Our condo is located on the second floor with a perfect pool/ocean view, and only 200 steps to the beach.



There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 3 piece ensuite. Air conditioning and a private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, or can be put into a king bed. Air conditioning and a balcony over looking the pool and ocean.

This condo comes with high end linens, designer furnishing and local artwork.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, 6 burner stove, water cooler and all of your cooking needs. Full laundry facilities off the kitchen area is also available.

Only 25 minutes from the POP Airport - transportation available upon request.
Your food/drinks can be delivered the day you arrive.

The apartment is located half a block away from the beach. It is completely renovated with all the comforts of home. The apartment is located on the first floor and it includes a parking space. It is a 3 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms and all rooms have AC. The kitchen is fully stocked from coffee maker, microwave, waffle maker, and plenty of dish wears. Each bedroom has a tv and private bathroom and the living room has a huge flat screen tv. This is a beautiful 6400 sq ft Villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, that can comfortably sleep 16 people. Incredible Ocean Views and a Large Private Pool with Fountain. This retreat is within walking distance to Cofresi Beach, Juan's Convenience Store, Chris and Mady's Restaurant and Bar (can dial in about any sporting event), Casino, and the fun filled place of Ocean World (smaller version of Sea World)! You can even enjoy a beverage at the Terrace overlooking the Marina.
The Villa and Pool area are very kid friendly with safety gates to protect areas with stairs and a nice shallow child's pool area.

You do not need to rent a car! Papi Victor who is the Property Manager (and who I have known for over 12 years) will pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the Villa. Papi Victor knows excellent English and can line up any excursions you might like. He can provide as tour guide and/or provide transportation to fun places all over the island! Once you have enjoyed your time in Paradise he will be happy to get you back to the airport safely!

However, if that's not enough. The Villa is fully staffed and all the cooking, cleaning, and laundry will be done for you! Now that's a Vacation!! (Guests to provide food and we are happy to help with that!)

Recommended and closest airport is POP (Puerto Plata) about 25 min. Alternative would be STI (Santiago) about 60 min. We can have transportation in place from either airport. Obviously a bit more expensive from STI, but no rental car needed.

Master suite includes king size bed, full bath, large walk-in closet, romantic jetted tub for relaxation and 2 balconies; one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the breathtaking views. You also get a bonus view Saturday nights of the fireworks that take place at Ocean World, you can see them right from our balcony! We have a private beach that is walking distance (about a 10min walk) to Playa Costambar where you can enjoy great food, bars and neat shops on the beach. We are about a 5min walk from our Los Mangos Golf & Country Club which is a privately owned club that offers amenities such as a nine hole golf course, restaurant on site, gym, swimming pool, tennis court and Pro Shop. Our home has a grounds keeper and house keeper on premises. Housekeeper stays in the guest house out back. If you would like her services; cleans/laundry, cooks meals that you provide etc it will be an extra $100 a night.

Puerto Plata airport is approximately 20mins away. The widely known Sosua Beach is a 25 min drive. The historical Puerto Plata city center is a 10min drive away. And the Ocean World Aquatic Park (awesome experience & the nightlife is great!!) is a 10min drive as well.
