The location is far away, there is a long way from the hotel entrance to the room, don't think about the elderly or those with mobility problems, almost don't think about going out. The road is a stone slab, and the wheelchair can't be pushed. The hotel's toothpaste is expired. For breakfast, 6 people in our two rooms also gave a few less copies, and the store also let us have a free dinner to compensate. In addition, the dinner here also needs to be 600-700 alone? Plus, staying for two nights during the Qingming period, the two rooms cost nearly 20,000, which is very worthless. This is the case for Xi'an's homestay. It can't be compared with the coastal area at all. The most expensive is at this level. Everyone is cautious. The only highlight is that the place is large and the garden is large.

Very good, it was very quiet during the Chinese New Year, the environment was very good, both the private and public baths were available, the private bath for the king-size room was indoors, and the private bath for the twin room was outdoors, friends who are going there can pay attention

The environment is very good. It takes less than half an hour by taxi to Bingma, 10 minutes to Huaqing Hot Spring in Song of Everlasting Regret, and 40 minutes by taxi to the city center without traffic jams. The hotel's hot spring is very good, the facilities are also good, and the breakfast variety is not bad. The hotel service is basically available on call when there are not many people, but it is still slow when there are many people. The professionalism of service and hygiene still needs to be improved. Check-in and check-out are very convenient.

The environment is beautiful and the experience of staying here is very good. Zhou Yi, the front desk staff at Xianjuyuan, is also very considerate and enthusiastic. She is very patient and has set up a dedicated service group. If you have any questions, you can send them to the group at any time. There are many staff in the group. The breakfast is also very good. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. A great stay experience [ThumbsUp]

Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed for two nights, on the 16th and 17th. On the 15th, I received a call from the hotel asking about our room preferences. I requested a room with a good view, non-smoking, and quiet. When we checked in, the staff assigned us room 213. This was the lowest floor I've ever stayed on in a hotel, and it was room number 13! I was surprised that the hotel actually had a room 13! How could an international hotel like this assign room 13 to a foreigner? During afternoon tea that day, besides my husband, myself, and an Asian mother and daughter, all the other guests were foreigners. This made me realize even more why I was so unlucky to get room 13! This hotel has such a unique room number 13, and they treat their own compatriots differently from foreigners! However, the smart toilet in room 13 was broken. It wouldn't automatically lift the lid or flush when you stood in front of it. What was even more unbearable was that as soon as you sat on it, the toilet would make a loud gurgling sound and automatically spray water on your backside. We tried it twice, and it happened both times. Also, the light switch was malfunctioning and didn't work. As a result, our room was changed to room 206. Neither room 13 nor room 06 had a French garden view; you could only see trees outside the window. Room 06 overlooked a concrete platform. I stayed during the off-season, and there were only a handful of guests at both afternoon tea and breakfast. Even during the peak breakfast time at 8 AM, there were only four tables with no more than ten guests. In such an off-season, why couldn't they offer us a higher floor with a better view? The male butler from the hotel called in advance on the 15th to ask about my room preferences; wasn't that just being insincere and fake? The staff's service level was inconsistent. Two female servers at afternoon tea and breakfast simply didn't observe guests' needs. The slim, tall female server in the afternoon tea restaurant had an ice-cold expression and no proactive service awareness. One female server in the breakfast restaurant looked like she hadn't woken up yet, with messy hair, no makeup, and ill-fitting work clothes, completely lacking the demeanor of a star-rated hotel employee. More importantly, this server didn't proactively observe guests' tables. Every time, we had to call her to take away the empty plates. Even more exaggerated, when she took away empty plates, she wouldn't simultaneously take away empty cups, nor would she think to ask. Let's talk about the problems with the breakfast restaurant: First, the flowers on the dining tables were fake! For a 'diamond-level' hotel like this, how can they put fake flowers on the tables? If they want to save costs, there are many ways: place some air plants or soilless succulents, or even small, easy-to-care-for plants. Anything real would be more tasteful than these fake ones. Regardless, a 'diamond-level' hotel should not have fake flowers on its dining tables. This is disrespectful to guests. Second, there was a wide variety of bread, but no chain-type toaster to heat the bread. This is usually a staple at the bread station in five-star hotels. Yet, at this 'super five-star' hotel, you can only eat cold bread for breakfast. Third, the restaurant only provided toothpicks, not dental floss sticks. Nowadays, even very ordinary restaurants offer dental floss sticks. A 'diamond-level' hotel like this should provide guests with dental floss sticks, and ideally, toothpick brushes. Additionally, the steps in the bathrooms of both room 13 and room 06 were damaged. In room 13, the hotel actually used cheap, uneven gray adhesive corner guards, which looked very out of place and clashed with the exquisite French decor. They should have used brass stair nosings! During my two-day stay at the hotel, Ms. Doris Du's kindness, politeness, proactive work attitude, and professional image left a very good impression on me. After we checked in and received our key, she led us to our room. She first gave us a tour of the hotel and introduced its history. On the day we checked out, she happened to be on duty at the front desk. She was the only staff member at the hotel who immediately stood up to greet guests upon seeing them! The only one! This small professional gesture of hers was like the first ray of sunshine in the morning, warming my heart! Recalling my check-in, there was a male and female staff member at the front desk. They did not stand up to greet us when guests checked in. When we received our room cards and got up to leave, they remained seated without moving. This is disrespectful to guests. Staff should stand up to greet guests when they arrive, ask them to sit down, and then sit down themselves to process the check-in. When guests receive their room cards and get up, the staff should also stand up to see them off. Such basic courtesies of polite welcome and farewell were completely lacking! On the day I checked in, I had two items of clothing that needed ironing. The female staff member who was on duty at the front desk that day came to our room to collect them. During the process of opening the door to see her, handing her the clothes, and briefly communicating with her, she maintained an ice-cold demeanor throughout, without a hint of a smile. She was not the only female staff member in this hotel who provided service without a smile. In summary, all these issues, and more, expose the hotel's unprofessional training and inadequate management. Sofitel Legend People's Grand Hotel Xian is not directly affiliated with the Sofitel group; it is part of the People's Grand Building owned by Shaanxi Urban Investment and Operations Group Co., Ltd., and is operated by AccorHotels, a French hotel management group. Therefore, the experience was vastly different from the Sofitel hotels I've stayed at abroad.
- Xiaoqiya
The room was quite spacious, and we stayed for two nights. The front desk service was exceptional; they even upgraded our room for free. Our check-in experience completely exceeded expectations; it wasn't at all the disaster I'd imagined. The breakfast was excellent, a mix of à la carte and buffet style. I had the roujiamo and freshly made French toast multiple times over the two days, which were delicious! Whenever we left the room, someone was always there to greet us and open the door, which really enhanced the experience. We also tried the barbecue recommended by the concierge, Eva, and it was fantastic. I'd also like to commend Jack, Hattie, and Allen for their patient and thorough recommendations of great food and attractions around the hotel. Our timing wasn't ideal as it rained continuously in Xi'an during our visit, which prevented us from seeing many places. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again and hopefully make up for the sights we missed!

Reviews From Real Travelers
Facilities: If the room facilities are slightly insufficient as a resort hotel, the details are very general. If there is no TV, the partner who sleeps late at night may be a bit boring. The room does not have audio equipment. The toiletries are also very ordinary. The shower room is very slow. Two people simply take a shower. The water is almost dripping. The bath room overflowed. If the positioning is a resort hotel, it is a bit out of reach. The positioning is that the price of ordinary homestays is high. Environment: The opening time should not be long, the location is really good, the scenery is first-class and there are not many rooms that will not be very crowded or piled up. The room has a large bathtub. The bathtub can see the scenery outside the window. The overall lawn lake view is very good. The environment in the park is not bad, it may also be due to the small number of people, which ensures that the play will not be particularly crowded. Service: I borrowed the refrigerator from the convenience store. The most intimate service is about the things we bring. The shuttle bus to the hotel for check-in and check-out helped us run the luggage. The little brother also helped to move things. Other services may be the lowest rated. First of all, there is no landline phone in the room. It is inconvenient to use your mobile phone to call the hotel's mobile number if you want to contact the hotel. Secondly, the toiletries are average. The disposable face towels and large bath towels are provided. There is no small face towel. When cleaning, I put three combs and a toothbrush. At night, I found that there was no toothbrush and no service staff. I couldn't brush my teeth. The overall operation of the park is not professional enough. There is no explanation for the stay. I sent a double dinner time and did not tell me to call to ask. I didn’t tell me where to go to eat. I didn’t tell me to call to ask. I didn’t explain how to use the package. I gave a room card. The room does not know if there is WiFi, there is no explanation. Non-powered park package: I sent this package. Trip.com did not reflect that it was a few items to choose from. It showed that all can be experienced (orders are shown in the picture). The phone consultation hotel was told to choose one of three. The next morning, I didn’t know where to verify. I went directly to the water golf and was told to go to the blue house. I walked back. The staff called the room to ask about the situation. After reading the order, I said that it was indeed available. After playing water golf and archery, we told us that the rest can't be played, the whole is inexplicable. The weather itself is very hot and I don't plan to play, but either the order is written clearly, or the hotel itself is unified internally. This unclear gift is also part of the hotel consumption, and the experience is really bad. Romantic dinner for two: When dining, there were no lights in many places in the camp restaurant. Finally, I sat in the tent. The roast lamb chops tasted good. It is recommended that if there is a partner who goes to dinner later, choose freshly baked food. The taste of pasta is really not flattering. Convenience store - provides wine and cold drinks, no other food or snacks, the overall park is still more supporting campsite, not very friendly to the guests, operation and details are more general. I have stayed in various hotels of various sizes and recommend going to play or camping. Is there necessary to stay for one night? The above situation is for reference.

The newly opened store is not bad. But there are really many problems: there are a lot of mosquitoes by the lake, but we have no mosquito coils in the whole room. There are no band-aides on the island, there are charges and free entertainment projects, all sports, some people Xiaoqi Xiaoqi injured is normal, friends lost a piece of skin bleeding, asked the front desk to have band-aid, but there is no band-aid. Even ordinary hotels will have band-aides, and there are no shops nearby. I took the toilet paper and simply paddled it, and finally the toilet paper stuck the wound. The overall management is more chaotic. The package in the room clearly says that there is an archery project. When I go to archery, the young man said that he would pay. If I said that the project was free. He asked who said it directly? Ask us all, do we need to report our name or position 😂, brain circuit clear. The environment is very good, I hope the boss will do better and better, and will come.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the city wall, just under 100 meters to access and explore it. What's more, it's genuinely peaceful. I booked a room type with a private courtyard and a plunge pool, and the courtyard view was delightful. Soaking in the pool amidst the quiet ambiance truly made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. Breakfast service was very attentive; they even offered to pour our juice for us. Public transport, including subway and bus stations, is also within a convenient distance. However, on the first morning, after I'd gone out briefly and returned, I discovered that the housekeeping staff had thrown away my unfinished 1kg yogurt and a takeaway meal. This is absolutely unacceptable. Firstly, both items were clearly placed on the table, not on the floor or in the waste bin. Secondly, while the yogurt carton was indeed a bit damaged and open, the takeaway meal was perfectly sealed in its container, even had an unused disposable chopstick alongside it, and was further placed in a somewhat opaque bag that was tied shut. I simply can't fathom how housekeeping could possibly conclude that the contents of this sealed bag were meant to be thrown away. It's truly baffling why a hotel of this caliber would make such a basic, low-level mistake. While the hotel did offer a complimentary lunch as compensation, it has certainly made me seriously reconsider staying here again if I return to Xi'an.

This is a truly luxurious hotel, ideally located near the city walls, making it incredibly convenient to catch a taxi to any tourist spot. The hotel amenities are exceptionally high-end; in fact, I was so impressed that I bought the same brand's perfume and shower gel after my trip! We booked a suite, which boasted two separate bathrooms, a private soaking tub, and its own garden. Complimentary cocktails and desserts were a lovely bonus. The environment and ambiance are absolutely first-class—you're bound to love it! It never felt crowded, even at breakfast, where they served a superb selection of gourmet items. Highly recommended!

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel has an elegant, antique decor. The hot spring water is a perfect 43 degrees Celsius, and after a soak, your skin feels incredibly smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Saozi noodles. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. As a bonus, staying here includes a complimentary travel photoshoot by Jinghong Media, who did a great job and gave us three free retouched photos. We also got unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace, and from there, it was super convenient to visit Mount Li by just buying a cable car ticket within the park! Even though the room rate is over a thousand per night, considering all these services, it's actually excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at the YUTANG Hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

♨️ The original hot spring water at Huaqing Palace is absolutely amazing! My skin felt so smooth after a soak, and my whole family, from young to old, loved it. 💖 The hotel service is also excellent and welcoming. I really like the hotel's design style too – it's refined and grand. I slept like a baby! 💖😼 Being right inside the Huaqing Palace scenic area makes it super convenient for watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show. Other than being a bit pricey, everything else is perfect! 👍 The complimentary photo shoot was also great; the composition and styling were spot on. You can choose between Tang Dynasty or Ming Dynasty costumes, and the post-production editing was very carefully done, which was a nice bonus. Whether to buy extra photos is entirely up to you. 😼

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an this time was incredibly worth it! Our personal butler, Sophia, was truly exceptional. Before check-in, she'd call to confirm our needs, and even followed up after we checked out – she's incredibly dedicated. When I had a minor issue during my stay, I reached out to her, and she responded super quickly with strong problem-solving skills, so I didn't have to wait around at all. The room was quite quiet; once the windows were closed, you barely heard any outside noise, making for a very comfortable rest. The hotel's environment and facilities are all new and well-maintained, clean and tidy, which is very pleasant to see. The location is also convenient, whether you're going shopping or sightseeing, transportation is a breeze. Overall, the experience was fantastic, with thoughtfulness evident in every detail.

The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an delivered a perfect experience this time! Sophia was incredibly thoughtful; she called to confirm my itinerary before arrival and followed up on my stay experience, providing exceptional service. The room was surprisingly quiet, and the fifth-floor gym and pool were both clean and comfortable. The lobby bar is so photogenic, you can capture great shots effortlessly. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Staying here when visiting Xi'an is truly fantastic!

My overall experience at the W Hotel was positive, particularly the excellent service. Although the greeter wasn't immediately available to assist with luggage upon arrival, the subsequent service more than made up for this minor oversight. The front desk staff made check-in efficient and convenient, proactively informing me about the hotel's facilities and local transportation options. Their demeanor was both friendly and professional. Throughout my stay, any requests I made were met with a quick response and proper resolution. The hotel's ambiance is stylish and elegant, and its amenities are comprehensive, making for a very comfortable stay overall. I highly recommend it.

The service at this hotel is absolutely outstanding! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thoughtful attention from the housekeeping staff, every single aspect was impeccable. The room was clean and bright, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently explaining nearby attractions. It made our trip a relaxing and enjoyable one.

The hotel's scenery is sinister. First of all, it's hard to find the entrance. There's a door next to the store, so you can go in there. I didn't want to stay in the hotel lobby any longer because the lights were always off and I felt uneasy. I don't know if it's just me, but they say the internet prices are ridiculous and ask me to pay more. He said he was mistaken and apologized later, but no matter how you look at it, it looks like he was going to get ripped off. Does it make sense to misunderstand the price? The room is a paradise for cockroaches. If you are tolerant, you will be fine to stay there. If you made a reservation, check the window. The curtains were drawn and all the windows were open. I was wondering why the air conditioner wasn't cooling, and I wondered if they didn't even care about the electricity bill. The wifi was the fastest among all accommodations in Bangladesh, but I still don't want to go there again. Accessibility is vague. It's close to the airport, but there's nothing else there. It's vague to say it's nearby, so I don't really want to.
