The service and facilities are good, the waiters are elegant and experienced, and we were given free drinks while waiting for the room in the lobby bar, which made us feel comfortable. The rooftop terrace is so popular that even hotel guests must make an appoin**ent at the front desk in advance to go in for a drink. When we checked in, the weather was bad and the terrace was not open; when we left the hotel, the weather was good, but the terrace was fully booked, which made people feel helpless😮💨

This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy.

But the rooms are decent size and well appointed, and the free breakfast is in a beautiful historic hall with high ceilings. Location is great, under 20 minute walk to the ferry pier.

The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery. The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. The food provided by the hotel is also very delicious. The octopus salad I ordered was very satisfying.

Location is 10mins walk from the central station. Pretty decent. Exterior of hotel looks very dodgey but the interior is fine. Room is very dated and looks like it’s from the ‘80s. Warm at night as air conditioning wasn’t functioning well (opening the windows wasn’t an option given the noise on the streets even at night). Toilet had a funky smell and the shower head was broken. Floor also sticky and slimy. Thankful we were only staying a night! Front desk was very friendly though.
