The hotel is in the best location of the city: by the best beaches and at the same time in the heart of the city. Many restaurants and shops are a few meters away. There is also a grocery store in the building.
Most of the apartments overlook the indoor pool. You have to be careful with the ones that look outside, because some of them face a noisier main road. However, among these are also the best apartments that overlook the sea. Although there are restaurants below them, they are not too noisy.
The building has two floors. The disadvantage of the first floor is that guests leave in front of the terraces.
The apartments are well furnished and well insulated from the neighbors. You can even go to the beach in a bathing suit.
In the inner garden the beds are a bit tight, so there is no real privacy. 12 EU for two beds and a parasol on the beach.

Just got back from a long weekend trip. This hotel is great location for the beach and shop, bars. Staff helpful and would definitely return with family and friends.

The breakfast was really good and well organized. There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though). The beach and other sights (e.g. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi

Service was perfect, cleaning was good. Checkin was fast. Breakfast is very disappointing, the Beach club palazza is also very bad food there. I got very sick from it. Location of palazza is good, for a thank you you can go there quietly but to eat I would not do it.FromUS$151

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

We were kindly met, quickly arranged, told everything and carried out to the room. The room is excellent, two-level, with two bathrooms, with equipped kitchens, finely working air conditioners and a small balcony. Food is not provided. To the beach a couple steps up to one and 3 minutes up to the other. The hotel is the beginning (or completion) of a gold mile, so there are no problems with walking and shopping. We stay at this hotel for the 4th time. Very enjoyable location (not more than 5 minutes to the beach), staff attitude (on the respiratory is a Russian-speaking girl Yula who is always ready to help). The choice of food with years becomes a little bit less and more uniform (unfortunately, it is a general trend), but even what is - very and very good. In the ”price\quality” ratio, in my opinion, is the best choice of the hotels in this area. From the upper floors, the city and mountains are beautiful views.
