The location is very good, in the city center, there are three big shopping malls around, there are also many street shops nearby, shopping is very convenient. The breakfast is also quite rich and the facilities are more upscale. The only problem is that sometimes it is not very human. If you want to continue, you need to inform in advance, otherwise the hotel will sell the room and go back to no place to live at night.

Five-star hotel, I lived in such a tall hotel for the first time. The welcome was very special. I helped us with our luggage and could not refuse it because it was a tip. With breakfast and dinner, buffet, especially rich.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far in Ghaziabad. Highly professional and helpful staff. I thank the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Special thanks to Mr. Vikrant for the last-minute date change. Really liked the interior of the room, which was spacious and comfortable. Neat, clean and hygienic washroom with decent amenities. Early check-in and quick check out facilities. Overall it was an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to others and come back soon.

The stay was good. The staff is helpful. ***oj monu and roy chef in the kitchen are very good. The hotel's facilities exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I paid a hefty price, but seeing the rating on TA, I figured it was worth it. The entrance to the hotel and the lobby are impressive and fancy. But that’s where the good stuff ends. The room was average size. The lighting was poor. The door key refused to work throughout my stay. But the reception told me every time that it will work. This meant me going up to the room, trying the key and then coming back down to reception, getting somebody to come with the master key to open my door. The bathroom was also very small. There were no toiletries. The towels are pathetic. They were black, torn and frayed. The hotel could not provide decent towels over the full duration of my stay, inspite of getting them changed over and over again. If you are staying here, please carry your own towel. The food is average and quite expensive. Breakfast was included and the variety is decent. But the menu does not change much and becomes repetitive. I found the dinner buffet quite expensive and so ate in the room. But this wasn’t cheap either. The check-in and check-out are another fiasco as the staff is not trained and don’t knew what they are doing. Their computer system kept shutting down and it was a mess. The only good part was the house keeping staff, who were running around, doing their best. But the hotel does not provide them with much. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel the next time I am in Noida.
