The hotel is good overall, but I feel that Ctrip still has no initiative for overseas hotels. I booked three nights, but my schedule changed and I wanted to cancel one night in advance. I went to the hotel front desk and the hotel told me that I could cancel and they would refund the price of the remaining two nights. But Ctrip said that I could not refund and I was not able to get a refund. So it may be more convenient to book overseas hotels on the official website.

We are happy to stay in kempinski hotel. All people are so friendly! I want to thanks Maria almutairi and lubna and Mohammed, they are helpful. It’s our first time come here, they are patient to reply our questions.

We booked a king-size bed room, and seeing that we had two children, the front desk upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment. I will stay there again next time I go to Dammam. Just turn left and cross the road and you will find Carrefour, which is convenient for shopping and cooking.

Free Arabic coffee and dates are available downstairs

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Manwan. You can see the sea and pet cats. You just need to pay attention to the route and find the overpass. The infrastructure is not as developed as in China, so it is a problem to cross the street to the other side. There are restaurants and local small supermarkets around the hotel.
