I chose Four Seasons in Koh Samui without any hesitation. It was a perfect experience. The hotel buggy is always on call and will clean the room day and night to keep it clean and tidy. The scenery of the private swimming pool is also very beautiful, and the hotel gym is also well-equipped. The most satisfying thing is probably the breakfast. There are both a la carte and buffet options. It tastes good and has many styles. The scenery is also very beautiful. It can be said to be one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Highly recommend this hotel ! We checked in late and the lady who assisted us was well spoken and professional. The villa is spacious and luxurious, the view is the absolute best. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect , it’s secluded and peaceful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, highly recommend any of the fresh fruit juices. The Thai restaurant is delicious and the spa is fantastic. My husband and are already wanting to come back for our one year anniversary. Everything at the hotel is top notch and exceptional.

Environment: The house has a beautiful view and a sense of design. It is a staircase room, which is not very convenient for the elderly. Facilities: The hotel is on the mountain, and it is not very convenient to travel, but most hotels in Samui are like this. All cooking equipment is available, including coffee machines and ovens. It is a bit lame to not have a washing machine and dryer. It is a bit difficult to dry clothes by yourself. If you send them for washing, you will have to pay and they will not be returned until 24 hours. Hygiene: There are welcome towels, and the cleaning is generally clean, but I don’t know if it is an environmental protection policy. It is different from the hotel I stayed in Thailand before. I stayed in the hotel for five days and the towels were not changed. They only helped to fold them in place and didn’t even return them. Because there are many small insects on the mountain, although someone orders lemongrass-flavored mosquito repellent every day, it is not very useful. Don’t be too particular. Service: This is the most unsatisfactory place. At first, I felt that the housekeeper was quite enthusiastic and could help apply for a baby bed, but later I found many inflexible policies. For example, we were not allowed to wear shoes into the house. The store could only pick us up at the convenience store at the foot of the mountain. We were trapped 300 meters away from the convenience store because of heavy rain, and the store said they could not pick us up. The breakfast varieties are fixed, all sausages and eggs. I wanted to ask if I could add some vegetables or bacon, but the store said they couldn't do it. I bought the bacon with my own money later. The employees who make breakfast are quite polite, but they start work at 8 o'clock at the earliest. If you want to eat before 8 o'clock, you can only have sandwiches. Only airport pick-up is included, not delivery. I feel that the overall experience is different from other chain hotels in Thailand, such as Banyan Tree and InterContinental. In general, because it was booked two months in advance, the price is relatively suitable, three rooms are about 3k per night, and the cost performance is quite high. But next time I come, I may choose other chain hotels with better facilities and services.

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

Clean and hygienic, high-end atmosphere, service in place, very large, spacious and bright, suitable for partying, the bed is large and 5 people can sleep no problem, all kinds of small details are very careful.

A special mention goes to the manager, Nirob, and his outstanding team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The food was another highlight of our experience. Six Senses Samui’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with many ingredients sourced directly from their onsite garden and within Thailand. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The room decor is breathtaking, blending luxury with nature in a beautiful jungle fever style. It felt like a serene oasis, perfectly designed for relaxation and unwinding. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Six Senses Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants to relax, recharge, and experience unparalleled hospitality. It truly lives up to its stellar reputation and star rating!

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly the staff. All staff members are welcoming and friendly, but I want to express my appreciation to Paul and Gift. Paul is an amazing Muay Thai coach and helped as a lot and Gift is just amazing. Hotel Manager is awesome too. The room- Nice and big with a fantastic view of the ocean, really nice welcome birthday gifts of cake and wine and they were really yummy. The breakfast- really delicious made to order from a menu and also a buffet spread. Although the made to order is yummy it would be nice if they had daily specials as the menu doesn’t change. The pool and beach are amazing. I enjoyed it , especially the swim up bar. Location- love it. Really central but away from the noise. Everyone must stay here.
