The courtyard architecture and details are beautiful everywhere, worthy of being a UNESCO cultural heritage. It happened to be the anniversary of the founder's family. I would like to thank them for their creation and protection, leaving this beautiful place for Nepal.

Located on the top of a mountain, 1.5 hours' drive from Kathmandu, the hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment, good service, games and sports, sauna and spa, morning yoga, and hiking. The natural scenery is beautiful and unique. However, the mountain road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, and traffic jams occur from time to time. I heard that a new road is being built. If the road is repaired, it is estimated that the drive from Kathmandu will be one hour.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area, but within proximity to shops and restaurants, though a bit of a walk to Thamel. The hotels amenities are good and the M club lounge is a nice to have if u book the lounge access. The one negative thing is that the hotel overcharges on airport transportation (USD 35) and picks you up in a old Honda.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Kathmandu, walking distance to Thamel. Other interesting landmarks are easy to reach with the helpful taxi drivers (always present outside the gates). Hotel staff are very kind, sincerely engage in conversation and helpful in providing tourist information. Rooms are cost and warm decorated. Hotel has a beautiful garden suitable for a relaxing stroll. Swimming pool is nice and very clean! I highly recommend this hotel above other hotels in Kathmandu. The property is like situated on heaven. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The properties usp is its access and its infinity pool. They also have a warm water open jacuzzi beside the pool which is icing on the cake. The rooms are big in size & with traditional designs. The visitors should park there car and take free cable car ride to and fro the resort. We didn’t check this and drove to this place, which could have been nightmare if the weather was bad. The clouds come and go throughout the day and night, so in a moment it would be clear the very other moment the visibility would be zero. Their sale manager prabhakar was one guy to talk to, he was such a vibe.

The hotel room is very special, the lawn is very beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western food, and Nepalese characteristics. The cleaning was timely. The staff is very welcoming. The room is large and the environment is very good

We knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to. On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic. As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection. We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe. There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly. The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens. My only suggestion would be to take a second look in the tub/shower. There is mold in the tile grout lines and in the nonslip mat.

I come back over and over because I love this Hotel so much. The gym is the best gym in Kathmandu. The view from the pool and the Nylgiri Restaurant is spectactular. Every room I have stayed in has an amazing view out over the city because the rooms are multiple stories up in the building above the shopping center.
