Ideal for families with children; there are numerous children's activities. The kids club is small but has general facilities and functions; it is not open all day, two or three hours in the morning or two or three hours in the afternoon. The new children's pool is great, not big but it is hard for families with baby. After all, there is a large pool next to it.

I went there for the second time. It is suitable for lazy people who don't want to bother with their kids and can get in close contact with nature. The food is better than last year. It is also dog-friendly.

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

Good location, five minutes walk from Reading Railway Station. The entrance is a street garden. Opposite is the office building. The room was on the back floor and looked like a new one, but it didn't taste much. The room is large, the bathroom is large, and it is very comfortable. Breakfast is not bad, there are not many options, but it tastes good. There is a parking lot.

Lovely hotel, we stayed for the Farnborough exhibition. Not the hotels fault but we booked an airport view room, but by the time we got there it was dark and in the morning it was thick fog, so couldn’t see anything! It was still a lovely room. Great shower, nice toiletries, all the rooms amenities you could want. We had a problem with the tv as it was very slow and then would keep going off. We reported it to reception and I got an email after I had left apologising which was nice. Didn’t use any of the bars or restaurants unfortunately but the sky bar looked very nice as we walked past. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location for everything especially the train station.
Bed comfy, sofa not so much.
Biggest gripe toilet in room 322 detached from sink to wash hands after using the toilet.
Pool sauna n gym great .

Very convenient, very close to the commercial street, close to Reading Railway Station, you can walk through the station square, walk to the Thames River, and feel quiet and leisure in the beautiful scenery of the breeze and sunshine. The hotel is soundproofed, the bedding is clean, comfortable and tidy, and the breakfast is great.

The service is not good, just opposite the Reading Railway Station, with Starbucks inside, very convenient. Strongly recommended! There are many families traveling together, so taking the children is no problem. It seems that there is no extra bed.

Located in the city center, a five-minute walk from the train station, there are many surrounding living facilities. The rooms are clean and well-equipped and cleaned once a week. There is no air conditioner and the temperature in Britain has been high recently, which is a bit difficult to receive. In addition, the surrounding bars were full of enthusiasm and it was not until the middle of the night that they could be quiet.

Good property and great location to see the city centre of Reading. However it’s in the middle of the bus only roads so highly confusing how to get to car park etc. other properties were noisy in the area overnight.

Really nice place, easy access everywhere and super friendly staff. The pool was great and the steak was amazing, the views were beautiful and the cozy room was needed for this weekend. Would stay for longer next time and would 100% go for weekend trips again. Really lovely.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Clean, good amenities. Breakfast was below standard, overcooked bacon, sausages, coffee machine out of order, therefore as breakfast was a let down below expectation for Crowne Plaza.

Hotel was really nice, room was clean and comfortable, only problem was, when I rang to check that my room had a bath they said 'yes' but when I only had a shower. I was disappointed as I had paid extra to have the bigger room so that I could have a bath.

We stayed here for one night while enjoying some entertainment in a nearby hotel (they didn't have space so this seemed our best option).The room itself was actually very smart, clean and large enough. The bathroom too was very clean and well equipped. Our one minor gripe was breakfast. The room included Full English Breakfast, but due to 'Covid reasons' they were unable to supply this. I don't really understand this and think that 'Covid reason' is often a catch all reasoning. If dinner can be prepared and served then why can warm breakfast not be? Apart from the breakfast gripe - it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay again.From€70
