My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out.
Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression.
In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort! From check-in until check-out, the service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
We also loved the buffet because there were so many delicious food selections to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and the dining experience was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a staycation.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We truly felt valued as guests and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊
