Truly a hidden gem in Sun Bay! It's like a work of art. ✨ I booked a package during the Double Eleven sale that included a selected full sea-view king room, a spa treatment, and water activities. 🌴 **An Exquisite, Secluded Environment** * The coastal road is incredibly beautiful; the distant view of the glass-like sea with its gradient blue is breathtaking. * Designed by master architect Jean-Michel Gathy, the hotel itself is an art gallery: a hundred-meter swimming pool runs through the building, there's a 270° observation deck for sunset views, and 1300 pieces of art are scattered throughout. * Unparalleled privacy: Sun Bay mainly hosts the Park Hyatt, so the beach is sparsely populated—perfect for an evening stroll. ⚠️ *Note: You need a hotel reservation number to enter Sun Bay, ensuring high security.* 🏨 **Room Review: Stayed on the 11th floor of Building 5, close to the 130-meter main pool.** * The 65 sqm open-plan space is designed like a suite, featuring double vanities and an ocean-facing bathtub overlooking Sun Bay. * Smart toilet and LE LABO toiletries are standard, and the first round of the mini-bar is complimentary. * The bed is large and the bedding is comfortable. * The sea view is absolutely stunning. 👔 **Thoughtful Service** * The resort's cultural officer added me on WeChat a day in advance to help arrange yoga, spa, and travel photography—ensuring there was no chance of boredom at the hotel! They were also very accommodating, granting a one-hour late checkout! * Messages in the group chat were answered instantly, with quick responses! They even upgraded our breakfast, which definitely added a lot to the hotel's appeal! 🍽️ **Dining Recommendations** * **The Tea House**: A Cantonese restaurant; the pork tripe chicken and dim sum are excellent. If you arrive early, you can enjoy their tea sets. * **The Lounge Afternoon Tea**: From 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, enjoy free-flow drinks, snacks, and live band performances. * **Qing Yuan**: The semi-buffet breakfast is fantastic, featuring organic 'happy eggs' and commendable dishes like sea cucumber noodles and Hainan vermicelli! For dinner, the sirloin steak and the 5-day aged Wenchang chicken are both superb! 🏄 **Exclusive Activities to Unlock** * I highly recommend the yoga class for yoga enthusiasts; exercising in the gym while looking out at the sea is truly delightful. * The indoor pool features a hot spring massage! It's incredibly relaxing to soak in it after a swim.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay was nothing short of perfect! It's nestled in an incredible location, surrounded by mountains on three sides and overlooking its own private bay. The scenic winding road that leads to the hotel is famous, and the private beach boasts crystal-clear waters – it's incredibly therapeutic. The hotel itself feels like an artistic private residence, with stylish design elements throughout. The guest rooms are luxuriously appointed and thoughtfully designed. The custom Le Labo toiletries and the ocean-view bathtub are truly high-end, and pulling back the curtains reveals a stunning panorama of sky and sea. The exquisite dishes at the Tea House Chinese Restaurant are delicious; it truly lives up to its reputation as one of only two Black Pearl restaurants in Sanya. The staff provide attentive and warm service, always going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. (A special shout-out to the Guest Relations team! 👍) From the welcome fruit to the turndown sweet treats, the attention to detail truly shows their sincerity. This is absolutely the top choice for a luxury getaway in Sanya!

I flew from Shanghai to Hainan for a special weekend trip, just to experience the Capella Tufu Bay, one of Hainan's most luxurious hotels. It's located in Tufu Bay, next to the CDF duty-free shop, about a 50-minute drive from Sanya Airport and 15 minutes from the duty-free shop. The transportation isn't the most convenient, but that's a minor flaw. The beach is whiter and finer than Haitang Bay, and the greenery and coconut groves are lusher and more vibrant. As they say, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari – even if it's far from the airport, it's still top luxury! The hotel itself features a new Chinese style with a Southeast Asian flair, adorned with white stone patterns, fountains at every turn, and intricate interlocking wooden ceilings – full of charm. The day before check-in, our butler, Derorice, proactively sent me details via WeChat about special ceremony times, restaurant operating hours and menus, and activity schedules. She was always energetic and responded instantly, even in the middle of the night. She’s such a lovely and thoughtful girl! I arrived at 10 AM on the first day. After dropping off my luggage, I headed straight to the duty-free shop. Around 2 PM, Derorice messaged me on WeChat to say the room was ready. She thoughtfully upgraded me from a Listen-to-the-Sea Pavilion to a Le Shui Ju Winter Residence, a private townhouse villa, and conveniently, the closest one to the public areas. How heartwarming! The trip was for two days and three nights. I had originally booked a deep-sea fishing trip for the third day after check-out. However, after two days of immersive experience, I fell in love with this exotic garden-like haven. I canceled the fishing trip last minute to enjoy another half-day in this tranquil paradise, far from the city's hustle and bustle. **Dining:** The buffet breakfast isn't just top-tier for Hainan's luxury hotels; it might even be my number one. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. For instance, the freshly replenished orange peel zest for self-made cocktails at the entrance – open the lid, and a rich citrus aroma greets you. The knife skills are commendable. Hotel buffet pastry sections are often a bit rough, focusing on variety and appearance rather than quality ingredients, flavoring, or texture. But every single pastry at Capella could easily outperform most specialized bakeries. The bread is soft yet resilient, the fillings are generous yet light and not greasy. Even the chocolate and colorful sprinkles used for the children's donuts are real chocolate, not compound chocolate. Even the oatmeal was cooked to perfection. Other highly praised dishes online, like turnip and beef brisket or Baoluo noodles, all showcased incredible attention to detail. It's easy to get one small detail right, but it's truly remarkable to be impressed by every single small detail! **Spa:** The spa is a major highlight of Capella, with a large dedicated area. What truly moved me was that guests can enjoy the spa area for free, which includes a dry sauna, wet sauna, hydro-massage pool, relaxation area, and spa treatments. A special mention goes to the ice towel infused with ADS eucalyptus essential oil – it really hit the spot for me. At room temperature, the scent of eucalyptus isn't particularly striking, but smelling it chilled for the first time, it had a light, crisp, and refreshing quality, unlike the usual heavy woody notes. I was genuinely astonished. Accompanied by soothing background music, it’s super private and uncrowded, allowing for complete solitude. It’s an indescribable feeling; I can only say this was the most captivating and memorable small detail for me. Such a long description, yet words can't fully express more details. Enjoy~

First of all, I'd like to thank my travel and culture officer, Ms. Jolyne, for her incredibly thoughtful care of our entire family during our stay at Capella! She's truly beautiful, enthusiastic, considerate, and meticulous...(°_°)… In fact, a bit too meticulous! In just three days, Jolyne fed me so many delicious dishes that I gained 8 pounds (the world is ending!)💔! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, making your stay extremely convenient and comfortable! As for the design... just look at the pictures, everyone, it's great for taking photos! Moving on to the food, breakfast is abundant and tastes great, and the pastries haven't repeated in the past two days! Every afternoon, there's also afternoon tea and two wine-tasting events, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable environment, get a little tipsy, or simply chat and admire the beautiful scenery with friends and family (it couldn't be more comfortable)! Regarding the service, I've seen many netizens on Xiaohongshu criticizing Capella! However, I want to share my personal experience: upon arrival, someone will ask if you need help with your luggage. Check-in was very quick! A travel and culture officer personally escorts you to your room and explains some important details. When going for breakfast, a handsome gentleman in the restaurant always proactively asks if you'd like a cup of coffee (his coffee is excellent)! When I went for cocktails, the lady in charge of cocktails always greeted me with an infectious, warm smile! While dining at Lan Ting, the service was slow, and my wife was a bit upset. The manager at Lan Ting offered to comp our entire meal (I only asked for a discount, which would have been plenty, and the discount they offered was so generous it made me feel a bit embarrassed about not spending enough). Our room was cleaned twice daily, and the Nongfu Spring water at the minibar was automatically refilled to at least 6 bottles whenever we looked. Capsule coffee and other beverages were also automatically replenished after use. Consumables like linen were replaced twice a day. When checking out, the bell staff quickly transferred our luggage to the car. Although we, as customers, are always demanding and will inevitably find some imperfections, you cannot deny that the entire staff at Capella is genuinely making continuous efforts to improve their service! For this reason, I believe I will choose Capella as my vacation destination again next time!

I guess you really do get what you pay for. I've stayed at seven or eight hotels in Sanya, and The Sanya EDITION is the most expensive, but also definitely the most satisfying. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I was accompanied by incredibly thoughtful service. Whether it was the cleaning staff, the welcoming bellhops, the public area patrols, or the restaurant chefs, every single person greeted me politely and warmly, something I hadn't experienced in any other hotel before. As for many people saying the rooms are similar to those at All Seasons hotels, it's really just the decor style that's similar. In reality, from the bedding, soft furnishings, to the stone and wood materials used, they are completely in different leagues. By the way, the smart toilet that some people complain about worked perfectly fine for me – quite useful!

Just got back from the Sanya EDITION and I have to recommend it! The hotel's design is super modern and incredibly stylish, with lush greenery throughout the common areas, making you feel like you're in a tropical jungle. The service is beyond excellent; the staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help – a special shoutout to Cooper. The food was also fantastic, especially the dessert bar, which was absolutely delicious. The kids' activities were great too; my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next year when I come back to Sanya.

The hotel's public areas are incredibly spacious, with beautiful scenery at every turn, perfect for photos. The room decor is a bit dated but not as run-down as some online reviews suggest; it actually has a nice resort-like feel. A big thank you to our butler, Jessica, for booking us the popular 'influencer' room, which was super close to the sea! She also thoughtfully decorated our honeymoon room. The roses were even fresher than many florists sell! She also prepared a cake and a huge fruit platter. Since the public areas are so large, we could contact Jessica anytime for a buggy. Our package included snorkeling, and when we got out of the water, it was quite cold, so Jessica even brought us two large thermoses of ginger tea – incredibly thoughtful! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Now for a few drawbacks: 1. The room floors did look quite dirty, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. There was a lot of hair from the previous guest tangled in the hairdryer. Used disposable toiletries from the day before were left in the room instead of being replaced. 2. The hotel partners with 'Earl Travel Photography,' so their photographers constantly occupy popular photo spots. If you want to take your own pictures, you have to wait a long time to squeeze in. 3. This isn't entirely a drawback, but the water for snorkeling was very murky, and there were few fish, so the experience wasn't great. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is generally fantastic.

After staying at The EDITION for several days, I only left one day for the Mandarin Oriental, and I really should have stayed at the Mandarin for more days! Seriously, I'm not exaggerating – it was uncrowded and absolutely overflowing with a vacation vibe. The glassy sea, coconut groves, and the hotel's public areas are incredibly photogenic, with various pavilions that make for great pictures. The only downside is the lack of a vast, fine sand beach for you to run wild on. This particular stretch of ocean is even more stunning and translucent than Haitang Bay, and when the weather is clear, the feeling is truly amazing. The service was also top-notch, as expected from the Mandarin Oriental. I had originally booked a basic room at the Ocean View Pavilion, but Ms. Jessica directly upgraded me to the Sea Breeze Pavilion, putting the ocean right at my doorstep. During my stay, she also provided a lot of assistance, including asking about my future travel plans and offering a late checkout. I even asked the front desk staff for several new room cards as souvenirs (the room cards feature the hotel's fan emblem, and every Mandarin Oriental has its own unique fan). I'll definitely be back next year and will stick with the Mandarin Oriental from now on. I really have to hand it to them!

TL;DR: A truly wonderful vacation. Let me elaborate on a few points. Firstly, the staff provided warm and attentive service. The ladies at the front desk were all exceptional. From actively considering our group size and room allocation before check-in, to promptly responding to every single request during our stay, and even giving gifts to my child and me upon departure, everything contributed to a very pleasant experience. When we checked out, our shuttle couldn't pick us up for some reason. We thought, 'It's not far anyway, we can just walk to the lobby with our luggage.' But two minutes later, the front desk proactively arranged for staff to help with our luggage. Their initiative was impressive; they weren't just following orders but actively thinking about how to serve us. Secondly, the room offered excellent privacy, and the facilities were convenient and well-equipped with everything we needed. A small detail that stood out was that the ashtray usually came with one box of matches. The cleaning staff must have noticed I smoked when they cleaned the room the next day because they left an extra box. It's these small details that truly reflect service quality and make a stay enjoyable. Thirdly, the location is unbeatable. It's very close to the bustling downtown area, offering a blend of local life and convenience. Whether you want to enjoy a private beach or experience the vibrancy of Sanya, it's perfect. The beach offers stunning sunset views, and from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, complimentary drinks, alcoholic beverages, fruits, and snacks are provided by the beach, allowing for a relaxing enjoyment of the ocean sunset. Because it's close to the city, food delivery is very fast, and the hotel promptly helps deliver takeout to our room door, giving us more dining options and convenience. This aspect truly surpasses many other hotels. The only minor drawback is that since the hotel was built some time ago, some of the fixed facilities are a bit older. For example, the toilet is quite basic, with manual flushing and no heated seat. For someone used to smart toilets, sitting on a cold seat was a bit of a jolt, hahaha. But overall, the minor flaws do not detract from the overall excellence. When we checked out, the front desk lady asked my child if they'd like to come again. My child said yes! Indeed, if we come to Sanya again, we will still choose Banyan Tree.

My stay at Sanya Banyan Tree was absolutely incredible! The hotel is tucked away in a tropical garden, and as soon as I stepped in, I was enveloped by lush greenery and fresh air. The Southeast Asian-style architecture blends perfectly with the natural scenery, exuding a romantic and tranquil vibe everywhere you look. Every villa boasts a private pool and garden – I loved just lounging on the deck chair, enjoying the sea breeze. The staff's service was simply impeccable, from the warm welcome at the front desk and their thoughtful introductions to all the facilities, to their prompt and responsive assistance throughout my stay. They anticipated every need, making me feel incredibly well taken care of. Whether I was enjoying the peace and quiet in my room or taking a stroll along the beach to watch the stunning sunset, it was pure bliss. Next time I'm in Sanya, I'm definitely choosing this place again!

Our butler, Lidio 👑👑, provided exceptionally professional and warm service. He arranged for an early check-in, which was a lifesaver as I had been traveling for a few days and was quite tired, allowing me to rest sooner. He thoughtfully introduced all the hotel's services, including times and locations. We received complimentary coconut water, red wine, fruit, and dessert, and he regularly checked in to see if we needed anything else. He responded promptly and efficiently to our questions and requests for help. The minibar was very well-stocked and replenished regularly. Although the room wasn't huge, the functional layout and design clearly considered the guest's movement patterns, making it feel very thoughtful and user-friendly. The hardware was indeed up to Rosewood standards. We visited the rooftop infinity pool, a popular spot on Xiaohongshu, and the waves on the beach were also memorable. The Hainan fishermen's torch dance was spectacular and engaging. The hotel also offered a complimentary rose and sea salt bubble bath, which was incredibly relaxing. While I wouldn't say it was absolutely perfect, this is the first and only time I've ever given a perfect 5-star rating.

My stay at the Rosewood Sanya was fantastic! The location is excellent, and the room decor is exquisite and elegant. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and every detail exuded quality. The service team was professional and attentive, from check-in guidance to responding to requests efficiently and thoughtfully, making me feel truly welcomed. The food was abundant and delicious, and the breakfast in particular was stunningly refined. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is luxurious yet comfortable. It's definitely my top choice for travel, and the excellent service is certainly worth it! The only minor downside was that the wind in Sanya during winter can be quite strong.

For a luxury brand under InterContinental, I can only say that everyone should lower their expectations! First, we didn't have a trip to Lingshui. We were originally bound for Wanning from Sanya on the 24th. By the afternoon, we arrived in Lingshui, the wind and rain were so strong we didn't dare continue. We suddenly found a Kimpton, planning to stay there for two days. At the front desk, I saw a two-night package for around 600 yuan less than a single-night stay, but it stated that reservations needed to be made a day in advance. I asked the staff if this could be accommodated due to weather conditions, but the answer was a resounding no! Absolutely no! They didn't even mention whether they would ask reservations or higher-ups for special circumstances. Well, I understand that rules are meant to be followed. I decided to book a single-night stay. I noticed the price difference between a standard ocean view room and a full ocean view room was over 100 yuan, and then I asked if I could get an upgrade. The answer was, again, a resounding no! They said they were sold out. I didn't say anything and booked a full ocean view room, telling him I had one. He seemed a little embarrassed and said it wasn't cleaned properly. I said it was okay and I could wait. It was cleaned in half an hour, haha! Normally, I would have changed hotels long ago, but it was raging outside... After checking in, the room was wonderful, with the old-style, old-style look I love. I managed to dispel the front desk's annoyance, then called for a pillow. Over an hour passed, and no one arrived. I called again, and they finally arrived. It's unheard of for a luxury hotel like this to not answer the phone during my stay. Perhaps the service wasn't up to par during the typhoon, or perhaps it's just a new hotel still adjusting to the new environment. I don't know the specifics, but I'm just sharing my honest experience. But I'll definitely return to this hotel because the good parts are truly great! Every waiter in the restaurant was wonderful. On the first day, all the guests were dining at the hotel, and the service was enthusiastic and well-organized. There was even a power outage, and the manager visited each table to explain. This is the kind of service you expect from a luxury hotel! The most amazing thing was the excellent food. The dinner buffet wasn't very varied, but the ingredients were fresh and there wasn't any shoddy food. And it was only over 300 per person. Then there was breakfast, which lasted until midnight and had an à la carte menu. I tried it both days, and it was absolutely delicious and exquisite! I hope the hotel will strengthen its management and improve its service so that you can have a different experience next time.

My overall experience staying at the Kimpton Hainan Clearwater Bay was excellent! The hotel's decor is elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of class. I have to praise Hesper from the guest relations department for his attentive service! I mentioned my birthday in advance, and not only was he able to arrange a room with a great view, but he also secretly arranged birthday decorations and sent a delicate cake and gifts. He was incredibly attentive and considerate throughout the entire process. The rain warning was also prompt and responsive, and Hesper was incredibly caring and responsive. This experience was entirely thanks to Hesper, and I give her and the hotel a huge thumbs up! One other downside: the breakfast offerings varied greatly. I stayed from Friday to Sunday, with breakfast served on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday breakfast was delicious and highly recommended, but the Sunday breakfast was completely different; it was incredibly ordinary and quite different from Saturday's. I wonder if it was because Sunday was a typhoon. Also, the check-in desk clerk didn't write the room number on the room card holder. This is the first time I've encountered this at an international five-star hotel chain. The phone reminders for scheduled activities could have been more thoughtful; I couldn't find a spot for the bowling event on Saturday. The overall feeling during my stay was very comfortable. I was also very lucky. I saw sunny days, cloudy days, rainy days and typhoon days here in one weekend. I have experienced all four seasons of the year.

During my second trimester and after the holidays, I chose the well-established Raffles Clear Water Bay from three highly-rated hotels in Lingshui: Indigo, Kimpton, and Raffles. The Raffles, opened in 2013, has recently undergone renovations. The lawns are meticulously maintained, and the palm trees, unaffected by Typhoon Bolaven at the end of September, are thriving. The day before check-in, our butler, Andy, contacted us to confirm our arrival time and helped reserve a scenic spot for us at the Disha Village beach buffet (a buffet right by the beach, with freshly grilled lobster and steak, and even a Zao Po Cu hotpot – the ambiance under the moonlight and lanterns was incredible. Make sure to book your spot with your butler a day in advance). On the day of check-in, he personally greeted us, enthusiastically explained the check-in procedures, and even tested the water temperature for us when showing us to our private pool room. Knowing that I had a bad cold due to the temperature change from Beijing to Hainan, he also arranged for extra bottled water and tissue packs. This was my first impression of Raffles' thoughtful service. Every Tuesday to Sunday evening from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the West Reception Hall hosts Raffles' traditional 'Night Ritual.' While listening to the century-old stories told by the Steinway piano, you can also savor the world-renowned 'Singapore Sling' cocktail from Singapore Raffles and the Clear Water Bay limited edition Sling. Andy happened to be the host that evening, and because he knew I was pregnant, he prepared an alcohol-free fruit juice for me – a wonderful touch of detail. Regarding the private pool room type: Unless you're really set on a private pool, I wouldn't recommend it. The privacy isn't great; passersby can clearly see into the room from the shrubs behind. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors facing the pool, which are the only source of natural light, often need to have the curtains completely drawn (the sheer curtains only provide shade). The room is very suitable for rest, but on the other hand, even with all the overhead lights and lamps on, it's quite dim. I somewhat regret not taking the front desk's advice to upgrade to the Scenic Bay Sea View Suite.

Raffles Hainan is incredibly artistic, with every step revealing a new picturesque scene. The natural scenery is breathtaking—blue skies, white clouds, swaying palm trees, and sandy beaches. The hotel's aesthetic is impeccable, with beautifully arranged lights and charming coconut lighthouse decorations perfectly placed. Lying on the balcony at night, sipping fresh coconut water, watching the distant Freedom Lighthouse and the hotel's shifting lights, and listening to the gentle chirping of cicadas, I wished time could just stand still. The hotel service exceeded expectations. I was a bit apprehensive about not choosing a family-friendly hotel for this trip with my child. However, our butler, Diana, was incredibly hands-on and skilled at driving the shuttle. She responded quickly and thoughtfully, even late at night, making us feel completely at ease. The hotel's kids' activities were also excellent; staff patiently guided the children in building sandcastles, showing great professionalism.

🌊 Indigo Hotel Sanya Clear Water Bay | A Perfect Blend of Tanka Aesthetics and Exquisite Service As a new fan of the Indigo brand, my stay at the Indigo Sanya Clear Water Bay completely revolutionized my perception of a vacation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze. Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem. Special thanks to Indigo and Sigrid for unlocking such a surprising experience for me. If there's any regret, it's only the reluctance to leave this hidden gem, a secret haven that blends ocean poetry with human warmth. 🌟

For my baby's first birthday trip, after much deliberation, I chose Lingshui for its flour-soft beaches, and the Indigo Hotel for two reasons: firstly, it's new, and secondly, I wanted to see what made its award-winning design so special. First off, the hotel truly felt brand new everywhere, which was a joy. Every room has an air purifier, and I didn't detect any formaldehyde smell (I'm quite sensitive to smells; new furniture usually bothers my throat). The overall style is perfect for young people looking for a pure resort getaway. It definitely lives up to its design award; every corner of the hotel offers a picturesque view, great for taking exquisite photos. The staff were all very professional, from handling special requests over the phone beforehand to check-in and check-out – always patient and thoughtful. Upon learning it was my baby's first birthday trip, our butler Tilly specially presented us with a dessert cake, which was incredibly heartwarming. The baby was happy the whole time! 🥳 The kids' club is super spacious, with fresh air and a wide variety of play areas. My baby could play there all morning without needing supervision, and all corners were padded for safety. P.S. My baby accidentally bumped the hour hand of the room's alarm clock, and Tilly even arranged for a replacement without charging me for damages. I almost felt embarrassed! I'll probably come back every year and have already recommended it to my discerning friends, haha!

Choosing The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay for our honeymoon was an absolute stroke of genius! The breathtaking ocean views combined with our butler Chris's impeccable service made our honeymoon incredibly special and created unforgettable memories. On check-in day, we arrived early and had to wait for our room, which initially made us a little anxious. But Chris greeted us with a constant smile, patiently explained the situation, and proactively helped us store our luggage. He even recommended a lounge area within the hotel with stunning views of the coconut groves and turquoise sea, along with refreshing drinks. Watching the azure water, white sand, and swaying palm trees from the window instantly melted away our fatigue. To our surprise, when we finally got into our room, it was already beautifully decorated for our honeymoon with fresh flowers, creating a warm and elegant ambiance. Chris even brought us a lovely honeymoon cake, which truly touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly valued. His enthusiasm wasn't forced politeness; it was genuine and thorough. Afterward, whenever we had any requests, whether it was asking for sightseeing routes, needing extra toiletries, or wanting to book a restaurant with ocean views, he was always responsive, accommodating, and incredibly efficient. The hotel, acknowledging the slight inconvenience of waiting for our room, had Chris deliver an additional small gift to our room, showcasing their attention to detail. One morning, a noisy child in the adjacent room disturbed our rest. We casually mentioned it to Chris, and he immediately took it seriously. He promptly helped us coordinate a room change and thoughtfully suggested a quieter, sea-view room with better views, actively communicating and efficiently moving things forward throughout the process. When we later decided not to move due to the hassle of packing, he repeatedly apologized and then proactively sent fresh fruit and drinks to express his goodwill. His sense of responsibility and sincerity were truly impeccable. Apart from the stunning hotel scenery – with ocean views from our window, surrounded by coconut groves, and gentle sea breezes on the private beach, every moment was a beautiful, healing experience – Chris's warm service was the icing on the cake. While we were enchanted by the scenery, we also felt an abundance of warmth and care. Next time we visit Sanya, we will definitely choose The St. Regis Yalong Bay again, and we particularly look forward to receiving Chris's personalized service once more!

This time, I visited The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay with my mom and three friends, a group of four. I was initially worried that a typhoon would disrupt our plans, but instead, we were surrounded by surprises and warmth throughout our stay. I especially want to give a shout-out to our fellow native, butler Chris! The environment at The St. Regis is truly exceptional, with swaying coconut trees, clear blue seas, and skies. Even with the typhoon, the resort grounds remained tidy, elegant, serene, and comfortable, absolutely not dampening our holiday mood. What was most touching was the thoughtful care from our butler, Chris. When my mom suddenly felt unwell by the pool, Chris noticed immediately and came over to check on her. Without a word, he quickly brought hot water, and a short while later, he specially prepared ginger tea to warm her up. He also carefully asked if she needed extra pillows to rest. He was patient and attentive throughout, and his familiar kindness as a fellow native made us feel incredibly at ease. From check-in to check-out, Chris was consistently warm and attentive, taking all our needs to heart. This greatly reduced my worries about traveling with my mother. Although the weather was a bit disappointing, the excellent accommodation environment and Chris's service, which far exceeded our expectations, made this trip exceptionally fulfilling. I highly recommend The St. Regis and butler Chris to anyone planning a trip to Sanya – you definitely won't be disappointed!

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)

The location of the hotel is awkward. You say it is in the city center, but it is really inconvenient to go there without a car. There is basically no public transportation. The room is large and can accommodate 5 people. I live alone and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, basically everything is available. Friends also come to the hotel for breakfast in the morning, and I have 5 free breakfasts.

Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating.

This is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. The comforter kind of freaked me out as it looked like it was growing mold (see photo), but I just tried to think it was the cotton in the comforter all bunched up, at least that made me sleep better.

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately
