The house consists of 3 floors for the exclusive use of guests, including a large terrace, all accessible via interior stairs, equipped with strong handrails.
The prior availability of all the information, as well as more than 80 photographs of the house, guarantee full knowledge of the exceptional conditions that any visitor will find.

Stays all year round:
We have all the necessary equipment to support stays up to 365 days a year, including a double air conditioning system, which maintains an ideal temperature at any time of year.

Rest for every taste:
The room is based on a king size bed (180x200), equipped with a visco elastic activcarbon topper.
On prior request, we can reconfigure the bed and offer two single beds, 90x200 each, side by side.

Cleaning for longer stays:
At the time of booking, the guest pays VRBO a one-off amount for linen and cleaning, which are perfect for an average of weekly stays, we have.
For longer stays, we offer an additional intermediate cleaning per week with linen change, at an additional cost of €79 to be paid locally by the guest. These and other needs must be agreed and confirmed with the host in response to the welcome email, guaranteeing total transparency and an excellent stay.

All-inclusive:

What makes the apartment special
The special feature of this apartment is its location in the beautiful Vale de Centianes, which is characterized by its tranquility, its light play and the associated many hours of sunshine. Up to 3200 hours of sunshine per year ensure carefree beach days in winter, too. The bright yellow and ocher-clad limestone cliffs enclose the bay, making it a unique experience in all seasons and weather conditions.

Located in Lagoa, this apartment is within a 15-minute drive of Carvoeiro Beach and Benagil Beach. This apartment is 16.7 mi (26.9 km) from Albufeira Old Town Square and 13.9 mi (22.4 km) from Alvor Beach. This is a lovely, airy and spacious ground floor apartment, with wonderful sea views. It is part of the popular Monte Dourado resort in central Carvoeiro, and is literally a couple of minutes walk from the iconic beach, fabulous restaurants, and shops.

Occupying one of the best positions on the end of a block in the front row of apartments, the lounge, master bedroom and terrace, all have wonderful sea views. It also benefits from being a single ground floor apartment, with no apartment above and is one of only three apartments on the complex having been constructed in this way.

Having undergone some refurbishment in 2024, the apartment benefits from an air conditioning and heating system and new double-glazed windows and doors, with mosquito nets on the main windows and patio doors. The bathrooms have also been partially upgraded, with some new fittings, including a new rain shower in the front bathroom.

It also has its own fibre broadband wifi system (not shared with other Monte Dourado apartments), to ensure fast, broadband speeds for our guests.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people, having a super king-sized bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom.

OUTSIDE AREA - The terrace has a table and four chairs with parasol, perfect for outside dining or relaxing, throughout the year.

The main pool area is just a few yards away, to the front of the apartment, the larger of the two pools being heated in the winter months (end of October until May.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE INTRODUCTION OF A TOURIST TAX
We are now required to collect the following fees on behalf of Lagoa council. These fees are chargeable for any guests age 13 or over. The fee is payable per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The fee is €2 per person/ per night between 1st April and- 1st October (High season) and €1 per person / per night between November 1st and March 31st. (Low season.)
We will request this additional tax on or after the deadline for the second payment. Located just 1km from the beautiful fisherman's cove of Benagil, which has a stunning sandy beach and the incredible Algar de Benagil cave, this charming property is in a highly sought after location.

Double gates open to a paved calçada (traditional cobblestone) driveway. Attractive gardens with fruit trees line the drive. There is parking for at least three cars in front of the house.

Traditional double doors reveal an open plan rustic-style lounge and dining room with central fireplace to warm the property in the cooler winter months.
