We were so happy to stay here! Unlike Pattaya, this hotel felt like a peaceful tropical paradise. The hotel is quite old, but the staff made everything so nice that we didn’t even focus on the small things. The reception and cleaning teams did a great job — they really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was superb, the swimming pool was excellent, and the tour desk lady was very helpful with fair prices as well. We truly wish we could have stayed longer.

Choosing this sea-view hotel tucked away in North Pattaya was the best decision we made on this trip! It's far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still convenient for getting around, making for a perfect experience. We booked a sea-view balcony room, and opening the door revealed the entire blue ocean! The extra-large balcony with sun loungers meant we woke up to the sound of the waves in the morning, and in the evening, we could directly see the Sanctuary of Truth silhouetted against the sunset. Every photo we took was Instagram-worthy. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the housekeeping staff cleaned daily and changed towels promptly. The free Wi-Fi was very stable. The infinity pool deserves special mention! The water was crystal clear and almost level with the sea. There were plenty of loungers by the pool, and sipping an iced coconut while enjoying the sea breeze truly set the vacation mood. The hotel also has its own private beach, which is quiet and uncrowded—perfect for walking on the sand and playing in the water. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering everything from Thai Tom Yum to Western pancakes and fresh tropical fruits. The outdoor seating with a sea view made every meal enjoyable. The service was also very thoughtful. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, and there's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 21 shopping mall. If you're looking to relax, the hotel's SPA massage is also very comfortable. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Walking Street, but it's only a short taxi ride away, which actually helped us avoid the nighttime noise. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pattaya!

The rooftop pool was a huge hit with the kids, and while they played, parents could relax and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to different international tastes. The staff were all very friendly and proactive in offering suggestions for getting around. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making daily life very easy. Considering its location, facilities, and price, it’s a highly cost-effective choice for a family stay in downtown Pattaya. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone planning a family vacation.

Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was overall very pleased with my experience. I was given a nice room on the top floor with a pleasant view of the pool. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were refreshed regularly, although the bed linen was changed only once during my stay. Breakfast was a highlight - varied and enjoyable, offering something for everyone. The pool itself was excellent, and I appreciated that pool towels were available for guests. The location is fairly convenient: the beach can be reached in about 15-20 minutes at a relaxed walking pace. As a Chinese national, I can personally vouch for this being the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at in Pattaya! The location is fantastic, right above Terminal 21 shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The leisure facilities are extensive. There's a huge swimming area, perfect for photos and a refreshing dip. They also have an elevated walkway with stunning views. Plus, you can play billiards and hit the gym, so there's something for everyone, kids and adults alike. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. My only minor regret is that the room size is a bit small, but overall, it didn't detract from the experience at all. With its excellent location, facilities, quiet atmosphere, and dining options, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Pattaya!

(+) Quiet rooftop, pool, and sunbathing area, great if you want some fresh air in the morning and go for a swim - pool open 8am-10pm. Nice detailing with potted flowers and antique-looking lampposts. (-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!
