I booked for a night stay at Lemon Tree. The location of the property is a bit remote - on the outskirts of Coimbatore. Hardly any petty shops nearby. You will have to take a long walk or drive by car to nearest medicals or other shops. The check-in was smooth. Receptionist service was good and welcoming. Probably in about 5 minutes I was into my room. The room was large, spacious, clean and tidy. There was a work desk and a couch yet the room did not feel cramped for space. The amenities were the regulars - coffee, tea and water bottles. The bed, however, was too stiff to my comfort. Surprisingly the room had a ceiling fan. The restroom was clean. The amenities were provided. Buffett spread was good and tasted well. My needs were catered to with regard. So appreciate it. The property had ample car park space to go with rooms for chauffeurs. Overall, a great and pleasant stay.

Good stay in coimbatore. Clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice and the service by kapildev and Nthin was very good. Chefs also customised dinner and breakfast as per our need. Accommodated our requests and ensured we were happy. To the contrary, front desk staff was poor. They didnt even offer to help us with bags on checkin. Need better training.

Had a wonderful experience at Gokulam park celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. Worth every penny we spent and completely satisfied. Guests really enjoyed the food and ambiance. I would like to thank Samy who is the ***ger for his flexibility, commitment and coordination. He has never said no to any of our request and helped us in every way possible to make the event successful. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Good location, close to the airport, right next to the main road. The condition is also very good and very clean. There is a swimming pool on the top floor and a gym. There is a dedicated staff in the gym. The buffet is also plentiful. Overall feeling pretty good

The hotel is pretty good! The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are dry, and the hygiene is good! Good service attitude! There is only one restaurant with fewer choices of dishes. In addition, don’t go to the surrounding chin chin and the casade Chinese restaurants. There are some localized Chinese dishes in India, which are really awful. Is there anything? !

Good location in down town and nice area with a lot of colleges around the hotel, means safety. Small supermarkets, food stores, small shopping mall are around to the hotel too. Just heavy traffic jam in morning and after office hour peak times. BBQ Foods are nice and there is one very good Chinese/Asia food resturant. We took the sight see here and it is really fantistic place here.

Chicken and noodles are not bad. When you go out, turn right 500 meters and there is an alley to go in. There is a restaurant My place, which is not bad. 1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

This is my second visit to Hotel IKON Coimbatore. My earlier visit was with my family in December 2021 and my current visit was work related. On both occasions, the stay was very pleasant, comfortable and memorable. The rooms are well designed with modern fittings. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a reasonably good spread, and the food is tasty. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a big plus point.The staff of the hotel are very courteous and professional, and they have been putting in their best efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. My thanks to Ms.Akila for helping with the cab booking for my travel within Coimbatore. She was very patient while handling last minute changes, and she ensured that the cabs arrived on time. Her dedication is very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Aravind, Mr.***ikandan and Ms.Akila for helping me with the booking process. In spite of requesting a room at short notice, they were able to cater to my personal preferences. And my thanks to the all the other staff members whose names I cannot recollect but whose contribution was equally important in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The building houses two restaurants - Annapoorna and Kove. While Annapoorna is a famous vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore which serves south and north Indian food, Kove offers multi-cuisine vegetarian fine dining options. Overall IKON is a great place to stay for family as well as business travellers, I would who***eartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed for a night ...Congested Rooms with no space to move around . Looks like a studio setting rather than a comfortable Room for stay . Cramped look . I stayed here on 23/06 till 24/06 evening.. On the Morning of 24/06 i was asking for a cup of coffee at 0600 hours . Pat ca,me the reply from In Room dining ” Milk not available ..Make your Tea at your Room ” When i told even Tea Bags and water was not availble in Room Hotel was prompt in sending 2 Tea bags and Water ! Some of our family guests who stayed in the same Hotel had ro wait till 0830 for coffee and Milk.We went out ad returned to Room @ 1600 hours to find a messy room with even dust bin not cleaned and towels not changed . A stinking smell with torn curtain . Even when i checked in i noticed dust on the Table and bathroom . Housekeeping is very poor . Infact wnen i was cheking in i used the Rest Room on the Lobby side and was surprised to come across a stinking urinal and toilet . I pointed out this to the Gentyle*** at Reception counter. to make amends . Overall this Place is not good for hygenic stay and for those who prefer prompt and courteous Service . Better to avoid this place .
