I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard.
Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I will definitely return, and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s truly worth every cent.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at with endless stunning views of old town, which is a short walk away. The beach area is a relaxing area to spend a day with several lounge chairs, quick access to the crystal clear sea, and staff to take your drink and food orders. The outdoor bar area is the perfect spot to drink a glass of local wine while watching the sunset. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was upgraded to a room with a terrace and had the best view of the fireworks show.

If you don't want to change hotels for the last three nights of your vacation in Dubrovnik, you must choose a hotel that will not make mistakes. The Sheraton chain is the best choice.
Environment:
In the satellite town of mlini outside the old town of Dubrovnik, the environment is very good. In the bay, there are small waves and high water temperature, which is very suitable for swimming. The hotel is built along the bay. There are not many outdoor swimming pools, and the sea view rooms can basically see the swimming pool view.
Hygiene:
The management of Marriott Hotel is still trustworthy. The hotel is very clean inside and outside. There are often waiters in the public areas to serve anytime and anywhere, and the exclusive beach bathing area is also managed by waiters.
Facilities:
The standard of a five-star hotel will not be bad. In a European tourist resort like Dubrovnik, the facilities must be complete, and the holiday is indeed matched with such facilities. The room is about 40 square meters, the bathroom is large, with double basins and double shower equipment. There are urban swimming pools and sauna equipment, but sunua needs to be paid.
Service:
The front desk service is still good, and it also provides important travel information such as taxiboat. The restaurant waiters always smile and feel very friendly. The hotel provides free underground garage parking. You can get a card when entering the ramp and press the help button when exiting the ramp. It is very convenient and safe.
In general, Dubrovnik is a place suitable for living outside the city and then taking public transportation to and from the city. You can enjoy the leisure and quietness of the holiday and visit scenic spots. You can also stay in a better hotel for the same price.
- CNXG
The breakfast is very rich, the swimming pool is great, and there is an exclusive beach, which is very good. It is the normal standard of Sheraton. You can also earn points if you book through an agent, unlike some other restaurants. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is about 7-8 kilometers away from the old town. Uber is cost-effective to the west gate of the old town, less than 11 euros (the east gate is more expensive). There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel

Hotel at the end of the bay, along the promenade. Magnificent private beach of the hotel.
Very spacious room and furnished in a refined way with great taste. Very efficient and professional room staff.
Hearty and varied breakfast. Beautiful presentation. But where the only thing missing was fresh fruit juices. The staff at breakfast lacked attention and vigilance towards the customers (plates not cleared, lack of responsiveness for setting up a new table, ...)
The reception at the reception lacked professionalism for a 5-star establishment.
Very beautiful wellness area (unfortunately throughout the 7-night stay neither the bio sauna nor the steam bath were in working order).
The common areas were majestic and very clean.
- Carpe diem Tania
Booked a sea view room, you can see part of the sea when you open the window, the environment is good, and the hotel chain has a beach and swimming pool where you can swim unlimitedly.
There is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes away from the hotel. The owner is from Zhejiang. The food is very good and the price is not bad.
It is about 7-8 minutes away from the bus station, and the bus to the old town takes about 15 minutes.
The hotel breakfast is very simple and has not changed in 4 days. Maybe foreigners really have nothing to change.

The hotel room is very big, basically the largest room I have ever stayed in Europe. It is a collection of hotels, and several hotels in the royal series are connected together, so the room is difficult to find. It takes a long way up and down. There is basically no convenience store nearby. You need to go down the mountain to buy water. You need to eat and other activities in the hotel. It takes about 15 euros to take a taxi to the ancient city. Uber is very convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant within a 10-minute walk nearby. Although the taste is average, it can be regarded as comforting to the Chinese stomach. The hotel service is average. The next day, the waiter threw our toothbrush directly on the sink. I don’t know what it means.

The room is very big, even bigger than it looks in the pictures, very clean and tidy, and has a large balcony. The hotel has several swimming pools, the scenery is very beautiful, and you can see the sea directly

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night.
My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly.
Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic.
The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person.
As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums.
Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

The hotel is located in the resort area of the new city, and the scenery is very good! We guys stayed in the garden view room! It's on the first floor, lower than the road. It's okay for a few guys to stay, but if you are a couple, don't stay. Choose a sea view room! The scenery is too different! There is a bus to the old town 5 minutes away from the door! The drive takes about 20 minutes! It's very convenient! The breakfast is first-class! The lobby is simple! The room is clean and comfortable! There are several swimming pools!

It's less than a 10 minute drive from the old town, and it was about 7€ with Uber. There's nothing nearby and it's on a hill, so it was a bit difficult to get there from the port with a suitcase.
The room was clean and perfect, the breakfast service was good, and the contents were satisfactory.

A Great place to stay.
We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning.
The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night.
There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town.
The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly.
Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon.
Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel.
Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

Absolutely a wonderful hotel all around. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary with so much to offer. What is exceptional about this property that I learned once we got there was how they have an Asian spa version of rooms in their spa. They have a salt room, steam room, igloo room, a turkish bath, indoor pool, warm pool, cold pool, rainforest shower ... we went to the pool and in the sea off the cliffs everyday and it was just wonderful. At night they had live entertainment. One of the best hotels in the wrold!From€127

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration.
The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me.
As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.SOLD OUT

Beach club lovers must not miss the beach zone. The atmosphere is very good. The water is extremely clear. The beach is a rocky beach. You must wear water shoes to play in the water. Not far away, there's a beach club nearby too. If you're bored, you can stop by there again. The room is spacious and can sleep 3 people without being cramped. The amenity smells great and is very nice to use. The hotel provides only one bottle of water for the entire stay, but the hotel breakfast is very good. Various and delicious tooSOLD OUT

Hotel Lero was a great choice during my time in Dubrovnik. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety. This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.SOLD OUT

I booked a newly built hotel, and it was clean.
The location is a little far from the city's main tourist attractions,
but the ocean view is in front of the beach, so the view is great.
Is the high price due to the ocean view? The ocean view itself is beautiful, but the room is smaller than I thought, which is disappointing.
There is only a shower booth, no bathtub.
The general score of the room does not cover the high price,
but the ocean view from the window is great.
There are no advantages to the high price of the room,
and the overall service of the hotel is disappointing,
so I will not stay here again.SOLD OUT
