Great hotel. A minute walk from the tube. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Great staff. Will stay here again

Lovely hotel, close to all shops and restaurants. Rooms are spaceous and bathrooms are stylish. Only stayed 1 night, would have stayed longer. Breakfast was good too. Thank you for the lovely stay

The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building. There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down. The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden. Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a hundred meters from the tube station and with numerous bus stops nearby, offering convenient access to all parts of London. The surrounding area also features restaurants and small supermarkets, making daily life and commuting extremely easy. The overall decor is modern and stylish, and the lobby includes a spacious lounge area. While the rooms are not huge, they are thoughtfully laid out and well-equipped with amenities such as an HDTV, coffee machine, and mini-fridge. A small desk is also provided, making them suitable for business travelers. Bathrooms are fully equipped, the shower pressure is just right, and the toiletries provided are of good quality. Front desk service is outstanding; the staff are friendly and the check-in process is swift. The hotel's restaurant is also quite good, serving delicious food at reasonable prices. However, the hotel is a bit of a distance from the city center and most major tourist attractions, requiring a few tube stops to reach them. Nevertheless, London's efficient underground system minimizes any inconvenience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended.

I have stayed at the Plaza several times and always had an exceptional time. However, this stay was somewhat disappointing. The room allocated had a bad smell, on reporting this I was immediately relocated to a great alternative . The front desk staff member was amazing at his job, I regret not taking his name. However, the next day I tried to order breakfast with room service. The phone rang for at least 3mins then disconnected. I called the front desk who agreed to get room service to call me. No one.called, so we had no breakfast. On check out I did complain to the front desk staff, he apologised I won't let this incident stop me from using the hotel, however, it was bad room service that let the Plaza down on this occasion.

Hospitalilty was noticably positive here. Warm greetings by the staff including a free cookie each. Clear explanations of the deposit, room location and number. Room is small but more spacious than other London hotels we've stayed at before, there's just enough space to fully open one large suitcase. Overall tidy and clean. Air conditioning works well. The desk is suitable for working at. Nice view out of the window. Selection of tea and coffee provided with a coffee machine and separate kettle. The bathroom was fine, shower is a good size and works well. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of drinks and food option, all good quality. Staff were professional, warm and friendly.

The room wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem; it was actually quite decent. For European standards, it definitely exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell. On the positive side, it felt very safe.

The hotel is generally okay, but it doesn’t quite meet the standard of a four-star property. The facilities feel a bit outdated, and the room became too dry when the air conditioning was on overnight, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Interesting hidden gem. Location is great right on the main intersection of Acton with bus stop right outside and steps away from Morrisons. 24hr reception but access is weird having to go through the pub which was empty and dirty and didn't give very welcoming vibes. Has a lift which is a bonus and the rooms themselves were great - large with comfortable bed and modern interior. I wouldn't stay in Acton unless you need to but would stay at this hotel again when in the area (visiting family locally).
