Room was tiny but bed was large enough for 3 of us. Some of the staff need to be trained better to interact with guests. Breakfast was nice and the chef was walking around and checking on folks and this was nice and good to see. Oldish looking hotel but good enough for passing through town. Clean rooms. Probably one of the better hotels in town.

Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.FromKRW 52,150

It was a good experience actually
pros: everything was good about the room and staff were very polite and humble, breakfast also was fine location also was good as it was in the prime location of city price of the room was also reasonable cons :
we actually early checked in and it costed 1050. I mean it's half of the price of the stay just for 3 hours early hours. There was no kettle or anything for making your own warm water ( you can still ask the front desk for hot water )
