Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

I was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

Everything about my stay at the Taj Tower was incredible. From the impecable service and the location. Making my trip to Mumbai memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The AC was not working properly and while checking I had informed the duty ***ager that the normal tempnature of 24 degrees which I feel is hot kindly arrnage to give me an room with some more low temp but he told me that it's chilling now and when I went to room it was hot So resulting in checking out in just 3 hours bcoz I was feeling uncomfortable and hot .

Unfortunately the hotel service is mediocre. The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant. The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and enthusiastic to help us in any way. The Buffett breakfast is a must and I would recommend to go early and get a space in the open air section. Getting an Auto Rickshaw outside the hotel could be frustrating as the drivers charge a flat 20 rupees per passenger when it should be with the meter at Rupees 23 starting rate with Max 3 to sit in the Auto Rickshaw. Otherwise get an UBER premium which could cost you Rupees 200 for a ride of about 20 mins. I had a great stay at the hotel. Will return again.

Stayed at ITC Maratha for a couple of days with my family for a leisure vacation at Mumbai. Had requested for adjacent rooms for my kids that was taken care of. On checkin I was upgraded to the pool view rooms. The service and the food were exceptionally good. The food was deliciously tasty and special thanks to the whole culinary team at the Peshwa Pavilion. Chef Sridhar Patra and Chef Pravin Patil were great hosts at the breakfast table, we enjoyed some cooking tips exchange, and they also took special care of my young son who loves food. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The dinner buffet spread was also very lavish, and the decor of Peshwa Pavilion is just too nice. Overall very nice stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just wanting to visit Mumbai again and stay there

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

My second time staying here and had a great experience again. Stunning hotel, next to the hotel, with great staff.

Best experience as it was my first visit at the hotel and services was way more better as i accepted and the staff was so caring and looking for everything so we don’t feel uncomfortable and my first experience it was the better visit i ever had at any hotel hope to visit again and enjoy the experience❤️
