I have had 5 rooms for a celebrity who was staying at your hotel and we had a fundraising event for a cancer hospital. We were not able to get the ballroom and your event mngmnt team got back to us very late. I was surprised by how difficult it was for us to get our event at your ballroom. Later we heard you are sold out and the girl I called to make the reservations, but i was able to secure 5 rooms for my guests. One of the guests was very upset, he was not able to sleep due to the ridiculous noise coming from outside all night long. People were walking and talking in the hallway. He even complained to the FD. I have got 5 rooms and paid over $3k where i could have gotten my rooms way cheaper from Marriot across the street, i thought your hotel is the best in this area but i was wrong. FD at check-in was amazing, The guy at the desk was very helpful, the manager was nice, Kiran was good. Jehoce the supervisor at the desk was amazing.

Well-staffed (hard to find these days) and every single employee was friendly, well-trained, and genuinely helpful - this during a large conference event that took up the entire place. With hundreds of moving pieces, it all went smoothly!
