morning the Big Bang followed with each door opening was soooo loud, our door was shaking with it. I am a light sleeper, my sleep in the morning was very poor.
