The hotel staff are very friendly and very good to us. They take the initiative to care about where we are going to play and how we are going. They feel very taken care of. Parking can be parked outside the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving passengers!

Convenient parking, the outdoor garden is very beautiful, the room is small, not very ventilated, although there is a Dyson fan, but it is still a bit stuffy. The breakfast is very rich, and the bar downstairs is open, tea, coffee, cakes are free, and the service is good!

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, and the explanation is very detailed when checking in. Overall good. Facilities: The double room I booked is average in size. But the hotel has a relatively large and beautiful backyard, which is a surprise. Food: Since there are good Chinese restaurants near the train station, I didn't eat at the hotel. Overall: The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the train station. If you bring children, you can consider it.

Location is within walking distance of about 8-10min. There is supermarkets food at the train station, so it is quite convenient. Love my garden view room. It provides me with some serenity, when I got stuck in the hotel because of the rain. The hotel does not provide coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast cost is 22€, a bit expensive. Much cheaper to take your breakfast outside.

I stayed for 3 nights and was very satisfied. The room was really spacious and the breakfast was so delicious. We bought Salzburg City Card at the hotel and have to pay 1.50 extra when paying for the card. Hotel location is within 5 minutes walk from Salzburg station. 3,5,6 Bus can enter the city center. I wrote a review on the hotel wall, but I was really embarrassed because there was a word like this because the whites looked at them too much. I wanted to take the paper off. If you don't just make too loud noises when you eat breakfast, I don't think anyone will look at it.

The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the castle. However, you can see several other attractions along the way. The room is not small, the breakfast is very rich, and the waiter attitude is OK. Residents can park for free, but parking is limited. They do not care if they do not park, so they are nervous. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that the facilities are slightly outdated, our room, the kettle was actually broken.

The hotel is very near the train station; a short bus ride drops off at the stop that is a 2 minute distance from the hotel. Also very convenient to get to the town square and main shopping areas. We were welcomed with a huge smile and greeting by one of the male reception staff, name starts with M although I cannot recollect his full name. He checked us in and even gave a complimentary upgrade since it was my birthday. They also advised us on how we could get to Hallstatt and it was the best way to get there. Rooms were clean, big and the bathrooms had floor heating which made it cosy in the mornings. Wonderful service by him! Was asked if I wanted a cake for my birthday; expected a single slice but came back to an entire cake with a card and flowers. Made me so happy! It was a wonderful experience staying here and I would definitely recommend it for any traveler.

We arrived at the hotel at about 13:00. The front desk said that the room was ready for check-in and gave us a room on the first floor (Room 101). After entering the room, we felt that the floor was too low, so we asked if we could change to a higher floor. The front desk said that there was a room upstairs and we needed to wait for 2 hours to clean it up or pay extra to choose another room type. We returned to the room in the principle of avoiding trouble. At this time, my husband suddenly found that our room had no balcony, and we booked a Junior Suite view on the Ctrip platform. The picture showed that it had a balcony! And the area was also larger! After we compared it, we found that the Room 101 given to us was not the room type we booked, nor was it in the pictures of the room type on the official website or any platform, so we continued to communicate with the front desk. She said that they were all the same, some had balconies and some did not. I said that we booked the Junior Suite view because we saw the picture had a balcony. After the communication, we chose to wait for 2 hours, and the front desk said to change us to a room with a balcony. Then we were outside until 17:00 and came back to check in. We found that the changed room (Room 311) was indeed larger than the previous one, but there was still no balcony. But we don't want to bother anymore. The things that made me dissatisfied with this stay are: 1. The room type reserved for us at the beginning was not the room type we booked. The front desk also admitted that Room 101 was smaller. After we communicated, we said that we wanted a balcony. The front desk asked us to wait for 2 hours for the room with a balcony to be cleaned up, but in the end the room still had no balcony. I checked through booking and Ctrip, and there were 5 Junior Suite views left that day, and there was no problem of tight supply. 2. When we first entered the room, we were given afternoon tea snacks, Sacher cake and chocolate, but we immediately asked to change rooms and they were not moved. I thought they would be put in the room we changed, but they disappeared directly... Yes, they disappeared. We said before we changed rooms that the snacks were not moved! They were gone directly. 3. When we left, we had suitcases, 2 backpacks and 1 handbag, and the staff did not help with the luggage, and even did not open the hotel door for us... In short, this stay was not pleasant.

The highlight of this 600-year-old hotel is the service. The front desk or restaurant service is excellent. Professional service. Many high-end hotels have it. But this one makes people feel particularly sincere. Every word and every sentence they listen to and answer carefully and surpasses expectations. You do a good job, for example, when you see me have a bunch of coins at checkout, I will take the initiative to change the whole amount of money. I consult the trip to Munich and immediately help me find out and print out a list of the specific situation, which company bought the tickets How to get to the station ticket office Breakfast is average, but children are free (my child is 9 and a half years old) If you do not want to eat, there are McDonald's and Starbucks a few steps away, but the environment is always good One of the hotel's restaurants is the local one. It is the first recommendation on the lonely planet, so dinner can be solved at the hotel every day. One big one, two small juices, one soup, two main courses. Tips are not included. The service is great. Up Karajan was a frequent visitor to this restaurant The quilt is very comfortable Next to LV Anyway, I'd definitely choose here again

I have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. There are also many types of breakfast (the European general breakfast is relatively simple), and you can even order foie gras, caviar, steak, etc. Overall, the service is very warm, you can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the service staff, and Christmas in an overseas holiday can be said to be very touched.

The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice. One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is? Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening. First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this. I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing. The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details. The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here. Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100. (To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf) In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating. This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction. Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement. Thank you to the staff and management at the Best Western Plus Amedia Art Salzburg hotel.

Right turn out of the train station, it's incredibly close – perfect for travelers catching a train. There's a McDonald's and Burger King, and a Spar supermarket inside the station, so amenities are complete. The train station is also a major hub, with the 150 bus going to the Lake District, making transport very convenient. There's a free spa, but I might not necessarily want to use it. The Austrian gentleman at the front desk was very kind and offered a telephone wake-up service, which is great for those needing to catch an early train. The room isn't as stylish as the exterior, but it's perfectly adequate and came with a large bottle of water. You need to pay the city tax separately at the front desk, which is 3.55 euros per person per night and can be paid by card. A tourist bus card will be automatically sent to your email.

Excellent! I want to give a thumbs up to Ctrip's service. When they heard I was complaining about a leaking air conditioner in my room, they immediately contacted the hotel and changed my room. Overall, it was okay. There's a fridge and a kettle. The mattress was on the firmer side, which I prefer, and it was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on while traveling. However, I strongly recommend replacing the old pillow inserts; the filling has turned into clumps of cotton, and I had to fold a bath towel to put on top of the pillow just to make it usable. I had to specifically ask the front desk for the Salzburg tourist transport card; they didn't offer it proactively. The sink stopper needs to be pulled out to drain the water, and I'm not sure if it needs repair or if it's a unique design. There was a brown hair hidden deep inside the two-in-one shampoo and body wash bottle, which I only noticed after the first use. It would pop out when pressing the bottle and then retract after a while. At first, I thought it was just shower gel clinging to the nozzle, but then I clearly saw the hair follicle at the root. On the second day, I decided not to use the body wash at all.

Arte is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it easy to walk over with luggage. I chose this hotel because the room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases or more. The front desk staff were also very polite. We accidentally broke a coffee cup and saucer, but when we informed the front desk, they didn't charge us. All the mini-bar drinks are complimentary, and there's a coffee machine – highly recommended! The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, but since we're a couple, it wasn't an issue. If you're staying with friends and that bothers you, you might want to skip this place.
