After severe disappointment in Alona Beach area and the hotel we were in, we rolled the dice and payed more for this room than we ever have anywhere else. It was absolutely amazing, every single second of it. Stunning scenery, beautiful food, good entertainment, incredible room. Bliss
- Guest User
The environment is very good, the door is convenient, the hotel service is in place, and the transportation is very convenient. Room service is also good, and the surrounding environment, scenery, eating, drinking and playing are all very good.

Henann Resort lives up to its name. When renting a Villa, you are VIP so you truly get to feel superior thanks to the kind and accommodating staff. You get access to amenities that only Suites/Villas can. We rented one night only but will definitely book longer next time.

Booking was easy and check in and check out was smooth. The hotel staff were amazing and the beach experience was awesome! Nice to be back and spend so more time!

The hotel itself is very good, like a big manor, a small courtyard, or a log cabin, the children like it, lying in bed listening to the birds screaming. The cliff restaurant is beautiful, but the food is average. Horse riding is available in the hotel and there is a small zoo that is perfect for children. Breakfast is terrible, nothing to eat, we almost have omelettes and pancakes every day, especially if we don't know what to eat for our children. This needs to be improved, and everything else is fine. Overall, it is worth living!
- Nicolewangxm
Haha, Ctrip compensated my hotel. A little bit of a private manor. There are only 12 villas. The boss has a horse race. You can spend money to feel it. Breakfast is right by the sea. Can dive. All the scenery is all about it.

The hotel is located in Anda, away from the complex of Panglao and Tagbilaran. The entire resort has 16 rooms, closed management, very good privacy, with large white sand beaches and clean sea water. The hotel's double rowing boats and skateboards can be played for free. If you are not tall, you can snorkel at the beachside of the hotel. For free, the hotel’s diving club also provides life jackets. There are several professional diving instructors in the hotel's diving club to teach diving. The hotel's boat is going out for diving three times a day (for a fee). As long as ten minutes of boating, both my husband and I participated, seeing turtles and many fish and corals, regret it. In Panglao, I wasted time to go to Baricasa. There are many similar faults and corals on the bottom of Anda, so I can see a lot of things and the one-on-one coach here is very safe. Many guests are diving two times a day. However, this resort is located in Anda, two hours drive from Tagbilaran, renting a car from Tagbilaran to 3000P, we have a car park from Panglao to play the Butterfly Garden, the tarsier reserve and the Chocolate Hill total 5000P fare. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. It’s not comparable to Panglao ALONA. The beach is white and delicate, and the sea is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for families who like quiet vacation. Need to remind domestic tourists that the resort does not provide disposable items in order to reduce garbage, you need to bring your own toothbrush slippers, etc., and three meals a day are in the resort, there is basically no possibility of going out for food, wifi is slightly worse, from time to time dropped, but The original nature of the resort is kept very good, the service staff is professional and enthusiastic, the resort lives next to the OWNER family, and comes to chat with guests every day.
- WEN
More than two hours from the airport, the driver was carrying us on a small road. It was too late, a bit sullen and strange. The hotel didn't even have a decent door. The first reaction was to be pitted. Only after discovering that there is no hole in the sky! The private beach is beautiful, in short, it is suitable for sleeping and swimming in a daze!

Staying at Halamanan Residences was a joy!!! i was surprised as i entered our villa, it was huge with an amazing perfectly manicured garden and lots of places to hang out. As we entered the property from the airport we were greeted by theor residential doggie who is sweet and then the staff who were always so accommodating and ready to help it was a breeze staying here!!! rooms are super spacious and comes with your own kitchen. Everything in the room was perfect and the Bathroom was impeccable all thought of really well. Its quiet and so relaxing!!! I highly recommend this place. I would go back in a heart beat!!! i love love HALAMANAN RESIDENCES. Thank goodness my partner found this and oh boy was i surprised at the vastness of each villa, truly a treat!!! thanks guys for making our stay super comfortable.

So happy i found this hidden gem. Probably one of the best resorts on the island for sure especially for the price we paid. Stayed 5d4n and had a hard time leaving the place. Spacious rooms and garden. We even had Our own kitchen with Complete utensils and a nespresso machine as a bonus. Excellent landscaping. Great attention to detail. Design and architecture is world class. Reminded me of the Villas in Bali. Though ive never met the owner, she was nice enough to message us and ask how everything was. Will definitely stay here again next time and Will highly recommed to our friends. Thank you!

I heard that all Koreans are in Henan, but there are a lot of them here too~~ But still, the overall accommodation felt quiet and relaxed! The staff was really friendly and the facilities were clean and nice! The breakfast is not delicious. There isn't much variety. Just eat bread. Haha. If I come to Bohol again next time, this is an accommodation I want to come back to.

Excellent location. Amazing sunsets. The service is excellent. We enjoyed the free cocktails on Wednesdays and Fridays. And we enjoyed the free popsicles and juice when you lounge at the pool. The staff will go out of your way to take care of you. Very large rooms

The trip to Bohol Island was a wonderful experience. Friends in the Philippines are very friendly and polite, especially far away from the tourist area. This hotel was the last stop of the trip, stayed for two days and lay on the beach for a day and a half. [Room] I live in a superior room. The room is relatively small but has everything (except for the comb). It is clean and tidy. Because I caught up with the Lunar New Year when I checked in, and there were small cards and snacks, it was very thoughtful. [Restaurant] There is a restaurant in the hotel. The dessert in Figure 3 belongs to this one. I think it is the better hola-hola I have eaten in the Philippines. [Private Beach] This is really a good place for a hotel. You can play for a day at the seaside. The beach is white sand, and some people clean up the seaweed every day. Because it is private, outsiders are not allowed to stay with us. The water here is very clear and there are many starfish on the shoals. Because of the snorkeling equipment, I can snorkel at any time. I really love snorkeling! [Other services] Provide chartering service to sea and free shuttle. The two of us went to Balicasa to charter 3500p.

First of all l wasn't expecting the level of services l Got. Loved everything about the hotel. Its serene. There is a beach yet not crowded like the alona beach. Me and my daughter had the best moments there.our flight was 10 hrs delayed and we reached quite late, they were constantly coordinating with me since l informed them l am a lady who will travel with a kid alone. From the airport we got a complimentary ride the hotel, all nicely arranged. Room was very clean despite in a very green location. Food: they have varieties of food and it was simply awesome. Drinks were reasonably priced. Food was fresh, l could understand that from the taste. All the Service providers were very jovial especially Sanders and Jane. Anne in the front desk if l remember the name correctly, l had most interactions with and she was kind. Surroundings : the area has a colonial old era charm to it. The eating area has a great view of the sea. We stayed there for 2 nights then moved to another resort in alona and missed this one. The pool was warm during the night time which was soothing. If there was any chance l would have rated 11/10. For now 10/10.

Having our wedding at Bellevue Resort was definitely the best choice! Our wedding was delayed by Covid for 3 years and there were a few staff changes and Sheila Baldo has picked up where the last events manager left off without a hitch. She was always available, polite and open to ideas. We looked around at other venue options and the beach front privacy and luxe experience Bellevue offers are incomparable. What we love most about the event was the food which was above and beyond the expectation for a buffet - it certainly tasted like fine dining, the attention to details and the execution of everything we have agreed on. My family and I have had such a great time spending our wedding and holiday/reunion in Bellevue. The daily breakfast buffet options were always exciting and cater to locals and foreigners alike. The koi pond is always a hit - you can do fish feeding, and I never tire walking past them. During our 5 day stay, they always have a quiet event at their beach front which says a lot about them being a very good choice as an events space for your important occasions. Some nights they had a live band to serenade diners at the restaurant. The staff - they are unbelievable! They were quick, accommodating, friendly and always at your service. What needs improvement on, however, was their spa and their massage therapists. We spoke to Drew, the manager, and plans to remedy this were actually on the way! I guess next time, we will have to try this out!

We recently stayed at the Mithi for one week on November and it was a beautiful hotel to stay at, the pool and views are beautiful, we did snorkelling just off the beach the hotel has a boat and they will take you out to the reef which is really good, the rooms are cleaned great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful they are all great, the food is very nice but you do need to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu, there is not much around so you do need to rent a motor bike or pay for a tuk tuk to see the island, I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou for a great holiday! The ambience in total is cozy, relaxing and nature-loving. Access to the beach is just a few steps away and is very private to the guests. The resort is more applicable to families with childrren or large families than couples who look forward to romantic getaways. Overall I am satisfied with the service, the accommodation, the food was pretty okay too. They serve breakfast buffet from 6am-10am and have limited options to choose from. If they can add cereals, that would be aweaome.

We booked a superior deluxe room, after the room allocation we found that the bathroom smelled unbearably. After upgrading to a deluxe room, this problem went away. We then paid an additional 600 pesos per day for the upgrade. The whole hotel is more suitable for locals, big renovation backlog. When taking a shower, the water ran onto the bathroom floor and remained there as a large puddle, since the drain was higher than floor level. When using the toilet, the legs were then in the puddle. A bath mat was missing. There were no pool towels, no cups and only one glass. Kettle was available. Breakfast was a fried egg, a cup of rice, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. Or a fried egg, two slices of toast, some jam and butter, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. You could get coffee and drinks yourself. The pool was good and is attractively designed. The beach is beautiful and is cleaned by the staff. The WLAN access written at the reception only worked there, not in the rooms and not in the restaurant. On the last day shortly before departure we found out about a different WLAN connection. This worked in the restaurant and at the pool but not in the room.

The staff don't seem to have any training or are all in training i.e. trainees. I found it really hard to get anything accomplished asking for ice too for ages then when I did saying a 50 peso bill for ice 🙄 the pool is small but you do get your own beach access and the location is quite as compared to the main part of the town which is too much noise and party. I really liked the rooms and decor it felt modern and clean The breakfast was ok just make sure to ask for what ever you want to be cooked fresh as the food left out is cold and or been left for long time. The gym is good but could do with some more equipment. Local shops are by the entrance for cheaper snacks and drinks

Chez Judy is newly opened resort, about 10 minutes away from Alona beach which really ideal if you want a quiet holiday. Although the resort didn’t have a review yet as it’s so new, we risked it and stayed anyway. Me and my family stayed in this resort for 3 nights and we didn’t regret it at all. The hotel is lovely and quiet just what we needed after a long tiring day doing tour around Bohol. There’s a few little things still need improving but, we didn’t really care about it. What we are impressed about is the amazing service from the team. Kuya Arthur the chef alway accommodated our needs and requests when it comes to food. He goes out of his way to provide what we needed. On our first day we arrived late in the evening travelling from London. Although the restaurant already closed, when we asked if we can still order some food, he didn’t hesitated to stay and cook for us even it was quite late at night. His customer service was excellent! Also, the resort general manager was very helpful arranging all the tours for us, it makes our holiday less stressful and enjoyable. Well done to all the team. My apology for the late review, I thought I had submitted this review but, I didn’t realised I hadn’t click submit, lol. I would like to add regarding Kuya Arthur’s own recipe Potato Wedges, they were totally unsolicited one afternoon but greatly appreciated. A really nice touch, AND they were superb too. He is an absolute credit to the hotel.

We had a total of 6 rooms reserved for this hotel for a one night stay. It was a family overnight stay. When we first arrived - we were assigned to rooms in the second building where some trash is being burned at the next property. The smoke was bothersome. The rooms also smell somewhat musty. The hotel personnel however were very nice and accommodating and immediately transferred us to the main building. They did ask the next door property owner to put out the trash fire. Overall our stay in this place was very good. Breakfast was good and it was right at the poolside. Access to the beach was very easy. Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Nice people, it was fun with the birthday celebration, the band was ok.. It was our second time stays. Still we will come back again next year. Don't expect luxurious stay but it was a feeling of being in a home in front of the beach. The pool was good, though I don't like the idea of no lifeguard no swimming policy especially if you are an adult, you can't swim in the night anymore which is kinda unfair and boring...

This hotel is in the Anda area, there is no commercial atmosphere around it, so it is very quiet, you need to call for a trip. The location is about 2 hours by car from Tagbilaran Pier. On the last day, we have to catch the boat at 7 o'clock. The staff prepared a sandwich and water for us one night in advance, and we were taken to the dock before 5 o'clock in the morning. The driver drove Soon, I arrived at the pier in over an hour. The environment in the hotel is good. We live in a chalet, and the sea can be seen from the balcony. The big bed in the room is large enough to sleep four adults at the same time. Children do not need to add extra beds. The service staff were very welcoming and the restaurant tasted super good. We were there for three meals a day. If you want to snorkel, you can go to the sea with the hotel's crab boat. The snorkeling and deep diving locations are not far from the hotel. The staff on the boat will also take care of us and snorkel with us. Next time I take the dive certificate, I will choose to come to this hotel and stay for a week. Thank you hotel staff for their warm service and made our family a wonderful holiday!
